一、毒品概述

毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国务院规定管制的其它能够使人形成瘾癖的麻麻醉品和精神药品，它具有以卜的共同特征：(1)有一种不可抗拒的力量强制性地使吸食者连续使用该药，并且不择手段地去获得它：(2)连续使用有加大剂量的趋势：(3)对该药产生精神依赖及躯体依赖性，断药后产少戒断症状(即断药后会出现“脱瘾”症状)：(4)对个人、家庭、社会都会产生危害性结果。

二、易染人群和环境

从理论上讲，任何人在一定环境中和条件下均有可能成为吸毒者，但是，在现实生活中，却见有些人更易染上毒瘾，被认为是易染吸毒人群。而另一些人，尽管各种条件相同，而吸毒的可能性小，被认为是不染吸毒人群。当然，所以易染人群是相对的，还必须在一定的环境和毒品存在的情况下易感性强。常见的易染人群有以下几种

(一)从小有人格行为不良者

人格不良者有如下表现：不遵守社会习俗，缺乏自尊心、抑郁体验，易受到外部环境的控制，经不起挫折，社会效益差，缺乏耐心和学习欲望;与家庭关系疏远，精神痛苦，无视规章制度，寻求感觉刺激;早年就有饮酒、吸烟习惯，逃学和撒谎，寻求独立和自由，对成绩和目标缺乏兴趣，对社会持批评态度，有越轨行为，与同伴的关系较父母更为密切。行为问题为伙伴强化。

(二)青少年

(三)个体户

随着改革开放的发展，有些个体户富了，他们有的是钱，吃、喝、玩都有了，只缺少些刺激，另外他们虽然有钱，但是也存在很多烦恼和苦闷，为了追求刺激，消除烦恼，他们走向毒渊。有些个体户的亲人长期处在吸毒的环境中，受到不良的感染也会参与吸毒。值得注意的是，有的贩毒分子为了达到牟取暴利的目的，而追寻这些“阔老”，使用种种技俩，诱骗这些“钱老板”吸毒，这也是个体户吸毒多的因素之一。

(四)某些职业人员

一般而言，职业人员吸毒所占比例不高，因他们的实际收入，难以支付昂贵的毒品支出。但一些较为特殊的职业，如汽车司机、采购员等，经常在外接触的人多，较易获得毒品，并由于离开家庭、单位，缺乏约束，一有机会就会染毒。易染环境如下：

三、吸毒的危害

吸毒影响社会经济财富的创造和积累。据联合国麻醉品管制局公布的最新数字，世界上吸毒人员超过5000万人。每年有几十万瘾君子因吸毒丧命。全球毒品交易额约达8000—10000亿美元，吸毒问题严重的国家，不得不拨出巨款用于防治吸毒及相关问题的开支;同时由于长期吸毒而使得吸毒者的劳动能力降低，或者导致劳动力完全丧失，从而影响社会财富的创造，也问接给国家社会带来巨大经济损失。

吸毒与犯罪是一对孪生兄弟。吸毒引起社会犯罪增加。一方面是吸毒者成瘾后，摆脱不了毒瘾的煎熬，为了满足毒瘾，铤而走险，进行偷扒抢窃，贪污、卖淫，甚至杀人的犯罪活动;另一方面是贩毒分子疯狂的报复，恐吓，暗杀等活动，严重威胁人民生命财产安全，扰乱社会秩序。

吸毒损害本人健康，造成乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、性病的传播等公共卫生问题，其中最严重的是爱滋病的感染和传播。艾滋病是当前危害人类健康最凶恶的疾病之一，被称为“超级癌症”。其病原体是“人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)。”感染了HIV的人经过一段时间的潜伏期，便会发展为艾滋病。艾滋病患者，通常死于免疫功能严重受损所致的严重感染或恶性肿瘤，且死亡率高。据调查我国目前HIV感染方式主要是滥用毒品(静脉注射)来传播流行。云南艾滋病监测中心负责人指出：“目前，在国外的吸毒者中，艾滋病静脉注射吸毒者的感染率为23%，而我国边境一带的毒品流行重灾区，吸毒群体艾滋病感染率竟高达68%……。”例如1989年在云南德宏地区爆发的HIV局部流行就是典型一例，146例吸毒者使用被污染的针头注射毒品而感染艾滋病病毒。

