It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

I had a great time throughout my may day holiday.

On monday, i went bbq with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. our parents were invited to the party. everybody was excited about the holiday. i ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On tuesday, i went visiting my uncles family with my parents. we went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in shanghai. later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. we stayed for the night.

On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.

on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.

From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.

我的假期生活非常的丰富。

国庆节的到来回老家，虽然老家不像城市那么好，但在我的心里他必竟养育了我9年，回到老家后我和伙伴们尽情的玩耍：有时读读书，有时跟伙伴们玩玩小游戏，有时看电视，美极了。

可是，在老家的时间并不长，妈妈就把我带了回去，但我还是有些依依不舍，回到了城里。我还是老样子，看看书，玩玩，写做业，可我依然感到很快乐。

星期五的时候我来到了姑姑家，我和哥哥还有弟弟在意起玩，我们玩的可美了，玩累了看看电视，看看书，不一会，可到了中午姑姑和妈妈可忙了，又是包饺子又是下面条，忙得不得了，经过一番的努力，终于做好了，吃着香喷喷的饭，我们都笑了。

下午的时候，姑姑带着我们去了好多地方，哪里都很好玩，简直像天堂一般。我们又回到了家，这一天，我们都过得很快乐。

今天我和哥哥在奶奶家玩，我们决定去玩打羽毛球。那时哥哥最喜欢的体育项目之一。

先由我发球，我先发了一个高吊球，因为哥哥最不爱接这种球，但哥哥这次却接到了。但却打得更高了，正因为这一下球被打上了房顶。我们害怕极了，于是赶快搬来了梯子来取球。我们互相推辞，谁也不敢上去。于是我使用了“激将法”来让哥哥上去。哥哥一时赌气，马上就上去了。但上到了半路他又后悔了，因为房子太高了，没办法，又得使用我的“激将法”。哥哥终于把球给拿下来了。于是我们又打起来了。

我们玩得正高兴，可这个球很不争气总是往房上跑。于是我们又得工作了。还没等我说话哥哥就先发言了。不知到什么时候哥哥学会了我的“激将法”让我上去去取球。这招太厉害了。我也一时赌气上去了。我也象哥哥一样后悔了，但我非常要面子，还是硬着头皮上去了。我向前看去。无限风光尽在眼底，我终于明白了那句话：“站得高看得远”

通过这次我明白了：不能光有知识，还要勇敢的去尝试，才能成功！

暑假的第一天，我的大娘和我的西西哥来我家坐客。我非常高兴。我们就一起玩，一起学习，这个假期生活就这样开始了!

每天上午，我们都在一起写作业，遇到疑难问题，我就请教哥哥，他总是很热心的帮助我，我很感动!每当学习累的时候，奶奶就让我们看一会电视或者玩一会网络游戏，并带我们去吃肯德基。

国庆放假期间，爸爸、妈妈带上我和朱研姐姐一起来到了新四军战斗过的地方——泾县云岭。

一路上大家有说有笑，经过约两个小时的车程，我们便来到了云岭，我们参观了烈士陵园、皖南事变陈列馆等，令我印象深刻的是烈士陵园。

我和朱研姐姐每人都买了一束鲜花准备献给在皖南事变中牺牲的烈士们。当时国共合作，新四军奉之令北上抗日。虽然国共合作，但说：“攘外必先安内”。所以新四军在泾县茂林被八万大军所包围。我对的看法就是：背信弃义。新四军当时只有九千多人，面对八万大军的围攻，他们毫无惧色，其中有七千多人壮烈牺牲，仅两千多人成功突围，可以想象，新四军当时是多么的勇敢，战斗是多么激烈，场面是多么的残酷。

听了爸爸的讲解，我立刻肃然起敬，和朱妍姐姐一起恭恭敬敬地向烈士们鞠了三躬，献上鲜花，便离开了这里……

坐在返程的车上，我不禁陷入了深思。如果不是前辈的艰苦抗战，也就没有我们今天鲜花般幸福的生活。回望历史的烟尘，我想说战争岁月里民族兴亡，匹夫有责，那么在和平年代国家昌盛，我们责无旁贷!
