Not long ago I just read the English version of "Diary of Anne Frank." In fact, this is not the first time I read this book. When I first read it in elementary school, and read the Chinese version. Then still small, still can not read, that means nothing. Now it seems there feeling very deeply.

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl. She could and ordinary girl, living a happy life, but she was not hiding different parents attic. Anne all day hiding in dark little attic to escape the Nazis killing. She could not get close to nature, can not be friends like before play. In the shadow of the shadow of death, Anne only keep a diary to get through tough every day. For her, the diary as her friends, her only friends can rely on and talk. She wrote in her diary a lot, there are silent on the racial discrimination complaint, more of the outside world, the natural yearning for thinking about life.

From her diary, I can imagine she was helpless, fear, but a more leisurely and calm. This is a great girl.

After reading the "Diary of Anne Frank", my heart is very heavy. Nazi racial discrimination, maiming and killing innocent pretty much the same as Annes children. War is always nasty, it makes human experience is a market catastrophe.

Thank you "Diary of Anne Frank" and let people see the ugliness of war, to get people to think about and condolences for the unfortunate people.

不久前我刚看完了英文版的《安妮日记》。其实这不是我第一次看这本书了。第一次看的时候我才上小学，看的是中文版的。那时还小，还读不懂，觉得没什么意思。而现在看起来，却有很深很深的感触。

安妮 弗兰克是个犹太女孩。她本可以和普通女孩一样过着快乐的生活，但她却不得不同父母躲到阁楼里。小小的安妮整日躲在阴暗的阁楼里，躲避着纳粹的捕杀。她无法亲近自然，无法和朋友们像以前一样玩耍。在死亡阴影的笼罩下，安妮只有记日记来度过难熬的每一天。对于她来说，日记就像她的朋友，她唯一可以依赖和倾诉的朋友。她在她的日记里写下了很多，有对种族歧视的无声的控诉，更多的是对外面世界，对自然的向往，对人生的思考。

看完了《安妮日记》，我的内心很沉重。纳粹的种族歧视，残害了多少像安妮一样无辜可爱的孩子。战争从来都是可恶的，它让人类经历的是一场场劫难。

最近，我读了老人与海这本课外书。这里面讲了一个老人原来钓鱼钓的又大又好。可是，现在他一连48天都没有钓到一条鱼。为了证明自己能力而再次出海。在海上几经努力，终于钓到了一条比他的船还要大的大马林鱼，他一直和大马林鱼周旋耗了三天时间，最终将杀死了这条大马林鱼。然后，在回程的路上，这条大马林鱼的血却引来了鲨鱼群。于是他于鲨鱼群展开了激烈的斗争。最终这条大马林鱼被鲨鱼群吃光了。回到港时，他只带回来了大马林鱼骨架，这是他为了证明自己的证据。

我觉得我也很需要永不言败的精神。这次的考试，我因为粗心大意和偷懒这个坏毛病，丢了许多许多的分。当时我就觉得很沮丧，就觉得自己好像很没用。后来我看了一个故事，就是说，爱迪生发明灯泡的时候，用了一千多种材料才找到一种很好用的。每一次失败了的时候，他只是轻描谈写地说：“我并没有失败，我只是又找到了一种行不通的材料而已。”比起爱迪生和老渔夫，我那点小困难并不算什么，只要把粗心大意这个坏毛病改了就好了，只要我学会永不言败就一定能成功！

永不言败，这就是《老人与海》告诉我们的。

“一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败”。这句话是我在读过《老人与海》之后印象最深刻的。

这本小说主要讲的是一位老渔夫桑提亚哥在海上捕鱼的故事。经历了84天的努力，老渔夫还是一无所获，大家都说他运气不好，等到第85天，他决定去渔夫们从未去过的深海捕鱼，以此来证明自己的实力与勇气。经历了几天艰难的搏斗，老人终于捕获了一只大马林鱼。在返回途中，遭到鲨鱼袭击，最后马林鱼只剩下一副巨大的白骨……

