地震前的准备：要避免地震的灾害，最有效的办法是依靠自己，以自己的力量做好预防灾害的准备。一般家庭常备的东西有粮食和饮水，以每人平均保存5天的份量为佳。另外再准备一些防灾用品，如防灾头巾、手电筒、口哨、急救药品、火柴、蜡烛、半导体收音机等以及一些逃生用具，如毛毯、便携式炊具、固体燃料等。

地震发生时：

1、如果在平房里，突然发生地震，要迅速钻到床下、桌下，同时用被褥、枕头、脸盆等物护住头部，等地震间隙尽快离开住房，转移到安全的地方。地震时如果房屋倒塌，应呆在床下或桌下千万不要移动，要等到地震停止再逃出室外或等待救援。

2、如果住在楼房中，发生了地震，不要试图跑出楼外，因为时间来不及。最安全、最有效的办法是：及时躲到两个承重墙之间最小的房间，如厕所、厨房等。也可以躲要桌、柜等家具下面以及房间内侧的墙角，并且注意保护好头部，千万不要去阳台和窗下躲避。

3、如果正在上课时发生了地震，不要惊慌失措，更不能在教室内乱跑或争抢外出。靠近门的同学可以迅速跑到门外，中间及后排的同学可以尽快躲到课桌下，用书包护住头部，靠墙的同学要紧靠墙根，双手护住头部。

4、如果已经离开房间，千万不要地震一停就立即回屋取东西。因为第一次地震后，接着会发生余震，余震对人的威胁会更大。

5、如果在公共场所发生地震，不能惊慌乱跑。可以随机应变躲到就近比较安全的地方，如桌柜下、舞台下、乐池里。

6、如果正在街上，绝对不能跑进建筑物中避险。也不要高楼下、广告牌下、狭窄的胡同、桥头等危险地方停留。

7、如果地震后被埋在建筑物中，应先设法清除压在腹部以上的物体；用毛巾、衣服捂住口鼻，防止烟尘窒息；如果找不到脱离险境的通道，要注意保存体力，设法找到食品和水，创造生存条件，等待救援，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，或者吹哨，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息。

There is no time in this world that is quiet, just because someone is

carrying the weight for us. There is no natural hero in this world. Only because

people need, can someone be willing to sacrifice themselves to become a

hero.

虽然我不知道他们是谁，但我明白他们是为了谁。他们也许并不富裕，甚至有些贫穷;他们也许并不高大，甚至有些瘦弱;他们也许并不光鲜，甚至有点卑微，他们的形象在我心中是那样模糊，但他们的精神在我心中却是那样鲜明;不计生死，不求回报，默默坚守的他们，守护着健康，保卫着生命。

Although I dont know who they are, I know who they are for. They may not

be rich, or even poor; they may not be tall, or even thin; they may not be

bright, or even a little humble, their image in my heart is so fuzzy, but their

spirit in my heart is so bright; regardless of life and death, do not ask for

return, they stick to silently, guard health, protect life.

普通的我们无法到达正面战场与病毒作战，我们只能做好我们的后勤工作，不出门，少出门，勤洗手，戴口罩，这是为了不给他们添麻烦，祝愿他们平安早日凯旋。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, basketball,travelling and so on. However, my favorite sport is running.In my mind,it is a good activities for people to keep healthy and relieve the pressure. After busy studying,i usually run on the playground,and i think thats the most wonderful time in a day.I love this sport since im 4,but at that time i only run for fun without any purpose.Its different now.Running has become a essential part in my life.I love running,and i ll keep running.

我喜欢很多种运动 比如说 游泳 篮球 旅行 等等 但是 我最爱的运动还是跑步在我看来 跑步是对人体健康 和减轻压力的好方法 在忙碌的学习过后 我经常会在操场上跑步 我认为那是一天中最精彩的时刻了 自从我4岁的时候就喜欢这项运动了 但那时 我只是没有任何目的的娱乐 但是现在不同了 跑步几本变为我生活的一部分了 我喜欢跑步 我会坚持跑步。

Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.
