潮汕方言属于闽南方言，是一种富有地方特色的方言体系。据专家研究，潮汕方言起源于古老的闽越土语。中原人民入潮后，他们带来的中原方言与古闽越土语逐渐融合，经过长期的历史演变，潮汕方言逐渐形成，成为独立的次方言。潮汕方言古朴典雅，它保留了许多中国古语。郭沫若说：“潮州话是中国古语保留得最多的一种方言，和现行的标准语似乎也是距离得最远的一种。”比如，古字中有许多在“不”字下面加个字，用来表示相反的意思。现代汉字里只剩下“歪”“甭”“孬”三个字；而潮汕就有“不会”，“不是”，“不怕”等字。这些字写出来，观其形，就可以知道它的意思了。潮汕话也保留了一些古词。如：把炒菜的锅叫“鼎”，把粥叫“糜”，这正是两千年前的用法。潮汕人称厕所为“东司”，它的来源是因为唐代厕所大多建在东侧。如此说来，这个潮汕人认为很“土”的词，倒有些古雅了。

潮汕方言也引进了一些外来词汇。比如，有些人称“卡车”为罗离”（“rolly”），称“小面包”为“罗的”（“roti”），称“拐杖”为“动角”（马来语）等。这些外来语的应用，与潮汕地区靠近东南亚，较早开埠等因素是有很大关系的。潮汕话中也有一些避讳。在我爸爸的出生地——东墩，聚居着“张”“黄”两个姓氏的人。那里张姓的人说纸的时候不说“一张纸”，他们说“一合纸”。

游神是潮汕地区一项隆重的民俗活动，俗称“营老爷”（即抬着神像巡游），抬着的神像一般是“关帝君”等。各个村子的规模、时间都各不相同。记得小时侯，每年农历正月廿七，我都会去外婆的出生地——芦溪看游神，如今长大了，倒没机会去了。

The city is located in a narrow river valley with an unfortunate curve causing it to be hemmed in with no free air flow. Lanzhou is also the home of many factories, including some involved in petroleum processing, and suffers from large dust storms kicked up from the Gobi Desert, especially in the winter and spring.

我的家乡在湖北武汉，那里最有名的特产应该是热干面了。

热干面是武汉人最早的首选小吃，所以武汉人对它的感情很深。单单从外地来武汉游玩的人，再想起武汉，多半是因为想起了武汉的热干面，或在武汉住过一段时间的朋友们来说，它不仅是一种小吃，还是一种情怀。

热干面的来历很意思。大概是在30年代，一个为卖凉粉和汤面为生的武汉人，怕没卖完的面发馊变质，便把面条煮熟了捞起来摊在案板上，不小心碰倒了麻油壶，将麻油洒在了面条上。第二天，他将这些大致已经熟了的面条在开水里烫了几下，放在碗里，加上葱花等佐料后，一尝味道十分鲜美。就这样他在无意中，创造了文明全国的热干面。

热干面的制作很简单，它是用上好的精粉面加盐和纯碱轧成面条后，放在锅里用大火烧开，煮熟捞出，沥干水，而后用食油一点一点的拌匀，放在阴凉处晾干。这是第一步，等客人到后，将煮熟的面，放到热锅里烫一下，然后放到碗里，加少许盐，白糖，味精，榨菜丁，芝麻酱，香油，葱花，拌匀，就这样一碗香喷喷的热干面就做成了。

热干面的口感很好，面条劲道，香气扑鼻，吃完满口留香。喜欢吃辣的朋友，还可以放上一层红红的辣椒油，吃起来又香又辣，胃口大开，百吃不厌，回味无穷。

我的家乡在陕西，我爱家乡的苹果。

每年四月份，苹果花就开了，果园里到处白茫茫的，像雪的世界，花谢了，树上挂满了果子，这时你来到果园一看，花美、树美、果更美。

苹果圆圆的，和桃子一样大小。它很爱打扮，苹果先是淡绿色的，成熟后它就把那绿色的外衣换成了红色，一个个红色的苹果挂在树上，就像一个红色的灯笼，在太阳的照耀下显得更漂亮了。看了迫不及待地就想摘一个尝尝。

今年我在家过年的时候，我们一家一起忙着收花生，正在这时，我忽然想起一个谜语：麻布衣裳白夹里，大红衬衫裹身体，白白胖胖一身油，建设家乡出力气。我想你们一定猜出来了吧!对!就是花生!你们可真聪明!

到了第二天，妈妈给我们煮了一大锅花生，剥开花生皮，就看到红红的花生豆豆，我和弟弟馋得口水一滴一滴的往下流。妈妈看到了笑着说：“你们这俩小馋猫，花生煮好了，你们开动吧!”于是我和弟弟迫不及待的伸出了手，忙乎起来。满满一大盆花生转眼就化成了满地的花生皮了!真是太好吃了，摸着鼓起的小肚子，我和弟弟对着脸笑起来了。

腐竹是由大豆腐浆烧煮后凝结干制而成的，因为它的中间像竹子一样是空的，所以叫腐竹。腐竹营养丰富、经过煎、炒、煮等加工方法做成的菜肴，非常好吃。另外，它还乘飞机、坐轮船、漂洋过海上了外国人的餐桌。2009年，腐竹还被国家命名为“地理标志性产品”呢。

我的家乡在河南汝州，汝州的粉皮是最出名的。

每次也也回老家总带回好几箱粉皮。因此粉皮也成了我们家餐桌上的美食。

汝州粉皮薄如蝉翼，奶奶做菜时有时会放一些黄瓜、香菜淋上香油，浇上蒜汁，做成凉拌菜，吃上去清凉爽口。有时她会加上牛肉丝或鸡肉丝做成凉荤菜，一股令人无法抗拒的香味很快飘满了整个房间。这盘菜一上桌就被大家一扫而光，真是好吃极了!