这个故事使我震撼。也许在别人眼中老人是个失败者。因为作为渔夫，捕不到鱼，还能算是真正的渔夫吗？但面对外界的冷嘲热讽，他也毫不顾忌。在我看来，老人的可贵之处不仅在于他的勇敢与顽强，而是在经历了84天的徒劳之后，他仍能继续坚持。这种坚持到底的精神令我震撼。

一次次的一无所获，一次次被鲨鱼带走，但他始终用尽一切手段反击，什么力量也无法摧残他英勇的意志。

也许很多人眼中老渔夫的结局是个悲剧，包括我也曾这样认为，可作者海明威为什么没有给顽强而勇敢的老人一个完美的结局呢？

其实这个问题要以用书中的一句话来回答：“一个人并不是生来就要被打败的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败”。不可否认，每个人都有缺陷，当一个人承认这个缺陷并努力去战胜它而不是屈服于它时，无论最后是捕到一条完整的马林鱼还是一副空骨架，这都已经无所谓了。不是吗？因为一个人的生命价值早已在追捕马林鱼的过程中充分地体现出来了。

人生的追求是无止境的，它的道路漫长而坎坷，其实只要为理想追求过，奋斗过，何必去在乎结果是否拥有一条完整的“马林鱼”呢？

After I read the book that is called “The old man and the sea” I was deeply moved by the old man and his spirit.

The book written by Hemingway tells us a story that an old man whose name is Santiago went out to do some fishing on the sea on his own but down on his luck he hadn’t caught any fish for 84 days. Next day he caught a huge marlin which is bigger than his boat and took a formidable battle with it. He beat it at the end. When he was on the way home the smells of blood of the marlin draw a lot of sharks’ attention and they fought for it. In order to protect the marlin and him the old man tried his best to fight with them. After a cruel fight he won it and came back home tiredly. Although he only got a skeleton of the giant marlin at last he is also a great hero in many people’s heart.

In the article the old man is a great man. Although he failed for many time in his life he never gave up. He is a steel-willing man who insisted his dream and work hard. You can destroy him but you can’t beat him. Whatever he faced to he would never yield to the difficult which shows a strong spirit.

In our lives I think we should learn something from the old man which will make us have a more valuable life. Whenever and wherever we meet trouble we should never give up and try our best to overcome it. We should always keep on our dream and make it come true. Every one has his backbone which can’t be bended by anyone which is very important for everyone in his whole life. If we meet difficulty in our life we should face it bravely and work out some way to solve the problem whatever would happen at last. We can be destroyed but we can’t be beat by anything or anyone. If you failed for many times in your life you wouldn’t surrender because if you try to do it you may succeed in your life but if you do not do it you would not be succeed forever. Everyone has his advantages and disadvantages in his life but we should face to our disadvantages and we must be confident which would also make us be confident of our life. We should have faith in what we do in our life we will have a more beautiful life in the future and our dream will come true. We should pay more attention to what we do during our life rather than what we will get at the end because I think it is more important than any thing you get finally. If you enjoy you life not something you get you will have a meaningful life and a noble spirit. It will hurt you when you pay more attention to what you get in the future. It will also make you do something wrong which is bad for other people our society and our country.

I’m impressed by the sentence which is “We can be destroyed but we can’t be beat.” I think everyone should do it no matter what happen in our life. This book makes me know something I didn’t know in the past. The book and the old man have a great influence in my life. I love this book.

A Tale of Two Cities is one of Dickens’s masterpieces; the story is an exposure of the contradiction before France Revolution-the appealing of “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” by France lower class.

The main clue of the novel is based on the terrible experience of Dr. Manette, the plot is very complex, attracting, and exciting. Lying at the heart of which we can see the themes from different people.

Sydney Carton

When I read the chapter pertaining to interrogation on Charles Darney, intuition tells that the lawyer assistant who feels at ease with his eyes fixed on the ceiling must be a very special man, which turned out to be right when I finished the whole book. He seems indifferent about everything, even his love. He is brilliant but he thinks otherwise, or rather, he thinks he is inferior to others. Even his master thinks that if he worried about this or that, he would make a great success. Feeling of humbleness is the fatal point leading the loss of his beloved one. If Lucie Manette lives with him, he thinks, she would sustain much hardship. At the end of the story, he sacrifices his life for his love willingly.

