爱，非只在爱情和亲情上体现，朋友之间的诠释友谊的正是爱!

世界上有谁会相信有一份爱是海枯石烂，地老天荒的，又有谁肯为爱粉身碎骨，在所不惜的。有，只是这样的人并不是伟大，而是让爱升华!

我爱我的朋友，不只是因为在人生的路上我需要她，还是因为要让她填满我的寂寞所给心灵上留下的空洞，所以，我要用心爱我的朋友。爱她，不只是告诉她我要为她做些什么，也不只是在她哭的时候，递给她一个手帕，爱，存在心底更安全，更会体现出价值!爱她，就要成全她，放手给她自由，让她快乐，即使会心痛，会伤心，但是看到她快乐，心灵上也会得到一些安慰，虽然没有得到什么，爱过了，就不会后悔!这就是爱的价值。如果束缚你爱的朋友，她不会快乐，看到她不快乐，那么，爱，又有什么意义呢?也许有人会说，放弃你爱的朋友，那又有什么意义呢?其实爱的意义就在于此，为了朋友幸福而幸福，也许这才是真正的爱!

老师布置了一篇作文——对爸爸或妈妈的眼睛很认真地说一声我爱你！。面对这个任务，我选择跟爸爸合作。

放学了，我像往常一样，沿着马路，慢慢地走到了爸爸的医院。我走到爸爸的办公室前，轻轻推开了门，哦，老爸正在给病人看病，银色的笔尖在纸上沙沙作响。一缕阳光透过窗户，照在爸爸的脸上，一条条皱纹深深地刻在上面。我明白，那是常年为我操心过度而造成的。

我把书包随手放在椅子上，一屁股坐了下来，思索起来，咋么样对爸爸说我爱你三个字。如果直接说我爱你，不好，不诚恳；如果很小声很小声地说：我爱你，不好，听不见！有了，我脑子里突然灵光一闪，老爸老爸我猛地一抬头，原来病人已经走了，我跑到老爸身边坐下。

老爸，我爱你！我看着老爸，一个字一个字铿锵有力的说了出来。爸爸手中的笔微微一顿，脸上的表情变化多端，惊愕、高兴、兴奋，一个人的脸上居然可以显现出这么多的表情！

宝宝，我也爱你！我被爸爸紧紧抱住，动弹不得。

父母是一双手，一直默默扶着你的手，一直呵护你的手。
