第二天，我们一大早就起来看严肃庄重的升旗仪式。只见升旗班的武警们排着整齐的队伍把国旗送到升旗手的手里，升旗手把国旗挂在了旗杆上。不久过个就响了，升旗手在三遍国歌之后顺利的把国旗升到了旗杆的顶上。看完升旗，我们就去爬八达岭长城，我们是先从北一楼爬到北八楼的，边上的长城就像龙一样，弯弯曲曲，每逢一段长城就有一个烽火台。

第三天，我们去了美丽的颐和园，颐和园里有四座舍利塔，有乾隆帝给他妈妈修的十里长廊长廊里有很多画，都非常漂亮。那里还有饱经风霜的铜楼。

第四天，我们去了北京大学和清华大学。其中，让我印象最深的是清华大学，清华大学里的湖水冻成了冰，我坐了小雪撬，坐在上面滑，一下能滑好远呢！

又一年暑假，也是我们初中时期的最后一个暑假了，即将成为九年级学生的我们，怀揣着激动与好奇，期待着九年级生活。同时也留恋着过去的点点滴滴，因为我们的初中就快结束了。

为了提前学习九年级知识，提高体育成绩，这个暑假我们都到了宝时教育去补课。于是，这个暑假就过得特别充实。

文化课上完就去体育锻炼。体育好的同学看起来很轻松，轻松跑在前几名，而我却一直在后几名徘徊。刚开始时，觉得很苦，很累，受不了这强度训练。尽管训练场一直抱怨声不断，但大家都仍然坚持着。即使汗流浃背，也仍努力着。

奔跑时仿佛世界都寂静了，只有规律的跑步声。最后半圈，大家的体力慢慢消耗，速度似乎都降了许多。我便开始加速，努力超过前面的人，有一段时间感觉腿好像不受控制了，只会跑不会停下来了。