我的家乡在南阳，这里资源丰富，有名的特产很多，有南阳黄牛、西峡猕猴桃、独山玉。我最喜欢的是独山玉。

独山玉产于南阳北郊，作品有神话，传奇小说中人物、花草等。因这玉晶莹易透、玲珑别致，被称为南阳翡翠。

独山玉色彩丰富。有绿、白、黄、紫、黑等数十种，有玻璃光泽，当然还有三十多种过度色等，无论什么色，人们都喜欢。嫩绿色鲜润悦目，黑绿色像湖水映柳叶沉静、白的像一个个仙女纯洁美好，青白色像流星从天上落下来。

独山玉质地细腻，有的光滑清凉、有的温润如脂、有的闪着绿盈盈玻光，还有俏丽的黄，你仔细看，那纹理似烟、似云、似花、似雾。令人百看不厌。独山玉便于雕刻，可以雕成人物、鸟兽、花草，民间传说，三国人物、建筑、饰品。在南阳春季就会举行玉雕节。会吸引人民和外国许多人前来奉谢，感谢中国人民作出的巨大贡献。

我的家乡在重庆市奉节县，这里风景秀丽，柚子和橙子是这里的特产。

到了秋天，金黄的果实缀满了山坡，颜色浅的是柚子，颜色深的是橙子。

大多数柚子呈葫芦形，用手拨开外面的一层厚皮，一股淡淡的苦味夹着清香扑鼻而来!拨开里面一瓣一瓣的柚子肉，填到嘴里一嚼，先是苦，而后是甜，最后是清香清爽，柚子清凉去火，很多柚子销往外地。

橙子色彩鲜艳，皮薄肉厚，因为尾部有肚脐样的图形，所以它叫脐橙。脐橙中最好吃的要数柳橙了。柳橙呈鸭蛋形，表皮光滑细腻，切开尝一口，犹如久旱逢甘露，那种香甜沁人心脾，顿时让人神清气爽!

市场上很难买到我们家乡的柳橙，因为很多都被爱享受美味的当地人享用了!

我的家乡景色优美，物产丰富，可是有点美中不足就是部分环境遭到破坏。

一个周末，我去二糖厂打乒乓球，刚到那里，一股异味扑鼻而来！瞧，二糖厂正排出滚滚浓烟，公路上货车排放的大量尾气，甚至路旁还有马屎、牛粪之类堆积在一起，行人都捂着鼻子，连路边的草也是黄黄的。我再往山上走，渐渐异味没有了，还飘来一股清香，树上的小鸟在枝头上叽叽喳喳地叫个不停，小溪清澈见底，树木郁郁葱葱，不远处还有一所职业学校，同学们正在给树浇水呢！

在同一个城市，为什么差别就如此之大呢？原来，二糖厂厂区的水、空气受到了严重的污染，而相反，山上的树没有受到污染，而是得到了人们的精心呵护，所以山上的树木长得郁郁葱葱。

在保护环境方面，我们虽然做不了大事，但可以从身边的小事做起，比如，不要乱扔垃圾，多植树木，看到有人乱扔垃圾要主动提醒，多坐公交车，少坐私家车……。

同学们，为了使我们的家乡天更蓝，水更清，花更香，草更绿，让我们一起共同努力，来保护家乡的环境吧！

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things. There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall, delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result, traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out. What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of living in city.

I like dancing very much. I learn to dance from four years old. Until now,

there are already nine years. I take part in many activities, because I think I

want to perform in front of people. I have a good dance teacher. She dances very

well. She is strict with me. Once I make mistakes, she points it out directly. I

learn a lot from her. Now, we are good friends. She always encourages me. I

think dance is good to me. I make many dancing friends. And it’s good way to

build my body.

我的家乡在唐山，那里有许多美丽的景色，但是最让我喜欢的就要数唐人街了。

有一天晚上，我们来到了不夜城——唐人街。我们走进唐人街，首先让我映入眼帘的是一排排古代建筑，又红又尖的瓦顶上有一条条如柳干一般的条条，镶嵌着荷花、菊花……如纸一般的窗户，又软又亮。

不知不觉中，我就来到了运河旁边，那清澈透明的河水像一个照相机，把河边所有事物都照了下来，河上的一座桥，倒映水中，就像一颗翡翠，给运河带来了生机和活力，河边有几棵水草，几座岩石，显得更美了。

从桥上走下来，我看到了许多五彩缤纷的花灯，形状各种各样。其中有一个千手观音，有一个最大的观音头上捧着一个如来佛祖，旁边有许多只手展现出来，像金子，美丽极了。
