每一天都有不同的事情发生，暑假对于我来说是永远相同的：补课，写作业。但今年的这个暑假却是意义非凡。

在今年的这个暑假中我们不仅补课还参加了体育训练，为期一个月半。刚训练时卢教练对我们可是很严的，第一次上课就让我们跑了八百米，一些体力好的同学倒没事，但我们这些体力相对差一点的则累的瘫在了地上。可还没休息一会，卢教练就厉声喊道：“赶紧起来给我做准备运动！”我们听后又懒洋洋的爬了起来，做完之后我们又做了后踢脚，高抬腿，快摆等动作，第一阶段的训练就结束了。

第二阶段主要的就是训练专项，像足球运球，跳远，实心球等项目，在这些项目中也有受伤的，像足球运球一不小心就崴了脚，但是我们班同学并没有因为受了一点伤就和朱老师请假，而是坐在旁边的椅子上，等伤好一点之后有重新开始训练，可见我们班的同学想训练好的决心有多大。

我感觉这些训练中最考验我们的就是每次训练结束之前的耐力跑，且每一次耐力跑都不低于10圈，别小看这10圈，这些圈跑下来每个人可都会累的，也许你能跑过今天的10圈，但明天呢？后天呢？一共45天你都能坚持下来？所以这就需要我们有极大的毅力才能坚持下来。但我们则是每天都跑，虽然不是每一天都跑10圈，但我们从来没有一天不跑，渐渐地，我们的毅力好像大大提高了，由一开始的只能跑一半的圈数变为现在每天都跑一大半，距离足够的圈数只差一两圈。最终，训练结束，我们都过了一个不同寻常的假日！

这个暑假我们得到的不仅是提高了的成绩，还有那种坚持不放弃的精神！

暑假还有一件事值得一提，那就是旅游了。我们去了山城重庆。重庆是一个很美的地方，那里可以说是应有尽有。有山，有水，有美食，有美景，还有热情好客的重庆人民。在那，我看到了许多我从未见过，从未感受过的山川与河流。我体验到大好河山带给我的乐趣，体验到了人文历史带给我的兴奋，也体验到了美食带给我的诱惑。它就像一个全新的世界，有很多我不熟悉的语言、不熟悉的交通工具、不熟悉的道路、不熟悉的景点等，但它们却令我十分惊奇与震撼。

这个暑假虽然短暂，但整个暑假过的充实而紧张，这注定会成为我成长路上最值得回味的一个假期，我将带上美好的回忆再一次出发，奔向一个光辉的未来，感谢这个多彩的暑假！

秋天到了，金风飒飒，稻谷飘香，转眼间一年一度的国庆节就要到了，这个假期比较长，你们打算怎么过呢？下面是我的安排，一起来看看吧！

第一天，我要先做作业，看书，复习这段时间学习的知识，预习接下来要上课的内容。下午的时候看一个小时的电视，晚上睡前看半个小时的课外书。

第二天，我们一家要去看望爷爷奶奶，一起聚一下，然后还可以找我的那些表妹表弟玩，我的表弟表妹很可爱，我很喜欢跟他们一起玩。当天回安溪后，睡前再看一小时的课外书。

第三天，这一天，我要起早一些，因为我们一家和爷爷奶奶、外公外婆要一起去海边玩，我还想去抓鱼抓虾，一定会很有趣的。

第四天，我们要去博物馆看蝴蝶标本，欣赏它们五彩斑斓的世界。接着我们可以顺便去游乐园玩一下。

剩下的那几天，我要在家里好好休息，看电视，运动，预习新的知识。

这就是我的国庆假日安排，我想今年的国庆节一定会过得非常开心，期待假日快点到来！

I made a dicision to run for an election for the monitor.I felt nervous ,because i didnt good at talking with others.After school ,i got on line to look up how tp give wonderful speeches.The artical not only introduced the information on communication skills,but also recommend,a lecture about communication.I bought the admission ticket to go to listen the lecture.The old profferser taught how to keep confident and how to be persuasive.I listened carefully,and praticed a lot of time.

On the eletion day,I deliver a speech on the rostrum,I was confident and determined.When I concluded the speech,the loudly applause told me,I was elected.

这个五一，我陪者父母来到了深圳，在这片黄金海滩边有一片波澜壮阔的大海，这些地方留下了我许多美好的回忆。

我刚来到沙滩时，母亲就叫我去礁石上戏耍，我走过去，站在礁石上，凉滋滋的海水轻轻地抚摸我的脚面。洁白的浪花追逐人们的脚印，发出“哗啦，哗啦”的“笑声”。海风是那样凉爽，似一只只小鱼似的滑过我的腿间。

我轻快地跳上沙滩，嘴里哼欢快的小曲，我望蔚蓝的天空，小鸟自由地飞翔，一朵朵雪白的云朵成了数不清的羊群。深蓝色的大海与蔚蓝的天空紧紧相连，一幅自然而美丽的海景画承现在我的眼前，在阳光的照射下，这幅美丽的图画更加充满生机，充满活力。

海是无边无际的，近出的海的海面是那么明净透彻。轻轻的微波渐渐地向岸边移来，越来越近，冲在沙滩上，岩石上，泛出层层白花，溅起颗颗银珠，又悄悄地消失在海滩上。远望，海水与天空似乎一种颜色，海天仿佛连在一起。天边漂浮几朵白云，恰如出海捕鱼的船帆，缓缓地向远方剽去……
