Every year lots of travellers go sightseeing . Last summer holiday , I went on a trip to Beijing with my parents .

It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful . We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much .

I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.

飞机缓缓下降，穿越层层云雾后，窗口填满宝蓝与蔚蓝，闪耀着一条条白浪，我载着满怀雀跃，俯瞰不远的海岸----澳大利亚，如梦似幻，却真实地撞入我的瞳孔。我痴痴地凝视海边那片片雪白的贝壳，悉尼歌剧院，心早已被它掳获。

坐在休息区小憩，透明的地板下就是浩瀚的南太平洋，海洋无垠的拓展渐层，从沿岸的水绿、浅蓝，向远方加深成正蓝、宝蓝、蔚蓝……最后与万里晴空融成一线。我心中莫名的悸动，这样的波澜壮阔在花东我也尝过，不同的是多云的苍穹，我想，同样的太平洋边，悉尼少了天边那些缱绻，就增添一分生疏，成了一种太完美的仙界。走出歌剧院，海风呼啸扑面而来，挟着海水的苦咸，味道陌生而冰冷。我终究明白，我只是个过客，偶然造访这南半球的城市，采撷一片美景夹入回忆，这种极致理想的殿堂不足以令我流连，它比较适合留在想像，停在思绪漫漫的长流。毫无缺损的神圣，没有属于人世的味道。

下午，我离开歌剧院，履行梦想的踏实让嘴角溢满微笑，我最后望了一眼，以朝圣者的崇敬，转身离开，绝美的风景，只适合短暂的停留。

桂林，一个令我向往已久的地方，我不知道做过多少回桂林梦。古人说得好：“桂林山水甲天下，阳朔山水甲桂林”。游过桂林后，您一定会有这样的感受。前年暑假我有幸和妈妈来到这闻名中外的著名景点桂林。圆了我的桂林梦，这次桂林旅行已经深深地印在我的脑海里。

首先我们来到了桂林的市区，映入眼帘的是连绵起伏的山峦，整个城市被山峦围绕着，一座座屏风般的悬崖峭壁上涂抹着七色的彩霞，像是给山谷画上浓妆，真是美不胜收。桂林市区周围分布着七星公园、芦笛岩、象鼻山、伏博山等著名的旅游景点，但是给我印象最深的是象鼻山，为什么叫象鼻山呢?远远望去就像一只大象把象鼻子伸进水里似的，真是鬼斧神工，让人惊叹不已!

游完桂林市区，来到了漓江，漓江是桂林市标志性的自然风景区，那里山清水秀，漓江全长437公里，漓江最著名的要数九马画山和黄布滩倒影，九马画山耸立滨江，在平直如下消的石壁上，身穿着青绿带黄白色的衣裳，姿态各异的骏马奔腾在石壁上。黄布滩倒影和九马画山靠的很紧，所以人们把这一段称作是黄金段。黄布滩倒影因滩底有一块米黄色的大石板，像一匹“黄布”而得名。“漓江山色，在倒影中。”此时真正领略到”舟行碧波上，人在画中游。”的美妙意境，令人心旷神怡……

My classmates threw a celebration party at our middle school principle‘s flat. Our parents were invited to the party. Everybody was excited about the holiday. I ate a lot of delicious food at that time. I also went visiting my relatives with my parents. We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai. 去年10月1日，妈妈带我去了板厂峪。它给我留下了很深刻的印象，因为它实在是太陡峭、太雄伟了。

一进山门，首先要爬一段用石头堆成的山路。这段山路十分难爬，但我们仍然坚持向上爬去，最后最后看到了那奇妙的景色。它好像是一座被斧子劈开的大山，中间有一条细细的小缝，从缝中望去，天好像细细的一条线。我欣赏着美丽的风光，也为许多人因为惧怕艰难退了回去而感到惋惜。又经过一段曲折蜿蜒的山路，我们来到了杨来楼。虽然因为年久失修，有些地方的砖已经脱落了，但远远望去，它依然是那么壮观。山路爬起来依然很难，因为它高低不平，而且滑溜溜的，稍一不留神就得摔一跤。有时候甚至还得手脚并用。那古长城也个性雄伟，从远处望去，宛如一条长龙侧卧在山顶上。但是因为年久失修，古长城也有美中不足的。地方：有的楼梯已经塌掉了，最高的能够到达50厘米左右。虽然旁边有一道小楼梯，但因为窄而小，而且有一面是悬崖，这样的路孩子根本走但是去，所以在台阶太高的地方是家长抱我下来的，我一边走一边想：古长城这么高，我国古代的劳动人民是怎样把它建成的呢？

这次旅游我很快乐，因为我们不但看到了美丽的风景，而且还悟出了一个道理：无限风光在险峰。只有坚持，才能胜利。

10月2日的下午，我和老师、同学们一起参加了“读万卷书，行万里路”的活动。

第一站，我们来到了3D艺术体验馆。里面有一些民间艺术画，都是哥哥姐姐、爷爷奶奶他们画的，很好看的。还有一些3D艺术画，同学们都纷纷抢着与它们合影。第一次看到这些图画感觉神奇极啦！

