今年四月到六月，我参加了2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦！必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关，才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

我的2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛结束了，虽然我没有踏上国赛舞台，但是我虽败犹荣！这个过程中，我见识到了那些高手们的厉害！我一定要好好学习英语！我一定会回来的！明年再战！

今天，老师让我们玩了一个游戏，名字叫桌上拔河。

老师拿出一把尺子，开始说明游戏规则：把尺子的中心对准划在桌子上的中线，用大拇指和食指捏住尺子的一端使劲拉向自己这边，谁把尺子拉过中线，谁就赢了。但注意不能让尺子离开桌面。

老师让我们同桌进行拔河比赛，我急忙拿出尺子，用中心点对准中线，我和同桌都用右手紧紧捏住尺子，眼睛紧盯着中心线，心里十分紧张，好像要跳出来似的。大家都做好了比赛的准备，要较量一番，一决胜负。老师一声“开始”，我心想，我一定要赢她。于是，我使出全身的力气，拼命地拉尺子，把脸涨得通红。同桌也毫不示弱，拼命地拉着，眼睛瞪得好像要弹出来似的，这时，她用力一拉，我未做防备，一下子被拉过去好几格，这下我慌了神儿，赶紧使出吃奶的劲儿拼命拉，终于反败为胜，赢得了这场比赛。我从座位上跳了起来，开心地手舞足蹈。而同桌不服气地说：“有本事咱再比一次!比不比?”

教室里一片欢腾，这样有趣的游戏真令人难忘啊!

I have a busy father and a kind mother.

My father is a businessman. He is 42 years old. He is short. He likes reading newspapers after meals. He watches TV in the evening. He goes to work by car. He has got a nice black car. He often plays golf with his friends on the weekend. He does not often eat dinner with us.

It is quite usual that one meets failures, for ones life can never be

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel

more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset

or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we

ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to

help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings

or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with

them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long

as we can follow these good suggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more

friends.

My Home

My home is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms， a kitchen and a living room. I’m a child. I have a nice bedroom. In my bedroom， there is bedroom， a closet， an air- conditioner and so on. My closet is green. My bed is blue. I love my bedroom very much.

体育文化节的比赛日程进行到了第二天,今天比赛的项目是五十米接力赛、拔河、滚轮胎。

最激烈的要数我们和五班之间的拔河比赛了。先看看五班的选手个个都是大胖子,犹如弥勒佛下凡;再看看我们班的队员,个个都是精兵强将,恰似花和尚鲁智深转世,大有火星撞地球之势。

拔河比赛开始了,双方选手先一齐后仰,一齐发力,九牛二虎之争,个个精神振奋,斗志昂扬,汗流夹背,不顾形象,使出了吃奶的劲儿。场外的拉拉队也不甘示弱,“加油——加油!”那加油声犹如山呼海啸,响彻云天不断提高。绳中间的小红领巾,一会儿向左,一会儿向右,真是棋逢对手,将遇良才,输赢难分。我们班的王灿可是名副其实的大力士,脸涨得通红,嘴闭得紧紧,身体紧紧地靠住绳子,拼命往后拉。红领巾眼看要到我们这里了,可是不知怎么的,五班来了一大股劲,红领巾移到了他们,我们输了。

第二局易边再战,双方不甘示弱。拔呀,拽呀!绳子慢慢的移到我们这边了,可是大力士们稍一松气,五班使劲一拉,功亏一篑我们又输了。

拔河比赛结束了,我们虽然输了,却一点也不灰心,因为“失败乃成功之母”嘛,我坚信,下一届拔河比赛的冠军一定是我们的!

平局！最后一局决定胜负。第三回合开始了，刘垚鑫可不像欧阳健那样赢了就得意忘行，他再接再厉，欧阳健好像心不在焉一样，刚开始还是欧阳赢，后来刘垚鑫反败为胜了！这意味着刘垚鑫赢了，他的助威团正在为他喝彩呢！刘垚鑫的脸又从红通通的脸变成了金灿灿的笑容！这个比赛可真有趣啊！

一、作文要学会积累

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，“巧妇难为无米之炊”古人这些总结，从正反两方面说明了“积累”在写作中的重要性。“平时靠积累，考场凭发挥”，这是考场学子的共同体会。

(一)语言方面要建立“语汇库”。语汇是文章的细胞。广义的语汇，不仅指词、短语的总汇，还包括句子、句群。建立“语汇库”途径有二：第一是阅读。平时要广泛阅读书籍、报刊，并做好读书笔记，把一些优美的词语、句子、语段摘录在特定的本子上，也可以制作读书卡片上。第二是生活。平时要捕捉大众口语中鲜活的语言，并把这些语言记在随身带的小本子或卡片上，这样日积月累、集腋成裘，说话就能出口成章，作文就会妙笔生花。

(二)要加强材料方面的积累。材料是文章的血肉。许多学生由于平时不注意积累素材，每到作文时就去搜肠挂肚，或者胡编或者抄袭。解决这一问题的方法是积累素材。平时有条件的可带着摄像机、录音机、深入观察生活、积极参与生活，并与写生、、写日记、写观察笔记等形式，及时记录家庭生活、校园生活、社会生活中的见闻。记录时要抓住细节，把握人、事、物、景的特征。这样，写出的文章就有血有肉。

