今天，我们在操场上举行了拔河比赛。

张老师从我们男生的队伍选出了几个力气比较大的，也从女生的队伍里选出几个力气比较大的，让他们去参加拔河比赛。六班在比赛中非常历害，连胜三局。可是，当他们把我们班打倒时，

我们都很不服气。当我们看到四班和六班比赛的时候，他们胖子多，于是我们都给四班加油。他们班的最后一个人把绳子放在肩上，使劲往后拉。我们在操场上急的跳了起来。“加油，加油!”好!六

班终于输了一次，这令我们哈哈大笑，因为六班可能骄傲了吧!

我们虽然输了，但我们懂得了道理——做什么事都一定要认真，要谦虚，不能骄傲。

今年，我们班要与“四连冠”——一班交战，我不免有些紧张，但参赛的同学个个信心满满，昂首阔步走入场，下定决心要打个翻身仗。

随着“嘟”的一声哨响，比赛拉开了序幕。只见小鲍将麻绳绑在身上，用尽全身的力量，把麻绳往后拽。小朱的双手如铁钩一般牢牢地抓住麻绳，涨红了脸，把牙齿咬得“咯咯”响。拉拉队员大声喊着：“一——二——拉!一——二——拉!”我嘴里喊着口号，心里却像揣了一只兔子似的，扑通扑通地跳动着，屏息凝视，盯着麻绳中点的红领巾。

麻绳被双方队员崩得紧紧的。麻绳另一头，一班的同学如猛虎一般，紧紧抓着麻绳。我们班的同学也不甘示弱，一个个犹如初生牛犊似地拼尽全力，有的双手像一把大钳子，死死地抓住麻绳不肯放松;有的双脚如钉子一样纹丝不动，任你怎样拉拽都不移动一下;还有的肩并着肩，脚抵着脚，眼睛瞪得像铜铃一样大，杀气腾腾……每位同学都使出了吃奶的力气，形成了合力，奋力往后退。个别同学摔倒了，但他们依然斗志昂扬，坐在地上，身体向后倾斜，用自身的重力拉扯住麻绳。一旁观战的拉拉队员们也没闲着，瞪大双眼，盯着中点的红领巾大声呐喊，恨不得冲上前去帮忙拉一把。杨老师握紧拳头，有力地挥舞着，为同学们加油鼓劲。小董爸爸也前来指挥，半蹲身子，扎着马步，顾不得擦一下汗……

眼看中点的红领巾离我们越来越近了，我屏住呼吸，注视着中点。小董爸爸一边挥舞手臂指挥，一边反复喊道：“一——二——拉!”他的双手仿佛有魔力似的，同学们一点一点后退，胜利离我们越来越近……随着哨声响起，那鲜艳的红领巾彻底拉到了我们这一边。耶!

众人拾柴火焰高。这一刻，我忍不住欢呼起来。

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel

more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset

or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we

ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to

那天，晴空，阳光柔柔地洒在地面上，微风吹得柳条飘荡起来。从操场的西边，传来了阵阵呐喊助威声，是六年级的拔河比赛正在激烈的进行着。

很快，就轮到我们班上场了。我们班的16位同学信心十足地站上前。随着一声响亮的哨声，我们班与邻班的较量开始了。

“加油!加油!”身边传来了同学的呐喊声，就连平时不苟言笑的班主任也在大声助威。这声音此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪，让赛场上的同学们顿时精神抖擞、士气高昂。

在选手们的吼声中，中间的红绳慢慢向我们班偏。眼看胜利在望，红绳快要过线了，但就在这关键时刻，对手好像一头被激怒的公牛，忽然一使劲，将绳子拉过去一大截。

边上加油没被这暂时的失败吓到，反而更团结，更用劲。他们的身子向后倾，脚并脚，团结一心，绳子又拉了回来。

场上的比赛激烈地进行着，对手也许是刚才用了太多力气，现在反而使不上劲了，显得力不从心。我们乘此机会，拼命拽绳，对方有同学摔倒了，使我们有了可乘之机。

“一、二、三，拉!”我们底气十足地喊了一声，用尽最后的力气一拉。终于，随着裁判一声哨响，比赛结束，我们成功了!