四、吸毒成瘾的特征

根据《关于禁毒的决定》第8条规定，吸毒行为一般分为吸毒行为和成瘾行为两种。行为人的行为只要具备下述三个特征就可认定为吸毒。吸毒成瘾一般有三个主要特征：1.药物耐受性。即指不断地使用同一种药物以后其效果的退化，需要加大剂量才能获得与以前同样的或相似的效果;2.身体上的依赖性。即指在某一段时间内不断服用某种药物带来的生理上的变化，需要继续服用这种药物来维持身体上的要求。3。心理上的依赖性。即指某人精神上需要某种毒品，一般就是习惯。从实践中的情况来看，凡是吸毒成瘾者，其症状普遍表现为身体虚弱，面色腊黄，精神秃废，萎靡不振，一旦毒瘾发作，有的涕涎交流，顿足捶胸：有的站立不起，咳血不止;有的乱碰乱撞，啃墙吃土;有的满地打滚，哭天喊地。种种丑态，不一而足。吸毒者虽然吸毒但未形成瘾癖，也不能认定为吸毒行为。只有同时具备这两点，对行为人才能按照关于吸毒成瘾的规定予以处置。

五、美沙酮替代递减法戒毒简介

美沙酮是合成麻醉性镇痛药，具有吗啡样药理作用。能控制阿片类的戒断症状。口服后吸收完全，吸收后85%与血浆蛋白结合，主要分布在肺、肾和脾脏。其生物利用度为90%。胃肠道给药于3小时达血浓高峰，血峰浓度能维持2—6小时，其半衰期为15小时。口服后能有效地抑制症状24—32小时。美沙酮的治疗血浓度为O。48—0.86毫克/每升，中毒血浓度2毫克/每升，至死血浓度)4毫克/每升。美沙酮主要由肝脏代谢，从尿和大便中排泄。美沙酮替代递减法适用于各中阿片类药物的戒毒治疗，尤其适用于海洛因依赖者，也可用于吗啡、杜冷丁、二氢埃托啡等的依赖者，其用药原则是：单一用药，逐日减量先快后慢，只减不加，停药应坚决。

六、复吸的原因分析

(一)急性脱瘾治疗不彻底

有些患者经过几天的急性脱瘾治疗就出院了，而且末完全脱瘾;有的是在家庭治疗，方法不正规，缺乏严格控制，致使疗效不住。这样自然容易复吸。

(二)精神依赖

患者整天沉溺于对毒品的思念当中，开始还能克制，若处于有利环境，再加上坚强的毅力，继续克制下去，经过较长时间，心瘾逐渐淡化并最后消失，这才算彻底戒毒了。若处于不利环境中，或者毅力不坚强，克制不住毒品的诱惑，会再次成为瘾君子。

(三)旧朋友的压力及旧环境的影响

患者在急性脱瘾后，又回到原来那些吸毒的旧朋友或贩毒者当中，受到他们的诱惑或压力：看到曾经使用过的吸毒工具，吸毒的地方都会成为暗示物，使其触景生情，刺激患者想到毒品，由毒品想到其给自己带来的快感，这样一来，又迫使他们再次吸毒。

(四)精神刺激

患者脱瘾治疗后，仍然和普通人一样，会受到各种挫折与打击，以及其它精神刺激：家庭问题、工作问题、经济问题等。他们因稳定性差，遇到这些事更容易引起情绪不稳、心烦、悲观、灰心丧气、缺乏自信心，在这样的情况下，重复吸毒也是很有可能的。