Many people say that love is selfish and egocentric, but the temperament of Sydney Carton tells us that love can be sublime and pure. Through this, Dickens tells us loving someone doesn’t mean you should live together with him or her. You can help your beloved one silently, even sacrifice for love. This is universal fraternity, I think, which is the sublimation of normal love. And also, Dickens may indicate that true love really exists, regardless of the situation is full of commotion or not.

Charles Darney

He’s born at a family of royal lineage-the son of Marquis. Regret and abomination fill in his mind for the cruelty and the crime his family have done to the poor. He determines to quit the right of inheritance of his family and moves to England to acting as a French teacher. When he comes back to France, his notorious and sadistic uncle who holds the succession of the family doesn’t welcome him. His uncle is doomed to death because of his cruelty. When he returns to England, he proposes marriage to Lucie Manette. He knows his proposal may not be accepted by Dr.Manette, for he is the son of the enemy of Dr.Manette. After the France Revolution breaks out, he returns to France again to save a servant. But unfortunately, he’s cast into prison.

Lucie Manette

She goes to France with Jarvis Lorry to take her father back, she shows great sympathy to Sydney Carton, and she prayed his husband would get an early deliverance from captivity.

She is a kind-hearted lady made of love and sympathy; she is also the incarnation of elegance.

Dr.Manette

As a victim of the gloom society, he lives a miserable and contradictory life. After releasing from prison, the only thing he does is making shoes, which become worse when he comes across a harsh situation. He loves his daughter just as she does to him, even when he knows that Charles Darney is the son of his enemy, he allow the proposal. And when he notices his daughter was totally down to know the fact that her husband was put into prison, he promise to her that he will rescue him out. He spares no effects to do that, in vain, though.

From this person, Dickens may tells that love between the lower-class family members are as pure as crystal.

Jarvis Lorry

An elderly manager at Tellsons Bank and a dear friend of Dr. Manette. He is very loyal to Dr. Manette. He accompanies them all the time without considering his own life.

Couple Defarge

They’re the leader of the revolution. Ernest Defarge, to some extent, is a good man. He was the servant of Dr.Manette, he provides accommodation for him. But his wife, Madame Defarge, is really a wicked woman. She knits all the time, she wants to kill all the people who lead a richer or happier life just out of envying and revenge. The result turns out to be dramatic: she’s killed by herself as a consequence that the gun goes off by accident.

Resurrection maybe is the main theme in the novel. Dickens here implied that he doesn’t agree the upper class treat the poor badly, meanwhile, he doesn’t agree the lower-class to overthrow the upper class. He hopes that they can live in harmony with each other. Underneath the lines, Dickens wants his readers to be careful that the same sort of revolution that so damaged France wont happen in Britain, which is shown to be nearly as unjust as France. But his warning is addressed not to the British lower classes, but to the aristocracy. He repeatedly uses the metaphor of sowing and reaping; if the aristocracy continues to plant the seeds of a revolution through behaving unjustly, they can be certain of harvesting that revolution in time. The lower classes do not have any agency in this metaphor: they simply react to the behavior of the aristocracy. In this sense it can be said that while Dickens sympathizes with the poor, he identifies with the rich: they are the books audience, its "us" rather than its "them". Crush humanity out of shape once more, under similar hammers, and it will twist itself into the same tortured forms. Sow the same seed of rapacious license and oppression over again and it will surely yield the same fruit according to its kind.

