文化课上完就去体育锻炼。体育好的同学看起来很轻松，轻松跑在前几名，而我却一直在后几名徘徊。刚开始时，觉得很苦，很累，受不了这强度训练。尽管训练场一直抱怨声不断，但大家都仍然坚持着。即使汗流浃背，也仍努力着。

离结束只剩几天时间了，教练带我们来到了陈埠职高去测八百米和一千米。虽然这不是考试，但还是会紧张，预备时，心跳得很快。

一声哨响，女生们全部冲向前方，都尽可能地贴着内道。果不其然，我一开始就落到了后面。前面的人离我那么近又那么远，仿佛触手可及，却又很难追上。我只得保持现在速度跑，等到最后再超。

强烈的太阳光照在身上，让人热得难受，又刺得让人难以睁开眼，还好，就剩最后一圈了。

奔跑时仿佛世界都寂静了，只有规律的跑步声。最后半圈，大家的体力慢慢消耗，速度似乎都降了许多。我便开始加速，努力超过前面的人，有一段时间感觉腿好像不受控制了，只会跑不会停下来了。

最后和一个同学一起冲过了终点，终于跑完了这八百米，我的成绩也比上次提高了十几秒。我大口呼吸着空气，感觉头晕乎乎的，腿也无力，发软，站起来很难。教练催促我们站起来走走。渐渐地，我缓过来了。

感谢这次暑假的体育训练，提高了我的体育成绩。这真是一个不同寻常的假日。

在我的假日生活当中，起来就是3个字：忙·玩·睡。

在我的假日生活中，我很忙，在我爸妈的压制下，我不得不完成他们给我布置每天的任务，还要每天为他们做家务，当然，我也可以从中获得一些报酬。有一次，我下午看电视，可能是因为这个节目太好看了，我就一直看到了下午五点多，我想将错就错，又看到了下午六点多，那时，我的作业只做了将近五分之一，到了我爸爸回来，看到我只写了这一点作业，然且还每拖地，所以我就倒霉了，除了今天的报酬没有，还要罚钱，还要补写作业，我一直到晚上十二点，我才补完了作业去洗澡睡觉。

在我的假日生活中，我很贪玩，当我的爸爸下午去上班时，妈妈去打牌时，我就不会认真的写作业了，因为我和爸妈的协议上写着我一天只能玩1个小时的电脑，而且还有时候不能玩，我妈妈要到电脑上看电视，所以我就有可能去玩电脑游戏，但是我每一次去玩时，我爸爸就好像有千里眼一样，不管我怎样伪装，但他一样可以知道的一清二楚。我也有可能“三心二意”（一边写作业，一边看电视）。

在我的假日生活中，我很懒，我一般每天睡觉时都在晚上11点多左右，然后每天早上9：30左右起床，而且还睡午觉，不知道为什么，我一累，我就想要躺在那个地方，在沙发上，在地板上等地方，都有我的踪迹。

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. 吃过午饭，我们全家就去爬山了，我们一边沿着似乎有人修过的山间小路往上爬，一边欣赏着大自然的风韵。路的一旁是陡峭的山坡，另一旁是茂密的树林。小溪飞快地流向远方。我们顺着小溪，来到了一个野生的垂钓小湖。我迅速的借到钓竿，放好鱼饵，把鱼钩甩进湖里。

我坐在湖边的一块大石头上，欣赏着这湖光山色。天格外的蓝，蓝得刺眼，偶尔会有柳絮飘过脸颊。近处的山青翠欲滴，把脚下的湖水蒙上了一层淡淡的绿意。鸟儿们在树上叽叽喳喳地叫着，山腰附近也不时传来山鸡咕咕的叫声。鱼儿在水中游来游去，有时好像故意惹我生气似得在鱼漂附近吐两个泡儿，可就是不上钩。

时间一分一秒的过去了，我的额头上渗出了细细的汗珠，可鱼漂一动不动，一直垂直地立在湖面上，我的心开始按捺不住，恨不得跳近湖里把鱼抓上来。

快下午四点了，鱼漂仍然不动一下。我断定今天一无所获，准备收杆的时候，鱼漂突然沉了下去。我欣喜若狂的站了起来，紧紧地握住钓竿，迅速将钓竿抬起，生怕鱼儿脱钩。我小心翼翼地用力把鱼竿向后拉，鱼也拼命挣扎着，不停的扭动着白胖胖的肚子和有力的尾巴，溅起朵朵水花。啊！好大的鱼。我现在钓到的似乎不是一条普通的大鱼了，我仿佛钓到一个胖胖的金娃娃。鱼进网了，但还没有将网拉上来，我已经站不住了，放下钓鱼竿就激动地去摘钩，不料，我刚把钩摘下来，鱼就使劲一跃，逃出了鱼网游走了。我十分后悔自己太激动了，没等把鱼网拉出水后再摘钩。不过，我不久又钓到了一条鱼，但是个头比那条要小。