在片刻的休息后，我们又进行了第二、三次比赛。我们过五关，斩六将，结果大获全胜，夺得了第一名。我们欢呼雀跃，尝到了成功的滋味，这味道，是甜的。

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

China—Spring Festival, it’s also called Chinese New Year by lots of

At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

had dumplings that night, because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch

famous for its special aroma and taste. Now that the holiday is ending and a new

semester is coming, I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming

Remember a Wednesday afternoon, Grandpa brought back a lovely puppy.

This little dog is very naughty, a gray hair, small eyes like black gem as bright, a pair of small ears cleverly erected on the head, the tail is always upturned, it is particularly cute. Because it is very naughty. So I gave it a name called "little skin."

今天，老师让我们玩了一个游戏，名字叫桌上拔河。

老师拿出一把尺子，开始说明游戏规则：把尺子的中心对准划在桌子上的中线，用大拇指和食指捏住尺子的一端使劲拉向自己这边，谁把尺子拉过中线，谁就赢了。但注意不能让尺子离开桌面。

老师让我们同桌进行拔河比赛，我急忙拿出尺子，用中心点对准中线，我和同桌都用右手紧紧捏住尺子，眼睛紧盯着中心线，心里十分紧张，好像要跳出来似的。大家都做好了比赛的准备，要较量一番，一决胜负。老师一声“开始”，我心想，我一定要赢她。于是，我使出全身的力气，拼命地拉尺子，把脸涨得通红。同桌也毫不示弱，拼命地拉着，眼睛瞪得好像要弹出来似的，这时，她用力一拉，我未做防备，一下子被拉过去好几格，这下我慌了神儿，赶紧使出吃奶的劲儿拼命拉，终于反败为胜，赢得了这场比赛。我从座位上跳了起来，开心地手舞足蹈。而同桌不服气地说：“有本事咱再比一次!比不比?”

谈及写作训练,学生认为就是勤练笔,其实不然。英语的听、说、读、写四种能力是密切相关、相互渗透的。听和读是领会理解别人表达的思想,说和写是用言语表达思想。写的能力要在听、说、读的基础上进行培养和提高,而写的训练又能进一步提高听、说、读的能力。因此,写作训练应该贯穿于英语教学的全过程,才能真正提高学生的写作能力。

一、多读

“读是写的前提,写是读的升华”。一般而言,听和读的量必须数十倍地多于说和写的量,才能较自如地在口头上或书面上表达自己的思想。一方面,大量阅读可以提高阅读能力,扩大词汇量,另一方面,它还可以增强英语语感,对英语写作起着潜移默化的作用。只有当阅读量达到一定程度时,才能找到写好文章的语感。我们可以选择适合学生的读物,如英文报纸(《英语周报》、《21世纪报》)、杂志(《中学生英语园地》)、科普文章、书虫等(水平较高的学生可读小说原著)。大量阅读是学生接触英语语言材料、接受信息、活跃思维、增强记忆力的一种有效途径,同时也是培养学生英语思维能力、提高理解力、增强语感、巩固和扩大词汇量的一种有效方法,非常有利于写作。实践证明,学生平时课外阅读面越广,阅读量越大,运用英语表达的能力就越强。

二、多背

英语和汉语存在很大差异,语法规则和句子结构是不同的,很多学生在写作过程中难免会受到母语的影响,出现一些Chinglish(中式英语),而且有些语法规则也把握不准,谓语动词常出现“be+do”的错误形式或缺少谓语的现象。所以,背诵模仿是行之有效的手段之一。

(一)背课文

在多年的教学实践中,我坚持让学生背诵部分课文,较长的文章选背一两段,下节课抽查背诵,或进行默写。《新概念英语2》中很多英语短文通俗有趣,我给学生挑选其中一部分让他们背诵、默写,对培养学生的语感很有效。

(二)背范文

英语写作一般包括记叙文、说明文、议论文、应用文及开放性作文写作。我经过筛选,找出每种文体各五篇文章,同时,我也注重搜集一些好的范文和习作要求学生背诵。通过熟背精彩段落,使学生逐步掌握英语基本的表达方法,有助于模仿。而且,通过这些范文,学生可熟练掌握各种体裁的写作技巧,这是学生写好作文的一条捷径。经过一段时间的训练,学生就会有内容可写、写得出来。