第二站，我们来到了枣乡纪念展览馆，里面有一些我从来都没有见过的物品。老师告诉我们里面都是爷爷、奶奶年轻时用过的东西；有耕地的犁、耙子等，还有一些古老的生活用品：纺车、照相机等等，还有很多很多古老的物件，很新奇。

第三站，我们来到了枣博物馆，导游阿姨带领我们观看了各种各样的小枣标本；有金丝小枣、冬枣、鸡蛋蜜枣、无核小枣等等，还给我们讲了小枣的来历。真是大开眼界啊！

这次旅行让我见到了很多，学习了很多，真是一次愉快难忘的旅行！

还有几天就是九九重阳节了。我趁x假期期间想亲手为爷爷奶奶做一件有意义的事情，陪他们过个快乐的重阳节。

做点什么呢?我思前想后，后来爸爸说做重阳糕啊，不过有点复杂的，你去小区卖早点的叔叔那学下。吃完午饭我就立马去店里学习，只见糕点店的师傅正在忙着，还有几天就重阳节了，他们家重阳糕的卖得很好，我就站在一旁认真的看着，一道道工序我看花了眼。这时一位叔叔对我说：“小朋友这个太难做了，你还是做点简单的吧，这个要技术的”。

我回到了家，爸爸问怎么了?"叔叔说重阳糕难学的。”妈妈听到了说:“做饼好了，简单又美味”。这主意好，因为之前妈妈在做饼的时候我有这一旁看过，我倒挺感兴趣的。妈妈很快帮我把需要的材料准备好:米粉，南瓜，紫薯，白糖。我按照之前她做的方法先把南瓜和紫薯洗净放锅里蒸，15分钟蒸熟了，先把南瓜泥白糖和米粉搅拌均匀，那颜色黄黄的真好看，然后再把紫薯糖和米粉搅拌均匀，紫色是我最喜欢的颜色。全部拌好我开始学妈妈的样子做小饼了，捏来捏去就是不圆，也学妈妈在紫色的饼上加上黄色的眼睛和嘴巴，黄色的饼上加上紫色的眼睛和嘴巴，做成了笑脸的形状。全部做好下来开煎饼了。这时妈妈说爷爷奶奶年龄大了，牙不大好，蒸着他们吃。妈妈的心真细，不是她提醒估计这饼爷爷奶奶也吃不了了，10分钟后爱心饼热腾腾的出锅了，我把它们装进盒子里迫不及待的给爷爷奶奶送去。

爷爷奶奶听说饼是我亲手做的，一人拿起一块品尝了起来，连连夸赞我:“小乐乐你做的爱心饼既好吃又好看，棒极了!”只见他俩笑得合不拢嘴，我在一旁也自得其乐。爷爷奶奶年纪大了，以后我要经常给他们做好吃的，经常陪他们出去走走玩玩。

最后衷心祝天下所有的老人身体健康，幸福长寿。

we convey successful communication? Well, there are several useful tips may help

you to improve your communication skills.

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

2002年8月，那年我6岁，我和妈妈一起去大连旅游，来到这里的第一件事就是去看大海，这是我平生第一次看大海，远远望去蔚蓝的海水一望无际，壮观极了，我此刻真想张开双臂拥抱它。

在软软的沙滩上，我又是蹦又是跳，浪花轻轻地拍打着我的小脚丫，温柔而舒服;海风轻轻地在我耳边诉说着这里曾发生的故事。我在海滩上拣了好多五颜六色的贝壳。我坐在游泳圈中央任凭海浪的拍击，一会儿被冲上了岸，一会儿又被推下海，好像荡秋千一样，太有意思了。

天空很蓝，四周都是高矮不一的山峰。我们来的时候，已经是人山人海了。天葬师开始在天葬台上主持天葬，他点燃一种特殊的香。我闻到空气弥漫着一种很奇怪的味道。突然人群里传来一声尖叫：“哇！”我马上环顾四周，远处的天空中出现一个黑点，由远及近，越变越大。一只巨大的威风凛凛的秃鹫在我头顶的天空中盘旋，时不时的发出鸣叫声。不一会儿降落到了山坡，然后像滑滑梯一般，“咻”的一下就滑下来了，这可能是秃鹫的滑梯吧！一只又一只的秃鹫飞来了。我数了一下，一共有一百多只秃鹫。

我心里又激动又害怕。激动是因为这是天葬，一种奇特的葬礼，从未见过；害怕是因为我将直面死亡。天葬开始了，一群秃鹫扑下来……

我觉得藏族人有很大的勇气，因为他敢舍身饲鹰，这是一种大勇气，也是一种大智慧。我第一次面对死亡，我心里只剩恐惧。我虽然不是佛教徒，但是，我佩服他们的勇气。死亡常常是一件令人恐惧的事情，但又是每一个人必须面对的事情。无论你是万人之上的帝王，还是形如蝼蚁的草民，无论你是拥有富可敌国的财富，还是拥有倾城倾国的容颜，在死神面前人人平等，赤条条来，赤条条去，回归天地间……
