On one hand, I can take advantage of my expertise help mediate peoples conflicts and disputes, so that they can live in harmony.

时光如流水般飞逝，初三的学长学姐们马上就要中考了，而我们也即将步入初三，中考离我们不再遥远，我仿佛已听到了它那滴答滴答的脚步声。390天，389天，388天——在这短暂而紧迫的时间中，我们该如何度过初中这最后的时光呢？我想，我们已没有退路，只有争分夺秒地去抓住时光的尾巴，加倍努力地学习，朝着我们梦中的理想去拼搏，拼搏，再拼搏。

面对即将到来的初三的挑战，我们要有坚定的目标。

同学们，过去属于死神，未来属于我们自己。老师的责任是让我们有个美好的明天，而我们的责任是让明天有个美好的未来。坚持的昨天叫立足，坚持的今天叫进取，坚持的明天就会成功。只要我们坚持不懈，努力进取，高中的大门就会对我们每个人敞开的。
