While Hong Kong is a global centre of trade, perhaps the citys most famous export is its entertainment industry, particularly in the martial arts genre. Several top-notch Hollywood performers originate from Hong Kong cinema -- Bruce Lee, Chow Yun-Fat, Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh, Jet Li and Leslie Cheung, to name a few. There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

自从在夏令营里天天都要运动，要早起床的要求后。每天在家里我也养成了早起锻炼的好习惯，制定了一个运动计划，天才蒙蒙亮，我早早地起了床，围绕院子跑六圈，做压腿三十下，以前我受不住这种运动，现在我感觉到运动才是最好的疗养方法，刚开始练练跑步，现在打打羽毛球，学羽毛球的过程中，我尝尽了酸甜苦辣，失利时，我就想起中国女排姑娘们拼搏奋斗的精神，有时摔倒了，也不埋怨谁，终于我的球技进步了，敢与爸爸妈妈挑战，比赛过程中，笑声、喊声，成了一片欢乐的海洋……

假期里最值得一提的算是一次爱心捐款，本地电台搞了一次爱心助学活动，帮助寒门学子的捐款活动，一次，我看到电视上有一名学生考上大学却交不起学费的时候，我当时很伤心，为什么这么优秀的学生却无钱上学呢？我立即拨通了助学电话，我对工作人员说，我要捐助一名考取大学的寒门学子，工作人员很感动，对我说要好好读书，将来要象他们那样考上一所好大学，报效祖国……

这是我今年的暑期生活，一个充满意义又快乐的假日，我期待明年的假日更美好！

My favourite writer—Lu Xun 我最喜欢的作者－鲁迅

Lu Xun is my favourite writer. He is one of the most famous writers in China. He wrote a lot of literary works.

He was thin and not tall. He always wore a long old coat in that time. At first, he wanted to be a doctor and save people s lives. So he learned medicine, but later he found the Chinese were in sensitive when they faced the oppression of their enemies. So he began to write articles to wake the people up.

Lu Xun wrote some famous novels, he attacked the social mores in that time, and in his works, many persons were known very well, such as Ah Q Kong Yi ji .

I like Lu Xun because I also want to be a great writer like him. I like reading and writing, and I often write some articles in my free time. Though I don t have good literary talent or a large vocabulary, I spend lots of time reading and writing to improve my writing skills.

Lu Xun is my hero, I will learn more from him. I believe I can be a great writer like him in the future.

鲁迅是我最喜欢的作家。他是中国最著名的作家之一。他写了大量的文学作品。

他很瘦，个子不高。他总是穿着旧衣服。首先，他想成为一名医生，挽救人们的生命。所以他学医，但后来他发现中国人愚昧时，他们所面对的敌人在压迫着他们时。他开始写文章来唤醒人民。

鲁迅写了一些著名的长篇小说，他抨击当时的社会习俗，在他的作品中，许多人熟知，如阿Q孔乙己。

我喜欢鲁迅，因为我也想成为一个像他这样伟大的作家。我喜欢阅读和写作，我常常在我的空闲时间里写一些文章。虽然我没有好的文学天才或大量的词汇，所以我花时间阅读和写作，来提高我的写作技能很多。

鲁迅是我的英雄，我会从他身上学到更多。我相信我能成为一个伟大的作家，未来就像他一样。

假日里的趣事犹如天空中的繁星，数不胜数。现在，就让我从繁星中采撷最为晶莹闪亮的一颗，来和你们分享。

那天，我跟妈妈一起去花椒地里采花椒。很幸运，我找到了一块“风水宝地”：树阴下，横卧着一块巨大的石头，周围没有过多恼人的杂草枝叶。石头背对着太阳，十分凉爽。

我用左手把花椒树的树枝微微地拉下来，右手一扯就是一大把。不一会儿，红艳艳的花椒就装了大半个篮子。我坐在石头上休息，眯着眼睛，惬意地打着呵欠。突然我听见篮子被打翻的声音，我急忙睁眼，向四周张望，看到草丛中一团白色的影子正在惊慌地逃窜。

正在我疑惑纳闷时，那团白影早已销声匿迹。我急匆匆地朝草丛跑去，那毛茸茸的白色影子又浮现了出来。突然，它猛地转过头来，露出了它的“庐山真面目”：一双又长又薄的耳朵，两只红宝石般的眼睛，一条小圆球似的短尾巴。呀！原来是一只肥胖的野兔！此刻，它正呆萌地望着我，似乎在发愣。倏忽间，它又以迅雷不及掩耳之势逃走了。我气喘吁吁地尾随着它跑去，远处，有一片空旷的沙地，却不见兔子的影子。我仔细观察，发现地上有几块可疑的大石头，石头距地面有一丝狭小的缝隙。俗话说“狡兔三窟”，莫非这就是兔子的巢穴？我试探地将手伸入缝隙，果不其然，那团白影又在石头的另一端出现。它撒开四蹄，飞一般地朝远方跑去。我安静地躲在石头后面，准备一心一意地“守株待兔”。

几分钟后，那只野兔又慢悠悠地回来了。在离它的巢穴还有一定距离时，它突然伏下身子，耳朵也耷拉下来，机警地向石头周围张望，准备返回老巢。趁其不备，我堵住洞口，一把抓住野兔的长耳朵。哈哈！瓮中捉鳖，我终于逮住它了。野兔在我怀中颤巍巍地挣扎，红红的眼睛可怜兮兮地望着我，似乎在说：“求求你，大哥哥，别伤害我呀！”我朝它和蔼地一笑，温柔地说道：“放心吧！我会善待你的！”小心翼翼地抱着它回家。从此，我的身边多了一个宠物，也多了一个有趣的小伙伴。

美好的时光总是短暂的。假期结束了，我恋恋不舍地告别了我的小伙伴——兔子，回到了苏州。“很快，我会再来看你，和你相伴。”我在心里喃喃地说道。

时光无痕，快乐永驻！这段美好的假期趣事，我将长久地珍藏于心，不时品味。
