一直以来写作文已成为一些小学生严重的心理障碍，导致很多语文教师在作文教学中，心有余而力不足，付出多而收效甚微。成了小学语文教学中的一大瓶颈，一直困扰着我们许多语文教师。要解决这一问题，就须先弄清楚小学生害怕写作的原因。

首先，应试教育模式的本质难以改变，导致我们的作文教学模式化。我们的作文教学一直都是为考试服务的，而不是为学生的作文能力的发展服务的。作文没有成为学生表达他们的生活、情感的工具，而成了老师获得好评，学生获取高分的手段。试想，这样的作文教学能培养学生的作文能力和作文兴趣吗？

其次，在现行的教育体制下，我们教师难以突破传统的作文教学思维，我们没有摆正教师在作文教学中的位置。以往的作文教学，教师常常只是把教材上那些多年不变的老题布置下去，加以笼统的指导。作文交上来后，教师用大量的时间进行批改，而这种批改也仅仅是看一看，写几句"放之篇篇而皆准"的评语，打个分数。在这样的一个作文教学中，学生能产生写作文的冲动和表达欲望吗？

原因之三是学生学习过程中缺乏创新，过于注重模仿，缺少积累和训练。泛滥的作文辅导书和作文选成了孩子们的完成作文的"最佳"助手。从某种意义上说，阅读为学生写作提供了丰富的写作范例，从中可以习得写作方法、技巧，获得丰富的语感，积累大量的语汇。但这是一个长期的、潜移默化的过程。如果阅读一篇文章，即要求学生仿写，以求立竿见影，这是急功近利的做法，违背了作文教学的一般规律，是不能真正提高学生的写作水平的。

第四，家长、学校、老师对学生各方面要求严格，作文也不例外。作文的"高"要求反而使学生觉得作文高不可攀，直接导致了学生对作文的"怕"和"烦"我们一直不能把孩子当孩子看待，他们对这个世界的事物及其关系的认识还很懵懂，他们的语言表达还处于一个累积和发展的过程中。我们硬要逼孩子写出语言优美、立意高远的作文来，不是为难孩子吗？让他们做与他们年龄和能力不相称的事情，他们就会觉得可望而不可及，他们就懒得去做，如果你逼他们去做，慢慢的就会产生畏难、厌烦的心里，对作文产生害怕心理也就理所当然了。那么，如何帮助小学生克服怕作文、烦作文的心理，从而提高写作的效率呢？
