而搬家是这个暑假令我最难忘的了。因为我们今年已经搬了三次家了第一次搬家是因为老爸觉得房子太大了冬天烧不暖就把房子给买了结果租住了一个房子住。第二次是因为我们租的房子被主人收回了。第三次父母终于买了一套房子。这才使我们免于过“流浪者”的生活。通过一次又一次的搬家使我明白，家对我们是多么的重要呀!如果国家没有家那么它将是是一个很脆弱的禁不起一点风雨。家是国家的核心，也是人类的依靠。这件事使我明白一个固定的家对我们是多么重要呀!

When I first saw this movie I didnt appreciate it like I do now. Because I was so young that I didnt get the main idea when I first saw it. Just recently I saw the movie again. In 1882 a baby girl caught a fever that was so fierce she nearly died. She survived but the fever left its mark she could no longer see or hear. Because she could not hear she also found it very difficult to speak.

As she got older her frustration grew and her rages became worse and worse. She became wild and unruly . If she didnt get what she wanted she would throw tantrums until her family gave in. Her favourite tricks included grabbing other peoples food from their plates and hurling fragile objects to the floor. Once she even managed to lock her mother into the pantry. Eventually it became clear that something had to be done. So, just before her seventh birthday, the family hired a private tutor Anne Sullivan.

This method is called Tadoma and it is a skill that very, very few people manage to acquire. She also learnt to speak, a major achievement for someone who could not hear at all.

Helen proved to be a remarkable scholar, graduating with honours from Radcliffe College in 1904. She had phenomenal powers of concentration and memory, as well as a dogged determination to succeed. While she was still at college she wrote ‘The Story of My Life. This was an immediate success and earned her enough money to buy her own house.

She toured the country, giving lecture after lecture. Many books were written about her and several plays and films were made about her life. Eventually she became so famous that she was invited abroad and received many honours from foreign universities and monarchs. In 1932 she became a vice-president of the Royal National Institute for the Blind in the United Kingdom.

After her death in 1968 an organization was set up in her name to combat blindness in the developing world. Today that agency, Helen Keller International, is one of the biggest organizations working with blind people overseas.

白日美梦被吵醒

本人是个电影迷，一部好电影不看就会急得上窜下跳的。平日里，因为要上学，没时间看，可一放假，我就可以痛痛快快地看电影了。在半夜一点夜深人静时，唯独我家电视还绽放出一幅幅美丽的画面。于是我半夜两点睡，希望一觉直到第二天十二点。可惜“小儿不作美”，早上八点钟，就被一阵“噼噼啪啪”的声音吵醒，是一群小孩在放鞭炮。才七小时的睡眠时间怎够？咬咬牙，脑袋钻进被窝里继续睡。突然“轰”的一声，吓得我一哆嗦，一翻身滚到了地上。原来是一个小孩放了一个“惊天动地”。“可真够惊天动地的，不如说是‘惊耳动体’呢！”我忿忿地说。就这样，白天的美梦被吵醒。

奥数重任早完成

假日里，由于我身体不好，不能出门，就呆在家中，百般无聊的翻着我已看过若干遍的书。看着看着，突然被告知我还有180道奥数题的重任，便即刻翻出本子，找了几本奥数书做了起来。一方面由于我一天到晚实在无事可做，另一方面由于时间紧、任务重，我便以一天30道题的速度写了起来，只用了区区6天时间就完成了这项任务。在这6天中，我一会儿为做出一道难题而高兴，一会儿又为做错一道想了好久的题而伤心，小小的屋子中充满了我的欢声笑语和伤心叹息。然而过快的速度却使我此后又无事可做了，使我有感而发，叹息道：“早知今日无事做，何必当初快完成！”

春节假期趣事多

春节假期中，我呆在家里不能出门，实在心烦，便左一个电话、右一个电话的把我的小姨和表弟叫了来。他们来后，大人们包起了饺子，我和表弟就关上门玩电脑，听见妈妈和小姨在外面窃窃私语。过了一段时间，我和表弟出去吃饭，热腾腾的饺子已经端上了餐桌。我用筷子夹起一个饺子，咬了一口，又赶忙吐了出来，里面的热巧克力烫到了我。“奇怪，怎么会有巧克力呢？”我自言自语，吃掉了那一个，又夹起一个，咬开一点一看，竟是松花蛋馅的。这下我们更奇怪了，一个一个的吃了起来：蛋黄、酥糖、香肠、大枣、苹果……种类繁多，一盘里竟没有一个重样的。不一会儿，一小盘饺子就被我们“消灭”了。

就在我们狼吞虎咽的时候，妈妈和小姨早躲在一旁笑得直不起腰了。等我们吃完，她们走出来说：“怎么样，我们的‘多彩饺’不错吧！”“还不错，还不错。”我一边擦着眼中的泪一边说。“你怎么了？难道中了‘头彩’了？”“是啊，是我吃到了那个包着红辣椒的饺子呀！”

这就是我的丰富多彩的假日，有喜有忧，有笑有泪。怎么样？还不错吧！