“愚公移山”，“铁杵成针”，“冰冻三尺”等等，不都意味着“有志者，事竞成”吗？他们“知其不可为而为之”的可贵品质非常值得我们学习。做任何事情都要有坚持不懈的精神。碰到困难也不要放弃。你可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。我们不能被生活打败，更不能被自己打败！要勇于面对自己，面对自己将要面对的困难。相信自己，坚持不懈，一定能够，克！服！它！

《老人与海》中有句名言：一个人不是生来就要被打败的，你可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。这句话反衬出了老渔夫的勇敢意志，而这也是老渔夫内心深处的独白……

当我看到“老渔夫想：这里离海岸实在太近了，也许在更远的地方会有更大的鱼”时，我不禁感叹：虽然老渔夫已经捕到了一些鱼，但他并没有安于现状，而是有着更远大的目标。我们也是一样，不能安于一隅之地，一定要回望过去，展望未来。向自己的远大目标勇往直前！正所谓：“无目标，怎进步？”这本书给我们的启示是多方面的，更需要我们认真地去体会。

为了一个美好的未来，我们定要全力以赴，以全新的面貌去挑战困难与末知，相信成功不再遥远。古人云：山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。我们要满怀信心的去迎接挑战。因为我相信成功永远属于我们自己！让我们把老渔夫的精神品和铭记于心，争当新时代好队员！

从小到大，我读了很多遍《老人与海》这本书，也听了无数次《老人与海》的读书报告，而那句经典的台词“一个人可以被毁灭但不能被打败”更是见了又见，听了又听，可是即使是这样，我也依旧很喜欢这本精彩绝伦的小说。更重要的是，虽然这本书中的格言至理已经被人们咀嚼过很多年，也赞扬过很多次了，我也还是忍不住要锦上添花一下，好让自己从这本书中得到的震撼与感慨有一个发泄的机会，有一个倾诉的余地。

看了《老人与海》之后，我的一个直观的感受就是：人类是极其强大的一个群体，他们拥有着无限的潜能，也拥有着无限的可能性。

在我看来，一个人可以被杀死，但是他绝对不可能被打败，绝无可能会被击垮；一个人的躯体可能会腐烂不堪，但是他的的品质绝对不会被抹杀掉，他的功绩也绝不可能会被忘却掉；一个人的精气可能会消耗殆尽，但是他的精神绝对不会消失殆尽，他的灵魂绝不可能随波逐流。

一个人立足于世，成就于世，靠的不仅仅是一种单纯的美貌，也不是一种高超的智慧，相反，一个人的精神品质发挥了强大的作用。

对于我们这些在红尘俗世中苦苦挣扎的凡人来说，在生活中，我们难免会遇到很多坎坎坷坷，也会经历很多风风雨雨，可殊不知，正是因为这些磨难与挫折，我们才会变得更努力，更成熟，更全能，更强大，更伟大。

合上这本书，我的心依然沉浸在汹涌澎湃的大海中。它让我懂得了什么是坚持，什么是顽强。每一次，圣地亚哥的这句话，在我面对困难时，给予我莫大的勇气。

在浩瀚无边的大海中，一只小小的渔船正驶向远方，那正是圣地亚哥的船，它像一头金色的狮子，毫不畏惧地冲向翻腾的巨浪……

海风掠过大海，弥漫着一股血腥味，圣地亚哥掌控着船，拖着一架巨大的鱼骨，在茫茫大海中返航。这一次，圣地亚哥终于捕到了一条大鱼。这条大鱼引来了许多凶猛的鲨鱼，刚刚制服大鱼的圣地亚哥筋疲力尽，但是圣地亚哥为了保护辛辛苦苦捕来的鱼，与鲨鱼们斗了两天两夜，始终没有退缩。最后，大鱼只剩下一架残骨。

虽说最终的结果还是失败，但他在我的心中永远是英雄。一位英雄，就是不怕一切困难，顽强不屈。圣地亚哥在经历了84次挫败后继续出海打鱼，与大鱼周旋，与鲨鱼搏斗，可以说，他的经历谁都没有经历到过。可就这样一次次的挫折，磨炼了老人顽强的意志力，造就了一个不败的神话。

前几天，在新闻当中，我又看到了霍金，他与圣地亚哥有几分相似。霍金拥有异乎常人的头脑，17岁就考上了剑桥大学，21岁时得知自己患上了不治之症后，消沉过一段时间。医生当时预测他最多只能活两年，但两年后情况并没有比想象的糟糕。霍金充满了斗志，胸怀显得更款管，克服了重重困难，反而继续为人类的科学发展做出了杰出的贡献。在他的眼中，重要的是一个人生命的价值，而是他克服困难的意志力。

面对磨难，我们不仅要付出艰辛的汗水，即使最后没有成功。，既然努力过了，就不会有遗憾。这正是挫折搭成了一座通向强者的桥。人的一生当中，只要我们秉持一颗不屈的心，总有一天我们会踏上成功的道路，人生也会更加精彩!

