Well, when I was still a little girl in a kindergarten, I wished that I could become a teacher. This was mainly because I thought teacher was so powerful that every student had to obey her in-structions. And she could do whatever she wanted. She could drink coffee in the classroom, and go to the office whenever she liked. What′s more, she could decide whether a student would get the little red flower every month, that′s a kind of honour to show whether a student is good or not.

When I entered a primary school, I still have the same dream to become a teacher. For if I were a teacher, I would not have to prepare for any test or any examination, and I would not get smacked by my mother if I didn′t do well. At that time, to be a teacher meant you would have a life without any worry.

Now, I′m a middle school student, but I still treasure the dream to be a teacher. As I am growing up, my reasons have be-come more meaningful. Now I think teachers are really the engineers of human soul. They teach us a lot, not only knowledge but also how to be a good man of the society. Every year in our country thousands of teachers send millions of good students to various parts to work for our country, which helps to make our country stronger and stronger.

My dream is to be a teacher, and I′m sure, with my effort, it will come true!

[我有一个梦想英语日记

人的一生就像城市中的公交车，有许许多多的驿站，每到一个驿站就意味着一个新的征程。

转眼间，我来到百色车务段已经三年半了，初来乍到时各级领导的关怀依然历历在目。三年让我成长了很多，也学到了很多的东西。回顾三年的点滴就像发生在昨天。

2011年我在百色站见习，在这个车站我几乎走遍了包括客运、货运、行车各个工种的岗位。在为期一年的工作见习中，我迷茫过、痛苦过，但更多的是充实、是淡定。平心而论，铁路车务工作枯燥寂寞，对于刚度过大学丰富多彩生活的我来说，的确是有点不适应，但随着与工人师傅们的深入交流、共同生活，以及领导的关心教导，让我从朴实平凡的工作生活中悟出了一些人生的意义，也渐渐领悟了何谓人生的价值，何谓事业的追求，懂得了什么是防患于未然，什么是居安思危，什么是勇于承担责任。

2012 年我定职后，成为百色站的一名信号员。信号员这一角色对我来说就像是一部电视剧，有恢宏的剧幕，也有平淡台词，有喜笑颜开的剧情，也有汗如雨下的辛苦，有作为一名铁路职工的骄傲与自豪，更有一份责任和压力。尤其是刚开始独立上岗的那段时间，没有师傅在身边，工作的任何一个失误都可能会危及他人生命财产安全，这使我如临深渊、如履薄冰般行走在铁路生产一线。随着对铁路的深入认知，发现铁路行车工作枯燥且平淡，从业人员必须得有较强的业务素质和责任感，老职工们十几年甚至几十年如一日般地坚持，让我对他们产生了深深地敬意，被他们那崇高的敬业精神和高尚职业道德所感动。

时间就像手中的流沙，在指间不经意溜走。2013 年5月，一纸调令把我从东头调到了更加艰苦的西头，这让刚刚适应了百色站工作的我有点措手不及。但我没有抱怨，因为南昆人最不缺乏的就是对艰苦环境的适应力。接下来的这半年多，我努力适应新的环境，学好新技能。然而有些事情总是要经历了才能成长、成熟。在工作中因我的粗心和业务的不熟练酿成了一起调车事故，事故发生后，我压力巨大，有一种窒息感，甚至曾想过辞职。这时领导不但没有责怪我反而开导劝慰我，这让我有着说不出的感动，从而也坚定了自己继续在铁路岗位上走下去的决心。所谓经一事长一智，这段经历让自己更加成熟了，内心也更强大了。

从失败的阴影中走出的最好方式就是再去寻找一个新的开始。2014年，我来到了现在的板桃站担任车站值班员，车站值班员是一个车站的灵魂，在中间站，一切行车作业都由值班员来负责，包括接发列车信号的开闭、命令的下达、施工维修计划的实施、非正常接发车的处理，甚至有时候一些调车作业计划的编制。作为一名青工、一名车站值班员，最头痛的并不是繁重的工作量而是经常性的夜班。为了铁路运输的安全畅通，车务系统每个岗位的人都需要日日夜夜的坚守。

2014年7月，我被提拔为板桃站的副站长，这对我来说是一个全新的考验，如何在新的岗位上干好本职工作，这又成了摆在面前的一次挑战。经通过近半年的实践，自己也积累了一些不算太成熟的心得：首先作为管理者业务一定要熟练，当职工遇到解决不了的问题时要能够处理好;其次在平时的工作上要按照高标准、不懈怠的要求，杜绝三种行为，即“视而不见”、“手懒腚沉”、“讲人情面子”。“视而不见”就是见到别人违章指挥、违章作业而不去制止的不负责行为;“手懒腚沉”就是不去积极地排查隐患，导致事故发生的失职行为;“讲人情面子”就是碍于人情关系，处罚力度不到位，不敢管，当“老好人”的行为。自觉做到五勤，即脑勤、眼勤、手勤、腿勤、嘴勤，带着责任干好本职工作。同时要注意工作方法，要本着诚实、尊重、相互关心的原则，以诚待人，打动人心。三要摆正自己的位置，要有大局观念，整体意识，作为副职要在日常工作中做好站长的助手。

既然我们选择了这个行业就要“干一行，爱一行，干好一行”。年轻的我们，是铁路新的血液，我们就好比那草原上奔腾的骏马，蓝天上翱翔的雄鹰，以年轻人的蓬勃朝气和迎难而上不怕吃苦的勇气展示作为，放飞梦想。

