Many people are throwing all kinds of dirty things into the water. Factories are pouring waste material into the water. Therefore, water sources have become so badly polluted that some of the water is unfit to drink or to use. Now it is high time that we should do something to protect our water environment from being polluted.

生命是绿色组成的，绿色带给我们快乐，让我们幸福生活，可是这绿色正在大片大片的消失……

在远古时代，地球气候温暖湿润，空气清新，水源丰富，植被茂密，鸟语花香，是人类理想的栖息之地。可是近年以来，随着地区人口增加，土地被大量开垦，人们又多以木材为燃料，致使森林大量减少，造成水土流失，导致河床堵塞等多种恶果。

森林过去曾是动物们的天然绿色的居住场所，它们可以在那儿悠闲自在地生活。但是好景不长，这“风水宝地”被人类发现了，他们把森林开辟出来，用来造房子、工厂。从这以后，这里就变成人类的栖息地，动物的集中营，动物们只好千方百计逃亡。可他们逃到哪儿呢?在食物链中植物(即生产者)是最重要的一环，要是这一环出现严重问题，就等于割断了动物的命脉。从而导致动物们无法生存，让动物们濒临灭种。别忘了，人也只是所谓“高等动物”。

人类生活所需的森林资源本来是可以再生，为人类长期做贡献的。可是因为人类乱砍伐树木，用来造纸、做家具、修铁路、造房子……森林资源逐日变得供不应求了。树木的作用广泛，于是人们便大量采伐，越来越多的树木进入了加工厂，以至于一些树种渐渐绝迹了。人们大肆地乱砍滥伐树木，还造

成水土流失，洪水泛滥。虽然有有公德心和环保意识的人会去制止他们这样做，但是几乎于事无补：还是有一些人打着“需求”的旗号去砍伐树木，而去还不是少数。有人认为，一个地球上森林面积那么广，砍一些也没有关系。这种说法，在远古时代可以这么说;而在现在，就大错特错了。你砍“一些”我砍“一些”，森林资源只会越来越少，沙漠的面积只会日益增加，也许不久的将来，地球就会变的光秃秃的。

古语云：“地力之生物有大数，人力之成物有大限，取之有度，用之有节，则常足;取之无度，用之无节，则常不足。”这难道还不清楚吗?开发是要度的，你超过了这个度是会成恶果的。不过还得请你自己吞下这枚苦果。

除此之外树木还可以净化空气。这就是为什么城市的空气质量总是没山区好了：车多人多但树少，树木也忙不过来呦。

现代社会，几乎每家都有车，车要排放废气，废弃会污染环境，会危害人的健康，树叶可以吸附灰尘，从而减少了空气污染对人体健康的危害。在绿树的环绕中，人们可以镇定神经，降低血压，也容易解除疲劳。树木还能制造氧气，l公顷阔叶林1天可以吸收1吨二氧化碳，释放出 0.73吨氧气。树木是杀菌能手。许多树木在生长过程中会分泌出杀茵素，杀死由粉尘带来的各种病菌。据调查，每立方米空气中的含菌量百货大楼为400万个，林荫道上为58万个，公园里为100个，而林区只有55个。林区与百货大楼空气中的含菌量相差7万多倍。可见树木的重要性有多大。此外，树木还可以调节气候、防风降噪、蓄水防旱，是人类最好的朋友。

树木对我们的人类有这么大的帮助，它可以让我们更好的生活，你还会无情的去砍伐它们吗?植树节就要到了，伴随着春天，我们把一粒粒树种放在泥土中，给予它们养料，让它们长成一片郁郁葱葱的森林!

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an

important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the

importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存） our natural resources and recycle（再循环） our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.

“暧暧远人村，依依墟里烟。狗吠深巷中，鸡鸣桑树颠。”陶渊明归园田居总能给予人一种清新的感觉。人的内心总有一片净土，就像这充满乡土气息的诗句所描绘的，最平凡，最普通，最实在的，完全出于自然中。

淡淡的阳光透过稀薄的云层，照耀着这已然高楼耸立的大地，驱赶着最后一丝阴冷，反射着金黄的光芒，为即将开始新一天紧张的旋律开始做着最后的准备。

人们即将醒来，工作即将开始，世界即将充满活力与激情……

可有谁想着趁着这点点的空隙，放下所有的科技成果，回归到大自然之中。在这时，拉开你房中的窗帘，眺望你所能及的一抹绿色；打开窗户，呼吸一下此时来之不易的清新。或许，换上舒适的运动服，跑到公园，森林，小山中，是你一天的开始，一天中最放松的时刻。那是你亲近自然的时刻。

我喜欢跑步，无论是哪种跑法，我都觉得意义非凡。只因为这是我与自然最亲密也最简单的接触。我喜欢个人独自的欣赏，跑步便是如此。虽说作为学生，有晨跑的项目。但我总觉得那多了一种硬性，多了一分形式，也总令人有种抗拒。

这不是真正的跑步。真正的那是一种享受，一种乐趣。那会让你有种御风飞扬，乘风而行的畅快。那是一种回归自然，融于自然的感觉。

无论是在火红的跑道上，或是在上无人烟的马路边，还是在公园的石子路上，亦是在绿树葱葱的山路上，只要你放开心胸，依照心中的感觉，随着自己的脚步，向前跑去，那是一种心灵的放松，天性的释放。你无法用言语来表达此时此刻的想法。

人总离不开自然。所以当你总是远离自然时，你是不会真正成功的。因而，我很不了解，楼下就是一个小公园，但却宁愿在楼上的健身房里花钱去健身的人们。更不懂索性摒弃运动的人们。虽然我平时也不常运动，但我内心是渴望运动的，渴望那种不受限制、随心所欲的运动的。

人总该回归自然的。

当今社会的人们越来越追求功利、名利，眼前利益也好，长远利益也罢，总是围绕着把目的来办事。就连刚出生的婴儿，他的人生也是已被规划好了的。于是人就被千千万万的条条框框限制在其中。人便会日趋丧失自主性，最终流失在岁月的长河中。

回归自然，这是句空话。不过要做到，只要是沾边，也实属容易。

空闲时到室外走走，呼吸一下新鲜空气，不要只关在空调房里，这算亲近自然；晚上早点睡，早上早点起，去晨跑一圈来取代睡懒觉或呆在房里打游戏，这也算是回归自然；甚至在平时多头用些自然的东西而不是“化学用品”，也是爱自然的表现……

回归自然，在了解自我当中，在绿色环保中，在享受生活当中，再放松身心当中，在一点一滴当中……在成功的路上，少不了回归自然。

Protecting the Wild Animals

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the nature.

上周，我看了一部令人印象非常深刻的关于熊猫的纪录片。一位教授在20年代80年代早期就开始研究熊猫，他到野外生活，多年寻找野生大熊猫的踪迹。结果，他发现，正是人类，让这些可爱的动物面临灭绝。当时，许多人认为，大熊猫变少是因为新生儿的低出生率。这是不正确。人们为了利益砍伐树木，熊猫失去了家园，也没有食物吃。多亏了这些有价值的数据，政府采取了政策去保护它们。所以现在，大熊猫的数量正在增加。人们意识到保护环境的重要性，这也是最好的方法来保护野生动物，因为它们是大自然不可或缺的一部分。