老人圣地亚哥是一位老渔民，老人与海就讲述了他在连续八十四天都没有捕到一条鱼的情况下，终于独自一人钓上了一条大马林鱼，但这条鱼庞大的像一座山丘，所以将老渔民圣地亚哥的小渔船整整拖了几天几夜叉筋疲力尽，被老人杀死绑在了小船的一头。老人返航的时候却遇到了鲨鱼，他应用的抵抗鲨鱼的攻击。可最后回到港湾的时候，大鱼只剩下鱼头、鱼尾和一条脊骨。

这篇小说描写了老人在中亚紫霞仍保持着优雅的风度。作者这样写突出了老人威严冷静的性格特点，就像我们小学五年级的一篇课文《桥》中的老支书一样。面对鲨鱼的攻击，老人并没有吓呆了，而是沉着的应对鲨鱼疯狂的攻击才保住了自己的性命。如果老人并没有沉着的应对鲨鱼的攻击，那老人将会一无所有（宝货老人的生命）这篇小说主要告诉我名字一个人应用有的最宝贵的精神—人可以被毁灭，却不可以被打败。圣地亚哥也因此而成为了文学史上最着名的“硬汉”之一

所以在生活上我们要学习老渔民圣地亚哥的品格与精神，才能成为对住过有用的人。

绝不屈服

《老人与海》是海明威笔下的一篇杰作，它的篇幅不长，情节也很简单，但它用独有的那种回归自然的质朴、天高海阔的深远，以及一股恢弘的力量，鼓舞了一代又一代读者。

一个名叫圣地亚哥的老渔夫，在84天一无所获后，决定独自一人去远海捕鱼。功夫不负有心人，他钓到了一条比船还长两英尺的大马林鱼。这条鱼力大无比，拖着小船漂流了两天两夜。在这两天两夜里，老人经历了前所未有的考验，终于将鱼刺死，拴在船头。然而，归途中却遇上了鲨鱼，老人与鲨鱼进行了殊死搏斗，结果大马林鱼还是被鲨鱼吃得只剩下一副光秃秃的骨架。老人只得空手归航。

人际关系只在岸上，存在老人与男孩之间。但是海上的关系却在人兽之间。至于大海，可敌可友，亦敌亦友，对于渔夫来说，大海提供了猎场提供了各种鱼类和湾流，但是湾流也潜藏了凶猛的鲨鱼群，令人防不胜防。老人虽独立勇捕了十八英尺长的大鱼，却无力驱赶争食的鲨群。他败了，但是虽败犹荣，带回去的大鱼残骸，向众多渔夫见证了他捕获的战利品并非夸大，而是真正的。

“一个人不是生来要给打败的，你尽可以消灭他，可就是打不败他。”这是多么经典的话啊！它充分的体现了人类面对艰险无所畏惧的高贵品质，面对失败有着“优雅的风度”，他赢得了生命的价值和人格的尊严，是个了不起的胜利者。

人类的极限，无人知晓。当一个人努力战胜自己的缺陷而不是屈从它的时候，无论最后是捕到一条完整的鱼还是一副骨架，都已经无所谓了，因为一个人生命的价值已在与那马林鱼的搏斗的过程中充分体现了。曾经为自己的理想努力追求过、奋斗过，难道他不是一个胜利者吗？

作为一个强者，就不应该因为失败而消沉悲观，就不应该因为沮丧而停止追求！

今天中午，我读了美国著名作家海明威的小说《老人与海》。我十分服气小说中老渔夫的意志，他让我知道了一一定要有坚持不懈的，才能获得成功。

小说描述的是一个年近六旬的老渔夫，在一次单身出海打鱼时，钓到了一条大鱼，却拉不上来。老渔夫同鱼周旋了几河汉，才发现这是一条超越自己渔船数倍的大马林鱼，固然明知很难取胜，但若是不放弃。后来又因大马林鱼伤口上的鱼腥味引来了几群沙鱼抢食，但老人仍不肯就这样放弃，最终突稳重围，将大鱼带回了渔港，让其他渔夫服气不已。

