你们一定都看过这样一则公益广告：电视画面上有一个水龙头，正在艰难的往外滴着水，滴水的速度越来越慢，最后水就枯竭了。然后画面上上出现了一双眼睛，从眼中流出了一滴泪水。随之出现的是这样一句话：如果人类不珍惜水，那么我们能看到的最后一滴水将是我们自己的眼泪。 水是生命之源，假如地球上没有水，那么地球母亲就不会孕育出我们人类的子孙万代。因为最早的原始生命首先是在海洋中孕育形成，逐渐扩展到陆地上。所以说，水是生命的摇篮。人类的生存和发展也离不开水。因为我们每天要喝水，粮食的生长离不开水，工业生产离不开水。水还是大自然的空调器，炎热的夏天，正当人们感到酷暑难耐时，来一场雨该有多痛快呀！走在海边，海风习习，一扫酷热烦躁的情绪；当寒冷的冬季到来时，海水把储存的热量源源不断地送给它周围的陆地……这些都是水的作用。 我们国家的水资源虽然非常丰富，但可以用的淡水资源却很少，并且随着工业的发展，水污染成了一个严重的问题，很多工业废水污染得臭不可闻，这是多么可怕的一件事啊！此外浪费水的现象也十分严重，据统计。 一个中等城市每年浪费的水相当于一个洞庭湖的水量！3月22日是世界水日。每年的这一天，世界各国都会宣传：大家要爱惜水资源，保护生命之水。其实，不光在这一天，在我们生命中的每一天，都应该珍惜每一滴水，用实际行动珍爱生命之水。

现在我讲一些关于节约用水的知识。1.在洗澡的时候，先用喷头从头到脚淋湿，再全身涂抹肥皂或沐浴液搓洗，最后一次性冲洗干净。洗脸、刷牙的时候尽量使用脸盆和杯子，不任由水龙头哗哗地流。 2.洗衣机存满衣服的时候洗。并且，将最后一次漂洗的水留下来，作为下一批衣服的洗涤用水。 3.如果觉得厕所的水箱过大，可以在水箱里放一只装满水的可乐瓶，这样可以减少每一次的冲水量。 4.尽量一水多用。用淘米水、煮面水洗碗筷，既去油又节水；用洗菜水、洗衣水、洗碗水来浇花、洗车；洗脸水用了之后可以洗脚，然后冲厕所等。 5.洗手时，用盆洗比用水长流的方法更节省水，洗涤蔬菜水果或洗碗时也一样，开着水龙头不间断的冲洗非常费水，间断冲洗就能节约水。把用过的水存下来还可以再次利用。 6.家庭中洗衣机的用水量大，为了节水，生产厂家和科研人员都下足了功夫，要在保证洗干净衣服的前提下尽可能的节约用水。 7.用米水、洗衣水、洗碗水及洗澡水等清水来浇花、洗车，及擦洗地板。5.清理地毯法由湿式或蒸汽式改成乾燥粉沫式。6.将除湿机收集的水，及纯水机、蒸馏水机等净水设备的废水回收再利用。
