“滚铁环”可以说是一种游戏，也可以说是一种运动。它由一个带铁钩的木棍组成，玩的时候只要把铁环套在木棍的铁钩上，拿住棍子向前推动铁环，使铁环在地面上滚动。

今天，我做完作业，闲得无聊，在家里翻箱倒柜找玩具。爸爸见了说：“儿子，我陪你来玩一项有趣的运动，”“什么运动？”我好奇地问。爸爸神秘地说：“这个运动我保证你没玩过。”这下，我的好奇心更强烈了。只见爸爸左手拿着铁环，右手拿着一根带铁钩的棍子，走到我面前，说：“来，我教你滚铁环。”只见爸爸用铁钩钩住铁环，放在地上向前推动。铁环稳稳当当地向前滚动。我一见，觉得很简单，于是迫不及待地要爸爸给我滚。我接过来，学着爸爸的样子用铁钩勾住铁环，往前推。谁知铁环在原地转了一圈，躺在地喜欢恕Ｎ颐挥衅伲止隽似鹄矗墒翘凡惶业氖够剑彝巴疲韧蠊觯晃彝蠊眨彝洌窀顽皮的孩子在作弄我。于是我虚心向爸爸请教，在爸爸的引导下，我慢慢学会怎样控制它。终于，功夫不负有心人，我可以潇洒地驾驭铁环了，而且滚得非常有水准。

铁环，不但给我们增添快乐，还可以锻炼我们的平衡能力，手脚协调能力和大脑判断能力等。我非常喜欢这项有趣的运动。

现今报纸拥有极大的价值，人人都就应看它。它每一天带给我们各种类类的消息。它告诉我们世界政治局势。如果我们养成看报的习惯，我们就能得到足够的知识来因应我们的环境。学生虽然每一天须做功课，但他们至少就应匀出一两个小时来看报。那么，他们不但能增加知识而且也能赶上时代。总而言之，看报对学生很有益处。
