‘水’这个词也许看起来简单，其实是我们最重要的资源。水，是生命之源，是我们得以生存的重要条件。在我们的身体里，有2/3的重量是水。没有食物我们还能活两三个月，但如果没有了水，我们就只能活一个星期。可见，水对我们是多么重要啊!

可能有一些同学会说，“学校，家里的水资源都很充足啊!为什么要把节约水资源看得那么重啊?”其实，在我国的很多地区都是非常缺水的。在我国的600多个城市中，有400多个城市已经被贴上‘缺水’的标签，更有100多个城市已经被贴上‘严重缺水’的标签。据调查，在我国的京津冀地区平均人均拥有的水资源仅仅只有286立方米!是我国人均的1/8，全球人均的1/32.远远低于全球公认的‘人均500立方米为极度缺水’的标准。而我国已经被量喝过列入公认的13个极度缺水的国家。大家应该都知道著名的儿童文学作家郑渊洁吧!郑渊洁曾经在笔下记录过住在四川贫困山区的一个小女孩——“红枣女孩”。因为水资源缺乏，她在八岁时才洗上第一次澡。可见，我国的水资源是多么缺乏啊!

为了不让水资源枯竭，并且让同学们意识到珍惜水资源的重要，我提出以下几点建议：

一、让校内水资源得到循环利用。虽然校内的水龙头已经换成了可以避免忘关水龙头而费水的感应式水龙头，但是有些时候，一些同学还是会不受控制地用下很多水。这时，可以将这些水连接到厕所，并使用他们来冲厕所。让每一滴水不成为一次性水。

二、加强同学们对珍惜水资源的重视。。在校内定期开展讲座，宣传节水知识。开展手抄报，演讲比赛等等。

三、实行检查机制。在厕所，水龙头旁设立检查岗，每月评出节水优秀班级，给予表扬。

如果能做到以上几点，我们就能有效地控制水资源的枯竭。让我们一起努力，让水资源更好地造福于我们的生活吧!

面对水资源如此匮乏的局面，一些工业生产基地把工业废水排入溪流中;还有养殖场把一些粪便排入溪流，污染了原本清澈的河水，变得浑浊不清，让人们避之唯恐不及。此时我们不仅不能节约用水，还肆虐的污染水资源。这样，持续不了多久，人类就会因缺水而灭亡，世界上的所有动物也都因水资源匮乏而惨遭灭绝，而人类赖以生存的地球也将变得不堪入目。

“节约用水”的口号在我们的生活中随处可见，可有些人觉得这很难办到。其实不然，节约用水很容易，小到一个动作。在公共场所，一些人洗完手后，没把水龙头扭紧，而水资源就这样一点一滴的流走。这时，你只要上前把水龙头扭紧，就是节约水资源了。瞧，多简单呀。

于没有办法节约水，便不再理会。现在，我就来告诉你们一些简单又实用的节水小窍门吧!一是可以用淘米水洗菜。淘米水洗菜不仅能节约水，还能清除蔬菜上的农药残留。淘米水、煮过面条的水，用来洗碗筷，去油又节水。养鱼的水浇花，能促进花木生长。二是用洗脸水等生活用水冲厕所，尽量不开大水管冲洗，用收集的家庭废水冲，可以一水多用，节约清水。垃圾不论大小、粗细，都应从垃圾通道清除，而不要从厕所用水来冲。三是夏天给室外地面洒水降温时，可用洗衣服之后的洗衣水，尽量少用清水。四是洗车时不用水冲，而改用湿布擦。五是用喷头洗淋浴：(1)学会调节温度。(2)不要将喷头的水自始至终地开着，更不应敞开着。(3)尽可能先从头到脚淋湿一下，就全身涂肥皂搓洗，最后一次冲洗干净。不要单独洗头、洗上身、洗下身和脚。(4)洗澡要专心致志，抓紧时间，不要悠然自得，或边聊边洗。更不要在浴室里和好朋友大打水仗。要记住：时间就是水!(5)不要利用洗澡的机会“顺便”洗衣服、鞋子。

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. it falls on the twenty- fifth of december and has the same importance as chinese new year to people with english backgrounds. the celebration is for the birth of jesus christ, who is the son of god in christianity. now days christmas is no longer only celebrated by the christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of december everyone gets excited for it’s the day before christmas which is called christmas eve. the children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “santa claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” the younger kids actually believe that santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. food like short bread and beer are prepared for santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Today is Qingming Festival. Its a traditional Chinese Tomb Sweeping Festival. Dad drives grandma, mom, my brother and I to Xianyou home together. 离开了“金话筒主持人”兴趣班后，我又马不停蹄的来到了第二个兴趣班——国际音标班。进去之后我十分惊喜，因为这个班里都是和我年龄差不多大的孩子。我找了个位子坐下，再看看老师，“哇，太好了，是朱老师”，我以前英语辅导班就是在她那上的，我心中窃喜。一个又高又瘦的男孩成了我的同桌，我同桌也和我聊了聊，我们聊游戏，聊打球，共同语言很多，因此成了好朋友。我每天很喜欢去上课，对英标产生了浓厚的兴趣，培训结束后对我们进行了测试，我还考出了优异的成绩。

我觉得暑假兴趣班就要这样，大家年龄差不多，有许多可以聊的同学，才能既有兴趣，又学到知识。

水是生命的源泉，是大自然给予我们的恩泽。鱼儿离不开它，人类离不开它，世界上的一切生物都离不开它，因此我们每个人都应节约用水。

说起我家的节水，还有个小故事呢!

要过新年了，按照习俗要扫尘，全家总动员，扫尘的扫尘，拖地的拖地，我负责擦桌椅。我先用一个塑料盆接了小半盆水，把抹布放进去沾湿，接着再认真地擦桌椅。一遍下来，白抹布成了黑抹布，洗抹布的水也变浑变黑了。我把污水倒入另外一个盆子里，再接小半盆水准备擦洗第二遍。妈妈见了奇怪地问：“你把这黑水留着干什么呀?快倒了吧。”我说：“不用倒，等一会儿可以冲马桶或浇花呀。”妈妈笑着说：“一点黑水还当个宝贝似的，倒掉算了，浪费时间又占地方。”我认真地对妈妈说：“妈妈，你不知道，我这叫节约用水。”妈妈惊喜地说：“是吗?你是从哪儿学来的?”“现在电视里经常在说云南、贵州等地区正遭受特大旱灾，大半年没下雨，大小河流见底了，田里庄稼活活死了。”

我边擦桌子边回答。妈妈不以为然地说：“真有这么严重吗?”

这时，爸爸走了过来，严肃地说：“说得对，我们是得节约用水。你们知道吗?咱们国家是一个缺水国家。受全球环境与气候变化的影响，现在人和牲畜饮水也出现严重危机。虽然我们这里眼前不缺水，但是也要注意节约呀，不然的话，迟早有一天我们也会没水吃的。”

听了爸爸的话，妈妈的脸微微一红，低下头不好意思地说：“我平时不大看电视，想不到中国也这么缺水。那我们家该怎样节水呢?”我说：“爸爸、妈妈，我有一个建议，大家每人写一句节水标语贴在厨房和卫生间，这样可以随时提醒我们节约用水。”

“人人关心节水，时时注意节水”“关紧水龙头，节省每滴水”“循环用水，节约资源”……很快，一条条标语贴上了墙，为我们家增添了一道别致亮丽的风景。

All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy and happy, and to live longer.

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but skating is good in winter.

Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a persons character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.