三、多写

除了以上对学生进行读、背训练,还要对学生进行动手训练。学生只有通过写才能知道自己的不足与缺陷,毕竟说和写是两回事。

(一)改写课文

教师可要求学生把Reading缩写成一篇一百字左右的短文,也可让学生把对话改写成记叙文(如项链),这也是进一步理解课文的手段。一般在学完一个单元,学生熟练掌握课文之后,再做这一步,让学生尽量使用本单元的短语句型,同时,也要学着套用背诵的句子。

(二)写英语周记

让学生写英语周记,这是很多老师训练学生写作的方法。有些英语写作不好的学生,往往不坚持写或应付了事。对这样的学生,教师要严格要求,督促检查。对学生的每篇周记,教师都要认真批改。周记不必拘泥于形式,学生可以自由发挥。开始可以写简单的几句话,要求学生多用学过的词组、句型,多套用和模仿。逐渐地,学生会写多些,也会越写越流利,错误也会越来越少。

(三)每周练习写一篇作文

教师挑选一至两篇习作打在投影仪上,师生共同修改,然后让学生将改写过的文章抄写在作文积累本上。这样日积月累,学生考前只要翻翻自己的“作文本”,即可胸有成竹,这个习惯一定要养成,对学生会有很大帮助。

(四)限时写作训练

近年高考试题包容量大,知识覆盖面广,这就要求学生在做题时必须注意速度和节奏,而高考书面表达从时间分配上看,最多也只能是30分钟左右的时间,学生必须在有限时间内完成作文,并且要意思连贯,无严重语法错误。为达到这一要求,每届学生从高一开始,就应定期做限时写作训练。

四、多积累

(一)积累词汇

词汇是说话写作的必需材料,掌握词汇量的多少,是衡量一个学生英语水平高低的“标尺”。《教学大纲》规定的词汇是最基本的词汇,必须熟记。我在多年的教学中,每堂课都坚持让学生默写或听写单词,要求学生根据中文意思,写出单词的拼写形式、词类和词形变化。这就使学生积累了大量的词汇,为高考书面表达打下坚实的拼写基础,避免了因单词拼写错误而丢分。

(二)积累句型

我在平时授课过程中,让学生把重点句型记录在作文积累本上,随时翻看和背诵。如写观点类文章常用的Some share the view that...,Others hold the opposite opinion that...,The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages,As far as I’m concerned,以及常用到的定语从句、倒装句、非限、非谓、同位语、强调句型等。

(三)积累文章

学生背过的篇章、写过的作文,尤其是各种体裁的范文习作,要分类整理粘贴在作文积累本上,经常拿出来朗读背诵。我教过的学生,都积累了大量的范文习作,考试时可做到有备无患。

通过长期的写作训练,我狠抓学生基本功,学生的写作水平明显提高。我所教班级在每次考试中书面表达平均分都在同类班级之上。总之,英语写作训练是综合能力训练之一,写作能力的提高需要通过循序渐进的训练才能达到。听、说、读、写几方面的训练是相辅相成的,它们互相促进、互相制约,在平时教学中教师要合理安排,有机穿插,这样才能让学生“下笔如有神”。

今天下午，我和几个小伙伴约好去踢足球。我们玩得正开心，忽然来了几个女孩子，说要和我们比赛，来一场“男女对抗赛”。这可是破天荒第一次，我们觉得挺有趣，就答应了。

各队派上了５名队员，一场男子对女子的足球比赛开始了。一开始我们可放松了，几个女孩子怕什么。所以４个队员都争当“前锋”，没有一个愿意当“后卫”。守门员以为对方是女孩子，是不可能把球踢过来的，也就在一旁玩。我们几个上去和对方抢球，周旋了好一阵子，对方的一名队员忽然重重地往前踢了一下，我方前面有个队员没拦住。糟了，快回防，但是已经来不及了，守门员也玩得忘乎所以，被对方踢进了球。

