杨涟瑞喜欢打篮球，平时一有空就会去操场上打一会儿。每节体育课上，只要老师一问哪些同学要打篮球，他就像早就准备好了一样，一下子把手高高地举起来，还一边举手一边说：“我、我、我。”生怕老师看不见他似的。不过，他打篮球确实打得好，是我们班的篮球队主力队员，尤其是三分球，投得特好。

别看他篮球场上是一员猛将，场下却是个爱哭鬼，一点点委屈就会眼圈红红的并流下泪来，跟有多大伤心事似的。平时，就是被谁无意中碰一下，他也会哭。记得有一次我们班训练篮球，训练结束后，我把他的球一下子抢了过来，本来是想跟他开一个玩笑，没想到他一下子哭了，手脚无措。弄得我十分尴尬。

他还有一个不好的习惯，就是吃饭吃不干净。每天中午在学校就餐，老师给他舀饭，无论多少，她总会剩几颗米在盘子里，老也改不掉。

由于我们俩同为篮球队员，常常在一起练习，日久生情，我俩渐渐地成了形影不离的好朋友。

你我之间的友情有多深，你比我更清楚，我俩何必为一件小小的事情而伤了感情呢？也许这是上天给我们安排的考验，本意就是想我们更加珍惜现在拥有的一切！对吧！或许我真的很小气，我不应该怪你。

虽然你我年龄差不多，但有时听着你的心声，我也为之感动，证明你经理过很多事情，对于我这个无知的来说，既同情你也很想帮你，却有不知从何下手。有时看着你那抑郁的样子，真替你难过，当我问你为什么时，你却一声不作，真让人担心。虽然我有点苯，可我不傻，虽然我相貌平平，可是我心灵美。你有什么话不妨和我直说。

生活中的风浪总是不可避免的，那么我们就不要再为难自己了，而应该快乐地度过每一天，转变一个角度也许就是海阔天空。

我们需求的越少，得到的自由就越多。多一份舒畅，少一份争斗，多一份真实，少一份虚伪，多一份快乐，少一份悲伤。这才是我们简单生活追求的目标。

并不是所有的不幸都是灾难，逆境常常是一种祝福。让轻轻的风，吹开你紧锁的眉头，让所有的忧愁向后飞去，请不要再回头，你应该象前奔跑，因为快乐就在前方。

好朋友简简单单，好情谊清清爽爽，好缘分长长久久。有缘知己，情缘为朋友，愿彼此珍惜这难得的缘。

I have a lot of friends but Amy is my best friend.He is a boy. Both of us are good at English, so we often have a chat in English in our spare time. After school, we often play football together on the playground. He runs so fast that I can not catch up with him. He is an excellent student.