一个简单的故事，一个平凡的老人，一条普通的大马林鱼，在茫茫大海上发生了看似平凡而又不平凡的经历。

也没有大海，就没有鱼，没有鱼，也就没有鱼夫，同样也就没有折断不凡的经历了。正因为有了大海，才让鱼夫钓上了一条大马林鱼，但却在海上拖了三天三夜才把鱼杀死，但又遭到鲨鱼的袭击，贼后的结局可想而知，这条大马林鱼只剩下了鱼头鱼尾和一条脊骨。一切的肉体都不复存在了，剩下的只是一个躯壳，一个没有灵魂的躯壳，任人摆布。但是谁又愿意去操控它呢?它只不过是一堆毫无利用价值的骨架。

然而，一个悲剧性的故事里，却折射出一个“英雄人物”——老人圣地亚哥。连续八十四天没有捕到鱼，在别人眼中他是一个失败者。因为作为鱼夫，捕不到鱼，还能算是真正的鱼夫吗?而可贵的还是他却能在第八十五天决心驶向远方的大海去钓鱼，那种“知其不可为而为之”的勇气，难道不令我佩服吗?不论是鱼叉，小刀，短棍。一次一次被鲨鱼带走，但他始终用尽一切手段进行反击，什么也无法摧残他英勇的意志。一句“我跟你奉陪到死”，夹杂在大海的咆哮声中，回响在我耳旁。一个人把生命都压上去了，与敌人做殊死的博斗，能不算英勇吗?我想鲨鱼正是宇宙间一切破坏性力量的化身，而老人正是正义的使者。在人的一身中随时随地都存在这股破坏力量，人生是不停地循环着，喜剧的落幕，不就是悲剧的上演;悲剧的落幕，也就意味着喜剧的再度登场。老人将大马林鱼杀死看似是完美的结果，但同时他也还在“酝酿”这自己的悲剧。鲨鱼的袭击，就是应得的报应。一个人活在世上总是有所追求的，无论追求的东西是好是坏，追求的手段是正义，是卑劣，也许能够得到就是最好的结果吧。在充满悲剧色彩的全之中，仍有一丝亮点，那就是孩子。孩子带回了老人的青春，使他找回了自我。如果没一个人都拥有一份童心，一份天真，那世界不再总是灰色，就算当时你享有的是最后的晚餐，也不回忘记饭前洗手，饭后漱口了。

回想起文中老人的话“人不是为失败而生的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不能给打败”，不正道出了本文的主体吗?人正的是很奇怪的动物，为何有勇气面对死亡，却没有勇气面对失败呢?难道失败真的如此可怕吗?冷冷的海风里夹杂着一股血腥，也许真正害怕的可能是这些吧!

小说歌颂了老渔夫不畏艰险尽力奋斗的精神，我们也应弄像他那样，不能满足于近况，应弄积极向上，做任何事都要坚持不懈，碰到困难要迎难而上，决不能半途而废。只有这样，我们才能获得更大的成功和成功

This year summer vacation i read the american well-known writer hemingways novel " old person and sea ". i extremely admire in the novel the senior fishermans will he let me understand one person certainly must have relentless spirit only then could obtain successfully.

the novel description is one year near sixty years of age senior fisherman when alone goes to sea in one fishing fished one big fish actually did not pull. the senior fisherman socialized several days after the fish only then discovered this was the big marlin which one surpassed the oneself fishing boat several fold although knew perfectly well very difficult to win but still did not give up. afterwards and further because in the big marlin wound fish fishy smell brought in several crowds of shark fish snatches the food but the old person still did not hope like this to give up finally highlighted encircles tightly returned to the big fish belt the fishing port lets other fishermen not admire already.