这时候，我们这些“男子汉”才从梦中清醒过来，全力以赴，积极配合，传球失误也减少了。最后，我方终于攻入两球，反败为胜。

四月一日下午三点半，我们班和三（6）班进行了一场激烈的足球比赛。

同学们激动万分，有的挥舞着小红旗，有的摇摆着鲜艳的手摇花，有的举着亲手制作的精美标牌。大家都争着为我们班的选手加油。

比赛就要开始了，选手们个个摩拳擦掌，生龙活虎，洪老师也在旁边给他们打劲，助威。

比赛一开始，我们就踢得难舍难分，眼看时间就要过一半了，比分还是0：0，队员们更加卖力，场外的拉拉队也争着为自己班加油。这时三（6）班得到了球，一位三（6）班的女队员抓住了我们班的一个空挡，一脚把球踢进了我们的球门！三（6）班立刻欢呼了起来，我们班的同学虽然很伤心，但是仍然在给我们的队员鼓劲加油。没过多久，他们又进了一球，我们班的队员和同学们的情绪都很低落。洪老师看到这种场景，立马调整我们的情绪。果然，陈阳不负众望为我们班扳回一球！我们都欢呼起来。可惜，比赛很快就结束了，我们带着遗憾离开了操场。

虽然我们输了这场比赛，但是我们很团结，没有输掉我们的气势，以后我们一定要加强体育锻炼，提高我们的能力，赛出我们的风采。

上午，老师告诉我们一个好消息：下午我们要和五（5）班进行一场足球比赛。听到了这个消息，全班立即沸腾起来，我高兴得差点儿没吃午饭。

好不容易熬到了下午，老师选吴枫、李俊杰、胡传运、孟孜宽、沈德仕去参加比赛。其中，沈德仕是当守门员。

又熬了两节课，终于，比赛就要开始了。我们陆陆续续地到了操场，在跑道上坐下。过了不久，五（5）班也到了操场。我们班每一个人都在心里仇视着对方。

“预备，嘟——”比赛开始了。我方所有观赛人员都开始拼命地喊道：“五（8）班，必胜！”席天顺和杨文豪展开“五（8）班，必胜”的条幅。后来，孟孜宽一脚把球踢到了球门里，耶！球进了！不过，由于我方队员的疏忽，五（5）班一名队员又把球踢进了我们的球门里。随即，上半场结束了。

下半场开始了，我们一齐大喊道：“五（8）班，必胜！五（5）班，必败！”哎呀！胡传运摔到了。只见他咬了咬牙，豆大的汗珠，看来一定很疼。不过，他很快又站了起来，继续战斗。随即，他又摔倒了。这一次，我仿佛听着他心中的呐喊声“加油！加油！”然后，他又开始了战斗。沈德仕守住了门，好险啊！球差一点点就进了！然后，他又踢了一球，这一球直接射进了对方的球门里，不过这不记分。

随着这场比赛的结束，老师公布了结果：五（5）班和五（8）班以1比1平终场。

今天我们要和五(5)班展开一场激烈的足球比赛。

我们班的阵容如下:前锋两名，分别是胡传运和吴枫，后卫两名，是孟孜宽和我。而门将是沈德仕。比赛开始了!队员们个个都热血澎湃，巴不得一口吃下个大胖子。突然，响亮的助威声传进了我们五个人的耳中。“五(8)班，必胜! 五(8)班，必胜!”这喊声此起彼伏，也许是这喊声起了作用，后卫孟孜宽直奔对方球门全力跑去。虽然五(5)班奋起直追，但怎么也追不上孟孜宽，他低平射门，球进了!我们立刻沸腾起来。

五(5)班急起直追，对方的其中一名前锋趁我不注意跑到孟孜宽前面，我往后传球，正好被对方给抢断了，他劲射得分。1:1暂时平局，随后进入了短暂的中场休息。

休息过后，双方交换场地，再战。第19分钟，胡传运挑射击中横梁，对手松了一口气。第25分钟，我方获得任意球，由吴枫主罚，直接射门但打中门柱，对手再次虎口脱险。最终，裁判吹响了全场比赛结束的哨声，比分1:1平。

经过这次比赛的教训，我们吸取了经验，决心下次踢胜五(6)班。

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. sometimes I visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the kfc. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and french fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. then we feel better. We go and play computer games! how mad we are!
