去年暑假时，我们还在离学校不远的地方补课，每天两点一线，无聊得很。而今年，我们有一个不同寻常的假日。

我们八年级都已经结束了，成为了九年级学生，所以，我们更应该刻苦。而这刻苦，包含了两方面，一方面是要学习刻苦勤奋，另一方面便是体育锻炼要刻苦。

因此，我们班都参加了宝时教育，可原来的补课地离宝时教育实在太远所以我们便在宝时教育的会议室补课。

这对于我们来说，太不同寻常了。

而从来不让我骑车的妈妈帮我买了自行车，虽然不是电动车，但已经让我感到不寻常了。

然而，我们对于这个不寻常的假日的欣喜之情，还没来得及爆发，便被第一节体育课给浇灭了。

教练一开始就让我们跑十圈，还说这只是准备活动。看着有些跃跃欲试的同学，我只想对他们说，你们太天真。四圈下来我就已经有些累了，想到还有那么多圈，我就泄气了。十圈下来就已经有人往地上躺了，但还是被老师喊了起来。

从未怕过仰卧起坐的我，在听到老师说出一百六十个仰卧起坐时，我承认，我怕了。我边做边想像着以后的训练，心里的压力越来越大。一天下来，精疲力竭。

然而，经过几天的训练，我发觉我想错了。我觉得几天的训练反而适应了这样的训练量，也没一开始那样累了，体力和耐力都有所提升。

最让我感到暖心的是朱老师为我们所做的一切。他知道我们训练流汗，就总是备好足够的纸巾，我们训练口渴，他便买来一箱又一箱的矿泉水，还给我们熬了绿豆汤降暑。训练场地这么热，他就这样陪着我们直到训练结束，休息时，还陪着男生打打篮球。他总是爱拿着手机给我们拍照，给我们留下了专属于我们的纪念，这是我们独一无二的记忆。

这个假期，终究是个不同寻常的假期，但幸好，这个不寻常的假日里有我，有大家在一起，才让这个不寻常的假日更有光彩，更加难忘。

During the 15 days from New Years Eve to Lantern Festival, Beijing was affected by smog for more than half the time, because of which people suffered a lot. On the road people drove slowly because they could not see clearly. People also suffered from many illnesses caused by smog.

The smog in Beijing has been caused by many factors, in which the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The carssend off a lot of poisonous gases, which in turn adds to the already seriousair pollution.

In my opinion, the number of cars should be limited.We should call on the people to use more public transport. Only in this way canwe expect to have more sunny days.