每个人都有自己的梦想，在我心里也有一个梦想，它深深地埋藏着、孕育着，在我心里生根、发芽。

每当我看到老师在讲台上课时，我都觉得当老师是多么神气啊，当我有不懂的问题去问老师时，我觉得老师好了不起。我就在想，如果我是一名老师该多好啊!我的梦想是当一位辛勤的老师，把自己的知识和智慧传授给下一代，为亲爱的祖国做出贡献。

篇二：追求梦想

看了《开学第一课》专题片后，我有很多感触和想法。现在我和大家一起谈一谈吧！

我们要努力锻炼，实现自己的梦想。“梦想其实是件很简单的事情，每个人都有自己的梦想，要通过自己一步一步地去完成，实现自己的梦想。”这句话是李连杰叔叔在这个专题片上说的。这句话一直交织在我的耳际。今年的《开学第一课》的主题是梦想，梦想其实是一件很简单的事，是在一定的时间内最想实现的心愿。在专题片上还请来了佟健哥哥和庞清姐姐，他们是花样滑冰的世界冠军，经过了１７年的合作奋斗才取得了今天世界冠军的荣誉。

通过李叔叔他们三个人的事例，我明白了，他们有今天的荣誉和成绩并不是轻而易举得来的，这里面饱含着他们的艰涩和汗水；我明白了，要实现自己的梦想，必须通过自己的努力，坚持不懈，一步一个脚印地追求梦想、实现梦想，如果半途而废的话会什么收获也没有。

我的梦想是考到一所重点中学，为了这个梦想，我要努力学习，争取考到好成绩，实现自己的梦想。

篇三：追逐梦想

我相信每个人都有梦想。有想当老师的，有想当医生的，还有想当科学家的。而我的梦想，则是让我们生存的环境变得更美好。

现在，大气污染十分严重，空气质量很差。各工厂，汽车排放出的浓烟，尾气让天空都灰蒙蒙的。

篇五：追求梦想的男孩

宁静的沙滩上，吹拂着清晰的微风……俩双赤裸裸的小脚丫印在沙滩上。是谁，在沙滩上忽停忽动。是一个非常单纯的小男孩，他在沙滩上四处寻觅，就像一个采花蜜的蜜蜂。他轻盈的把身体蹲下，双手捧着被捡起的贝壳，放在自己的耳旁，认真的听着，似乎能听到许多的曲子。景象是那么动人，那么另人陶醉。过了一会儿，男孩放下贝壳，找着新的““灵感”。又恢复那迷人的神情。

就这样，不停重复着动作……由于时间的流失，漫长的夜晚消失了，小男孩匆匆的跑回家中，兴奋的把夜里所学到的曲子唱给年老的母亲和敬老院的爷爷奶奶……

男孩这么做，只想把自己的歌曲唱给大家听，让大家认同。让他们不再感到寂寞与无趣。男孩为了自己的梦想。永不放弃，他决定，每天都要这么做。而且，他那动人的神情依然在。

每一夜，宁静的沙滩上有个捡贝壳的影子，有个追求梦想的“影子。”

篇六：相信自己追求梦想

今天我看了一篇文章《患小儿麻痹症的田径运动员威尔玛·鲁道夫》，深受感动。我觉得威尔玛很了不起。

威尔玛一生下来就有小儿麻痹症，她不能跳跃了，走路对她来说也是非常吃力。但她的妈妈每天坚持熬夜为威尔玛进行腿部按摩，一天不落。刚开始学走路的时候，她还没走完一步，就摔倒了。但她没有放弃，她重新站起来，再次迈开了脚步，向着妈妈画的那条白线，一步一步艰难地前进着。一年过去了，威尔玛终于能在家里拄着拐杖走了。她坚持每天都认真地练习走路。

终于，她能在辅助器械的帮助下自己走着去学校上学了。之后，威尔玛又开始了新的挑战——学打篮球。一个月后，当初一瘸一拐的威尔玛已经能跳跃了。14岁的时候，她终于如愿以偿，成了校篮球队的一员。后来她又跟坦普尔教练学练田径项目，还入选了国家队，并参加了奥运会，取得了冠军。

读完故事，我明白了是一种积极的信念和刻苦的练习使威尔玛·鲁道夫获得了成功，我也要像威尔玛·鲁道夫那样充满自信，坚持不懈地努力，去实现自己的梦想。

篇七：永不放弃 追求梦想

暑假已经到了，虽然作业有点多，但是爸爸还是让我在晚上能让我轻松一刻，只要晚上一到，我们就开始学骑自行车，弟弟他早就会骑了，比我快几步学的，从今天起，每天晚上爸爸妈妈都下来陪着我们一起下来学骑自行车。

有一次，那个时候正下着倾盆大雨，我骑地时候，爸爸总是帮我扶正，以防我摔跤，我总是左拐右拐地，平稳不了方向 ，而且还有时候摔跤，当时，我垂头丧气地说，我永远都学不会骑自行车的！爸爸听了，对我说，女儿，你怎么能半途而废，这是不行的，要鼓起勇气，永不放弃，追求梦想，我听了之后，脑子被刺激到了，激发了我的脑力系统，我理直气壮地骑上自行车，爸爸说的这些话，都是有道理的，我记在心底里，永远不能忘记，无论是雨雪，还是酷暑，我都会放弃，我要追求梦想，我要学会骑自行车，机不可失，失不再来，我会学，我能行。