(五)错误的认识

有的成瘸者脱瘾后这样想：“戒毒这段时间太苦了，再吸一次后与毒品再决心与毒品告别，就这么一次，而且刚脱瘾结束，不会成瘾的，我会完全控制住自己不吸的”。结果是吸了一次下一次决心，再吸一次再下一次决心，周而复始，就这样一次又一次的没有止境的吸下去。

你们也知道，地球是我们的家园，环境与我们的生活息息相关。人类大量的消耗水资源和污染环境，已经把一个美丽的地球毁的不象样了。水渐渐少了，动植物濒临灭绝……这一切都是因为人类不注意保护环境造成的。我们是社会的小主人，有责任，有义务的向你们反映一下。人们随手丢垃圾，那肮脏的树枝上挂着塑料袋、那黑黑的草地上堆着果皮和纸屑，绿绿的森林、蓝蓝的天空都消失的无影无踪了，环境遭到了很大的破坏。大街上还有很多汽车，排出的臭气不仅对身体不好，还会污染天空，我们小学生放学走在回家的路上都会被呛得要死，非常难受。街道旁边还到处盖满了高楼大厦，占地面积很大。而且大多都是小区，酒店和大人的娱乐场所等，我们儿童活动的场所也越来越少，有很多我们不适合去的地方，这样我们也失去了很多快乐。但有的人在大街的墙壁上乱写乱画，在草地上乱踏乱踩，我对这一点也是非常不满的。还有妈妈常想到商场去采购自己心仪的物品，不过考虑到家里离超市太远，就说算了，每到这时候，我总是特别生气，心里想：为什么商场都要开在市中心呢，五、六个商场都是集中在北部湾广场周围，这样就会给不少消费者带来不便。但有的人大街的墙壁上乱写乱画，在草地上乱踏乱踩，我对这一点也是非常不满，所以我想为你们提点建议。

1、淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药；

2、夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水；

3、冲厕所：如果您使用节水型设备，每次可节水4一5千克；

4、洗菜：一盆一盆地洗，不要开着水龙头冲，一餐饭可节省50千克；

5、将卫生间里水箱的浮球向下调整2厘米，每次冲洗可节省水近3千克；按家庭每天使用四次算，一年可节药水4380千克。

珍惜资源，保护资源，节约资源，人人有责。让我们从现在做起，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起，珍惜地球母亲赐予我们的一切自然资源，使我们的家园年年春光灿烂……

现在全世界都在开创保护地球、保护环境的行动;全世界都在提倡使用新能源，减少能源的消耗，保护我们的环境。我想作为少先队员，更应从身边的小事做起，保护好我们的环境。

我建议：

一、不要浪费纸张。

二、节约用水，保护好我们的水资源。

小议环保

保护环境，就是保护人类生存的环境，使地球不受到污染。环保意识，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起，从一张小纸屑开始做起。

同学们你们知道吗?“环保”这两个字写起来十分容易，但是做起来却十分的困难。如果我们不做到“环保”，那么也许在五年后，也许在十年后，也许就在未来的某一天，我们的世界又将会变成什么样子的呢?可能是天灰蒙蒙的，到处都可以看到垃圾，每隔三两天就会来一次沙尘暴，就会来许许多多人们无发想象的事情……

我真的不敢再想象下去、再写下去了，这真的太可怕了。但是如今又有多少的人是真真正正地在环保呢?你们看，每个垃圾桶旁都有数不胜数的垃圾。尽管这些垃圾离垃圾桶只有一步之遥，但是四周围来来往往的人没有一个人会将这些垃圾投入垃圾桶内，大家对它都不约而同的做到视而不见;有多少棵树在被砍伐，送往工厂，做成一次性筷子，给那些贪图方便的人使用，做成火柴，做成纸巾……然后到市集上去卖。我想如果这些物品会说话，他们一定会说这么一句话：“醒醒吧!不要再破坏环境了，不要再破坏自己的家园了，你们以后一定会追悔莫及的。难道你们不想要家了吗?不想要地球了吗?如果你还想要这些东西的话，那就请你们开始保护我们，开始保护你们身边的点点滴滴吧!”

