自我介绍30秒 但是你稍微多说几句没问题。

自我介绍时，标准是短而有力，只要能突出自己的某方面特点让人记住就行了。最简单实用的方式其实就是抓住一点，用一件具体的事情说透——你在其中做了什么，有什么感受，这件事如何展现了你的个人特点。爱好兴趣。彰显你个性品质的地方。尤其突出团队协作力或者领导力。举个例子这样。不要重复你学业上的成就。第一印象和最后的谢幕很重要。 整个面试小组讨论30分钟 说话机会很少。

首先，我最大的特点是有比较强的沟通能力和良好的团队精神。在与人合作工作中，我会非常认真的聆听和分析别人的意见，也不会没有原则的轻易放弃自己的意见。

其次，我觉得自己有较强的学习和实践能力，在遇到困难的时候会冷静分析事情所处的状态，和各种可能发生的结果，并努力做到最好承担自己的责任。正是基于对自己这方面的自信，使我有勇气来应聘贵银行这一职位。

另外，银行职员这个职业是神圣而伟大的，他要求我不仅要有丰富的专业知识，还要有高尚的情操。因此，在读书时，我就十分注重自身的全面发展，广泛地培养自己的兴趣爱好，并学有专长，做到有专业和专长（历数自己的专长），还能会唱、会说、会讲。在注重知识学习的同时我还注意培养自己高尚的道德情操，自觉遵纪守法，遵守社会公德和职业道德，没有不良嗜好和行为。我想这些都是一名金融工作者应该具备的最起码的素养。
