来到了热情似火的夏天，心中还惦记着小学的时光。假期里我打开电视，发现了一群人，他们才是我值得尊敬和感动的人——他们是一批海中精英，巡游在祖国蔚蓝的领海中，乘着“三三七”号潜艇，士兵们克服重重阻碍，完成了一个又一个不可能实现的艰苦目标。他们虽然在潜艇内，却可以感受到赤道与南北极的温度变化。即使在这样的极端条件下，他们仍然不断练习，锻炼身体……想到这里，我不禁感叹，是什么让他们如此努力？是什么让他们能够承受极端温度？唯有心中的责任感！这种责任心把他们推上极限，让他们去努力守卫祖国的海域，维护祖国的主权！他们做到了……难道这样的人不值得我们尊敬与感动吗？可能有人会说，这是他们应尽的义务，但是我相信也只有拥有这样坚强意志的人民士兵存在，祖国的国门才得以安全放心。

阿斯图里亚斯不是也在他的诺贝尔文学作品《玉米人》中提到：“只有那些勇敢镇定的人，才能熬出黑暗，迎来光明”。别人在长跑，而你在冲澡；别人跳蛙跳，而你在睡觉。是的，不要埋怨别人比你强，一分耕耘，一分收获！别人的付出已经从灵魂上击溃了你，剩下的击败肉身只是一朝一夕的事。

通过这部电视剧，我内心已被深深地触动，士兵们保家卫国的切身事迹让国民感动。感恩，并非一件遥远的事，它就在你我之间……

一个星期天，天气晴朗，阳光灿烂，春意盎然。我与爸爸一道直奔体能乐园。

跨进乐园，凝神望去，晃板旁边早已围满了小朋友。我飞奔过去，挤进人群，登上晃板架子，仔细观察，只见晃板是由一块块大约长1米，宽20厘米的木板连结而成，两头固定在铁架上，下面是一张宽大的网子，专门网住从晃板上掉下的人，看样子挺安全的。一些小朋友正在晃板上快活地走着，真让人羡慕呀！

我大步跨上晃板，木板立刻上下晃动，左右摆动。瞧！男孩子们个个像醉汉；女孩子们人人跳起了自由迪斯科。我的心情骤然紧张起来，真有点想打退堂鼓了。爸爸好像看透了我的心思，便鼓励我说你：“思源，大胆地走，注意身体平衡！”听了爸爸的话，我小心翼翼地在晃板上走着，心揪得紧紧的，眼睛一直看着前方，生怕自己掉下去。

突然，跳上来几个大个子，木板晃得更厉害了。尽管小朋友们你扶着我，我搀着你，还是有几个掉下去了，有的摔了个四脚朝天，有的耍了个倒栽葱，还有的翻了个后滚翻……真是“丑态”百出。哈哈！我还安然无恙，稳稳地站在木板上呢！不料，我后面的一位小妹妹也摔倒了，顺势猛地把我拉了下去，我一下子摔倒了网里。这时，网里的小朋友你看看我，我看看你，乐得哈哈大笑起来。

我奋力爬上晃板，顺手把那个小妹妹拉了上来。我俩互相搀扶着，慢慢地向前走去。木板不停地向左向右晃动，我赶紧调整姿态，保持身体平衡。经过努力，我们终于顺利地达到终点。这时，爸爸的脸上露出了满意的笑容，我心里别提多高兴了。

玩晃板多有趣呀！真让人回味无穷。

People always complain about the society, because they think they are treated unfairly and so many things are unpredictable. It seems that if everything is under controlled will be the wonderful thing for them. However, after seeing the movie about the controlled life, I don’t think the wonderful world is a good choice.

When people’s consciousness is no longer belong to them, what will happen? Then things are predictable and they don’t feel anything They can’t feel the real happiness and sorrow, then life becomes meaningless.

Though people don’t have any annoyance in the wonderful world, they are the walking dead. I’d rather to live with happiness and sorrow, which make my life meaningful.