现在大家也许有点后悔了吧!也许在想各种各样的方法来挽救这个世界，来挽救我们的家园吧!其实很简单，我们只需从身边的小事做起。看到有废纸掉在地上就弯腰将它捡起;看到小树苗倒了，就几个小伙伴合力，一起将它扶正，一起帮助它成长;保护野生动物，不再贪图它们那鲜美的肉，将它们残忍地剥皮吃肉;开一次小小的演讲会，呼吁人们保护环境，保护身边的人和物。一点一滴，从小事做起，从身边做起，为地球而努力。

让我们行动起来，保护环境，做好环保。不要让地球的环境再次受到破坏了!

亲爱的大自然：

你好!我是一名普通的小学生，对您充满了感激。可是，我还需要代表人类对您说一声对不起，也对您有一些意见。

大家都知道，是大自然给了我们美丽的生活环境。是您带给了我们青青的树，带给了我们嫩嫩的小草……您带来了许多，使我们能健康，快乐地成长。看到这里，我心存感激，但也心存惭愧!我要代表人类对您说一声：“对不起!”

原本，您带来了许多美丽的景物。可是人类的生活越来越好了，越来越舒适了，大家的保护环境的意识越来越淡了：我们大量砍伐树木，“制造”沙漠;滥用化学药品，排放有毒物质，成为破坏土壤、杀害小草小花的“凶手”;人们随地乱扔垃圾，将一条条清澈的河流变为“臭水沟”;人们随地乱吐痰，我们的地球逐渐变得肮脏不堪……人们“恩将仇报”，将大自然的杰作统统毁掉，这跟“侵略者”有什么两样呢?我再次向您表示歉意!

但是，我认为您未免有些太无情了：在2008年5月12日下午，您忍不住了!您一颤抖，使四川汶川发生了8级大地震;有时您大发雷霆，怒不可遏——一会儿台风频繁袭来，一会儿暴雨引发洪水，一会儿寒流导致暴雪。我想：可能您也是为了引起人们的注意——人类，一定要保护环境啊!我只是希望您能珍惜您的身子，不要为了发泄、发怒，连累了更多的人——让很多人家

“哎!贪婪的人们挖石油，把海都染黑了。”

“昨天，那儿的树被砍了，前天，那儿建造了一座冒黑烟的大工厂，如果在这样下去，你本来的肤色都改变了。既然这些人那么无耻、邪恶，你为什么不来一次大地震、大海啸，让人都死去好了!”

“不行不行，这可不行，这些人们是我辛辛苦苦养育出来的宝贝啊!”

你们听到了么?

“原来，你是我们当中最美丽的。你的身上，铺满了绿油油的地毯，开满了美丽的鲜花，长满了参天的大树，有蔚蓝的大海，有五彩缤纷、成群结队的鱼儿。而现在……在这样下去，你迟早就会毁灭的!”

为什么会变成这样?为什么?

因为我们人类只想着自己过得舒服，愿意做一切事情，用自己发明的工具把地球的脑袋剃得缺一块少一块，即使是有的地方还流着脓、冒着黑烟!人类只想着无休止地在向自然索要，要她郁郁葱葱的绿色变成煮食美味的黑色木炭，要她一条条美丽的河变成污水的载体，要她蓝蓝的天空变成布满破洞的抹布，要她本来湿润平坦的地面变成陷阱样的漏斗。人们还在一天一天地挖着坚硬的地球，妄想把她身体里的每一样元素都榨取出来——只想着自己过得舒服!

“其实，只要人们做到一点点事就可以不让我毁灭……”

“节约每一滴水、每一度电、每一张纸、每一粒米”是我们的口号，让地球生机勃勃，让家园绿意融融。我们无法阻止白色污染遍布全球，但我们可以拎着环保袋去超市购物;我们无法阻止工业的废气排放，但我们可以在家里种几盆植物;我们无法阻止人们乱捕杀珍稀动物，但我们可以保护身边的小动物;我们无法阻止被污染的水流入江河湖海，但我们可以珍惜每一滴干净的水……
