打自“五水共治”的活动开展以来，“节约水资源”的理念钻入了我们一家老小的心中，并开始践行起来。

今天一大早，我便发现妈妈与以前判若两人，只穿一件单薄的线衫，额头上缀满了米粒般大小的汗珠，汗珠渐渐凝聚，变成了晶莹剔透的大汗珠，在妈妈的下巴上跃跃欲滴，妈妈气喘吁吁地在洗衣板上勤恳地搓衣服。

我搔搔后脑勺，一副丈二和尚摸不着头脑的样子，走到妈妈身旁，问道：“老妈，你今天吃错药啦。平常，你都让你的头号助手——洗衣机来帮你洗衣服，而且还要反反复复地清洗呢，今天……”

“呵，你个小坏蛋，你老妈我有那么奢侈吗?现在水资源遭受污染，我们必须节约呀!”妈妈头头是道地说。

“哦，哦。”我点了点头，便洗脸去了。

“哗哗哗——”我放了满满一盆水，把毛巾浸湿后十分享受地洗着脸。这时，屋外传来了妈妈的呼唤声：“陈英，洗完脸把水端来给我洗衣服用。”“知道了。”我应声答道。

我小心翼翼地把水端到妈妈跟前，对妈妈说道：“水来了。”妈妈把头转了过来，望望盆里的水，表情突然来了个一百八十度大转弯，眉头紧锁，对我“厉声”呵斥：“你一个人洗脸，干嘛把水放满整盆呢!对于一个缺水地区的孩子来说，这就是救命之泉呀。”我听了妈妈的教诲后，羞愧地说：“我一定会改正的。”

这时，我看见奶奶正在打井水给妈妈清洗衣服，我连忙跑了过去，对奶奶说：“我来吧。”奶奶听了眉开眼笑，说;“我们家陈英长大了，开始孝顺奶奶了。”

我拎着一桶水来到妈妈身旁，望了望妈妈，妈妈对我竖起了大拇指，脸上露出了会心的微笑，顿时我感到心中像吃了蜜一般的甜，乐开了花。
