总的来说一个多月，近两个月的体育训练还是十分辛苦的。不仅要斗高温，抗酷暑，还要进行各种运动，比如十几圈的耐力跑，跑完就感觉身体被掏空了。经历那段时间的训练我们知道了什么叫挥汗如雨，每天训练不一会儿后背就被汗水浸湿了，躺在地上都能擦地板了。