(三)要加强思想方面的积累。观点是文章的灵魂。文章中心不明确，或立意不深刻，往往说明作者思想肤浅。因此，有必要建立“思想库”。方法有二：第一要善思。“多一份思考，多一份收获。”平时要深入思考，遇事多问问“为什么”、“是什么”、“怎么样”。这样就能透过现象看本质。还要随时把思维的“火花”、思索的结论记录下来。第二要辑录，也就是要摘录名人名言，格言警句等。

二、写好作文先学会观察

鲁迅先生在回答文学青年“如何才能写出好文章”的问题时强调了两点：一是多看，二是多练。这里的“多看”即指多观察。这就说明：要写好文章，要掌握娴熟的文章写作手法，就要多观察，学会观察，观察是写作的必要前提和基矗

俄国小说家契诃夫就这样谆谆告诫初学者：“作家务必要把自己锻炼成一个目光敏锐永不罢休的观察家!——要把自己锻炼到观察简直成习惯，仿佛变成第二个天性。”把观察锻炼成习惯，锻炼成第二天性，这是一种很需要时间去磨练的功夫，是很有作用，很了不起的功夫。

要留心观察身边的人、事、景、物，从中猎取你作文时所需要的材料：你要对一些看似不大实则很有意义的事情产生兴趣，注意观察起因、过程和结果;你要留意校园花坛里的植物一年四季如何变化它的颜色，学会刨根问底，弄清这些变化的来龙去脉;你要走向社会，同更多的人接触，观察他们的一言一行，要思索一些东西，随时将它们汇入自己思想的长河。这就是观察的过程，观察过程中要注意以下几点：

(一)观察决不要仅仅局限于“用眼看”。广义的更有实际意义的观察是指要将人的五官全部调动起来：用耳朵去聆听，用身体去感受，更重要的是要用心、用脑去思索，这样的观察才会更加细腻、深刻。

(二)观察过程中要注意运用好“烂笔头”。俗语说得好：好记性不如烂笔头。好多同学每天看到的挺多，思索的也挺多，但是不善于随时记下来，这样就会使观察到的材料付之东去，许多有价值的东西也会白白浪费掉。

“Ye!球进了!”操场上的同学们欢呼着。

这是我们学校举行的一次足球比赛，在太阳的暴晒下，足球场上踢足球的队员踢得热血沸腾，一个个都想赢得比赛。

鸟儿在天上“叽叽喳喳”地叫，好似正在为足球场上的队员加油打气。全场忽然安静下来，不知怎么了，刚才在场外的同学还在加油鼓励着我们，敌方两个队员动作整齐划一的配合，让我们队员措手不及，场外的同学看痴呆了，敌方找到了射门的好机会，一射!全场的心跳速度都在加快，见证奇迹的时刻到了!

“ye!”我方场外的同学们欢呼着，我方守门员居然把球接住了，太不可思议了，场外的有些同学都高兴得一蹦三尺多高。

比赛仍在紧张地进行着，可对手在最后分出胜负的时候把球一射，进了球门，我方输了!我们输了，我们沮丧地围在一起，还有位队员都哭了，另一位队员说：“没关系，我们下次一定能赢!”足球场外传来：“9班必胜9班必胜”原来是同学们让我们有了几分安慰。

比赛结束了，我们班输了。

风“呼呼”地刮着，拂过我们的脸庞，太阳不再发出那耀眼的光芒，天气也不再那么热了，风吹得阵阵凄凉，我躺在草地上看着天空，万里无云，总感觉有一股力量在心中升腾。

回想起六年级，我最喜欢的就是那场拔河比赛......

那天，我们被老师带去了操场。操场上，一条大粗绳子压在了操场当中的两条白线上，绳子中间扎着一条红领巾儿。谁能把绳子中的红领巾拉向自己一边的白线，谁就赢了。老师把我们全班分成两队，一对是拉拉队，一对是拔河运动员。这些运动员个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。想试试自己的力气。

“预备”裁判员大喊一声。双方都抓紧了绳子。

“嘟——”哨声响了，比赛正式开始。

比赛开始了，大家互不相让，刚开始就来了个硬碰硬，绳子绷得紧紧的，红领巾停在中间不动了。就在这时，我们为拔河运动员加油，一下子又鼓起了他们吃奶的力气。红领巾一会儿向他们那边移，一会儿又向我们这边移，我们双方互不相让。你看，我们队的队员一个个脸胀得红红的，咬牙切齿，憋着气，向身后仰。而对方与动员的汗也

“吧嗒、吧嗒”的往下淌，但都顾不上擦，大家只想取得这次胜利。

渐渐地，渐渐地，绳子向对方那边移动，我们怎么也拉不过来，最后，我们输了。

我们吸取了失败的教训，因为我们动作不一致，配合不默契，所以才失败了。

交换场地再战。这次我们吸取了失败的教训，终于赢了。同学们也欢呼，跳跃着，享受这次胜利的喜悦。

对方不服，要求再战，老师说：“这项比赛体力消耗很大，不能再战了，过几天你们再战吧。”

通过这次拔河比赛，我明白了一个道理，无论做生么事，只要齐心协力，就一定能战胜困难。团结就是力量。
