Many children are always looking forward to the winter vacation; this is because during the vacation, children needn’t go to school; They can do everything they like, such as playing, watching TV, traveling, or even sleeping all the day and so on. and when winter vacation come on ,it means that spring festival will come on soon.I spent the whole day at home nearly every day, I played with my computer .I played computer games and surfed the internet. during the vacation ,I still stayed in touch with my classmates and my friends. There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated them.

To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

总之，要感谢母亲的事太多太多了，我记起孟郊曾作过一首《游子吟》，“慈母手中线，游子身上衣。临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归。谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。”如今我也把这首诗送给我的母亲，以表达我对母亲的感恩之情。

So many people in the park! Some fly a kite, some play in the water, and watch the scenery. My favorite is the reeds. 五一节这天，我相约哥哥和弟弟去滨河湿地公园玩。我非常高兴，下车时我是一边哼着歌一边蹦下去的。

公园里的人真多哪!有的放风筝、有的在水边玩耍、还有的观赏风景。我最喜欢的就是芦苇荡。绿油油的芦苇荡随风摇摆，好像是在欢迎我们的到来;还有几只野鸭在芦苇丛中游来游去，正忙着捉鱼虾吃;小蜻蜓飞累了，落在芦苇尖上休息呢!

公园里可真好玩，我们过了个快乐的五一节。