when i read " the senior fisherman think: here to the seacoast really was too near perhaps could have a bigger fish in a farther place... " when i extremely admire this senior fisherman because he by now already projected on some fish but he had not settled to the present situation but was approaches the bigger goal advance. again has a look us usually meets one slightly is difficult we all complain incessantly. we will be the motherland future will be supposed to like this old person same mind lofty aspiration will even better pursue even better the bigger goal.

when i read " the big marlin start fast to gather round the young fishing boat hover twined the cable on the mast the old person right hand lifted up high the steel fork leapt the water surface in it the flash did utmost throws to its heart one wail ended the big fishs life it was static static floats on the water surface... " when my heart also liked together the big stone falls. i extremely admire old person that kind do not dread the relentless spirit although knows the match strength is very strong but he not slightly flinches but is welcomes difficultly above. just because had this kind of spirit the senior fisherman only then achieved this life and death contest success. we also must study senior fishermans spirit in life handles the matter does not fear the difficulty only then can obtain successfully.

这几天，我读了《老人与海》这本书，深有感触。

这本书的内容大致如下。一位老渔夫出海捕鱼，捕到了一条大马林鱼，他与这条大马林鱼斗智斗勇，花了三天时间，费了九牛二虎之力才将其捕杀。可是在回家的路上大马林鱼的血腥味引诱来了好几条鲨鱼，被迫与这些鲨鱼进行斗争，最后，他靠了岸，可是大马林鱼已经被鲨鱼吃得连渣也不剩。

看完这本书，我若有所思：这位老渔夫开始的八十四天都没捕到鱼，第八十五天他好不容易才妨到一条大鱼，却鲨鱼抢去吃了。生活如此艰辛，为什么他却没有露过一次苦脸，说过一句抱怨的话？是什么在支持着他？突然，我灵光一闪，明白了：他的乐观精神！当他连续八十四天未捕到鱼时，他也不气馁，还安慰自己：放心，总会捕到鱼的。当鲨鱼将大马林鱼夺去吃掉时，还安慰自己：好了，现在我再也不用为大马林鱼担心了。虽然他在肉体上被打败了，但在精神上，他从未被打败，乐观就能使你在精神上所向披靡！我们都应该向他学习，不是吗？

“书读百遍，其义自现”说明了读书的好处很多。所以这个暑假妈妈给我买了许多书，其中一本《老人与海》是我最感兴趣的一本。

书中的主人翁是一位老人，他住在一个小渔村里，说了他常年出海捕鱼为生，在很长一段时间里他一无所获。一天，他又像往常一样出海捕鱼，在等待了许久，一条大鱼上钩了！令老人吃惊的是，这条大鱼竟然比自己的船身还要长！凭着老人多年的捕鱼经验，要想捕获这条鱼就必须耗尽了它的力量。鱼挣脱不开，便一直拖着小船游。老人随着这条鱼在海上漂流了三天三夜，终于在老人的坚持下捕获了这条大鱼。他拖着鱼往回赶，谁曾想，正是这条大鱼引来了鲨鱼群，最终大鱼被鲨鱼吃得只剩下了骨架。老人这种永不言败的精神深深地震撼了我。

其实人生总是有坎坷的，只有坚持了成功才会大于失败。就像我刚刚开始学跳舞一样，先要练压腿和劈叉等一些基本功。那时还小，压腿还不算困难，但劈叉就有点困难了。每次劈都要靠着墙，因为只有这样才能劈直一些。虽然十分艰难，但我坚持了下来，最终克服了这个困难。如果人生中一帆风顺，没有一件不顺心的事发生，那我们也就不可能从这当中吸取教训。但遇到了不顺心的事，一定不能轻易放弃，要努力要坚持，相信自己一定会成功！

在我们遇到困难之时，记住要坚持，胜利就在我们眼前。

Santiago, an old man about sixty years old, fished alone with nothing caught in eighty four days. No one would like to talk to him for his extremely bad luck except a boy who always came to help after the day and finally left to another boat under the pressure of his parents. Ignoring the contempt from the younger fishermen and sympathy from the older, on the morning of the 85th day, the old man started his fishing with determination and rowed his old boat very far in the sea where he believed there would be big fish. Fortunately the old man met with a big fish as he had wished and finally defeated the big Marlin with two days and nights struggle after overcoming great difficulties. But more unfortunately there were many sharks coming after his boat attracted by the smell of the blood of the big Marlin. After death-and-life struggle, when he finally got rid of the sharks coming after the boat, the big Marlin was bare skeleton.

The Old Man and the Sea tells a frustrated experience of the old man who fishes alone in the sea in plain languages. Through the simple lines, a “tough guy” image is shaped and heroism is praised. The whole story starts with a peaceful beginning which is some trivial of life and talking with the boy, and suddenly turns to its climax which is the dangerous fighting with the big fish and sharks alone in the sea, and ends with the old man’s return with the bare skeleton of the big Marlin. Though the boy only appears at the beginning and the ending in the novel, he plays an indispensible role, it is his inspiring and supporting that helps the old man to be “graceful under heavy pressure”.

In the book, the old man prepared his fishing properly and preciously than any other fishermen so that “Then when luck comes you are ready” as the old man thought to himself. In reality, some of us keep complaining that they are born in wrong time or good luck never knocks their doors. In fact, good luck sometimes just comes when they are not ready. Taking Newton for example, if he had not acquired a lot, millions of apples could never make him discovery the gravity. So if we just keep studying as much as we can, good luck will finally find us and a bright future is ahead of us. The old man never gives up hope. When all of people think he is doomed, he still strongly believes that he will get a big fish. And he does. So never giving up hope is very important to us. This reminded me of the sentence in Churchill’s speech “Never give up, never, never, never…”. “But man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not defeated” has always been inspiring me when I counter with some setbacks in my life. Setbacks are inevitable in pursuit of our goals, but we should never be frustrated and should be “graceful under heavy pressure” like the old man. It is his relentless pursuit that contributes to the victory.

在平常的生活中，我看到许许多多的书，这些书有的让我知道了生活中遇到的困难怎么样面对，有的让我知道了许多人生的道理，其中著名作家海明威写的《老人与海》让我体会很深。

这本书说了一个这样的故事：古巴有一位老渔夫名叫圣地亚哥，有一次他连续84天都没有打到一条鱼。于是他坚持不懈，终于钓到了一大马林鱼，绑在自己的小船边。在回港的路途中，遇到了无数次鲨鱼，他用了一切办法去反击。最后，在到港以后，那只大马林鱼就剩下一条脊骨了。虽然只剩下一条脊骨，这种精神也无法摧毁他英勇的意志。

我以前一遇到一些无法解决的困难，就打退堂鼓，不想把这件困难圆满地解决掉。当我读完这本书后，每当我想退缩时，就能想到圣地亚哥那种永不放弃的精神，激励我坚持不懈，干什么事情都要有恒心，有意力，不能被困难吓倒。我要感谢这本书，让我及时找到了自己的缺点，在她的帮助下，在以后的学习和生活中我都将是授益非浅的。

In our class, there is learning of poor students, they are lack of confidence to oneself, plus others ironic, then, they have no interest in learning, thus make grades decline gradually, falling...

读了《老人与海》这篇文章，我不禁暗暗为海明威的巨作叫好。这个故事形象逼真的描写了一个老人是怎样靠着坚定的信念灵巧地将一头大鱼捕到自己那简陋的船上，又是怎样赶走“来犯之敌”――鲨鱼。虽然他没能将整条鱼运回去，但他的精神值得我们学习：人要有自信心，遇事要对自己说“我能行!”。大家想一想，如果这位老人钓到了一条比自己大上7，8倍的鱼，他见了就害怕，把鱼放了，那他能将鱼运回来为自己争光吗?不，不能，他正是靠着这样常人难以接受决心，才能捕到这条大鱼。

在我们班上，有学习差的同学，他们就是对自己信心不足，再加上旁人的讽刺，这时，他们对学习毫无兴趣，从而使学习成绩逐步下降，下降……

现在的社会发达了，如果能克隆自信心的话，那我一定克隆一份，将它送给信心不足的朋友!
