作为十二中的师生，我们更应积极关注气候变化，从自己做起，以实际行动在全校积极推广绿色价值观念，提倡坚持节俭、理性的生活方式，养成节约资源、保护环境的绿色生活习惯，自觉低碳生活，积极投身绿色校园建设。为此我们向全校师生发出倡议：

1、多一个动作，节约用电。随手关灯，做到人走电停;使用节能型电器，不使用电器时，按下关闭电源按钮，不使用待机状态。

2、多一些运动，节能减排。出门多步行、骑车或者乘坐公交车，少开车以减少二氧化碳排放量。多爬楼梯，减少电梯的使用。

3、多一项细致，节约用水。使用节水型水龙头，及时关闭水龙头，不浪费每一滴水。

4、多一种朴素，节省资源。多穿着棉质衣物，将环保和时尚妆点在身。

5、多一秒思考，合理回收。少用一次性木筷、纸杯、纸巾、餐盒等，减少垃圾。认真进行垃圾分类，合理回收有效资源。用自己的智慧，延长有限资源的使用寿命，多重复利用。

6、多一份心情，播种绿色。在美丽的春天，也用自己的双手去培育绿色，多种一些树、多养几盆花。

不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海。希望通过我们的努力，把“低碳生活”的概念传递给每一个家庭。 我们承诺“低碳生活”，从衣、食、住、行做起，倡导绿色休闲生活，减轻自然环境的负荷，“低碳生活”将成为一种生活态度!

地球只有一个，她的生命是脆弱的，不能因为我们为着眼前的发展和获得微小利益，以肆虐的行为，无“度”的获取，使本已脆弱的躯体更加脆弱!保护地球，就是保护我们自已。从现在开始，“倡导低碳生活，建设绿色校园”。

I often get up at 6:30 to go to school every week day .I feel tired because I cannot have enough sleep.I have to burn the midnight oil at ningt because of too much homework and much books.I have 4 classes in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.I have 2 evening classes in the evening as well.I can have a nap at noon. My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My

favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak

English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. I

think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play

games with my friends. We play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and

步入林荫小道，一片生机勃勃的景象立刻映入眼帘。首先是粉红色的玉兰花。远远望去，一朵朵小花苞好似一个个毛茸茸的小毛球，直直地立在深棕色的树枝上。那些已经开放了的玉兰花，犹如一位位婷婷玉立的姑娘，正跳着优美的“转圈舞”呢，粉红色的连衣裙正在徐徐展开。走近一瞧，小花苞儿上小下大，下面都长有两片圆圆的“叶子”，像一个个还未成熟的小蜜桃，只不过颜色是土黄色的。开了的花儿，花瓣也是上小下大，上面是白色的，下面是红色的，很自然地形成了由白变红的渐变色。尤其是已经开了很久的花朵，颜色更加美丽。这些玉兰花，给翠绿的林荫小道添加了不少美丽的色彩。

再往林荫小道的深处走一小会儿，一棵棵翠绿的松树便扑入眼帘。松树像一把把收拢的巨伞，倒立在那里，再走近些，只见深褐色的枝干上“贴”满了像针似的尖尖细细长长的绿色的叶子。要是你一不小心碰到了它特殊的叶子呀，不是一时半会儿就可以解决了的呢！尽管松树的叶子这么“棘手”，但是一下课，它们的树荫马上“变”成了同学们的“游戏天堂”，大家在这里聊天、玩耍、乘凉……真是热闹！

走进林荫小道深处，几棵枇杷树不知什么时候从地下“冒”了出来。在“成熟”的深绿色的叶子上，总有三四片刚刚“出生”的嫩绿色新叶。新叶比“成熟”的叶子小多了，大概只有它的四分之一吧！在嫩叶的周围往往会长有两三个还未成熟的小枇杷。这些小枇杷在风吹来时前后摇摆，像是在跟大家说：“你好，你好！”它们只有一颗黄豆那么大，颜色呈土黄色，甚至有一些还是浅绿色的。我想，到了夏季，这些迷你枇杷就要变成大枇杷啦！

漫步在林荫小道上，随处可见一些五彩缤纷的不知明小花。别看它们是那么不起眼，可是它们也为校园的林荫小道增添了不少色彩呢！

As a coin has two sides,when it comes to “what campus activity that has benefited you most”,different people may have different opinions.As far as I am concerned,it is the psychological composition competition that has benefited me most.

There are,to my mind,plenty of shaping factors,among which,the following ones are particularly worth mentioning.One of the most valuable one is it is the field that I like.I can find a place to say something,either to the world or to myself,which will make me feel relax,get a good mood and enjoy myself.Another fundamental one which should not be neglected is I can appreciate others’ merits and find my own weakness,and then make up for it.Last but not least,I can find people who have the same thinking and interest with me,and become friends.Take myself for instance,it is in the psychological composition competition that I find my soul mate.

Judging from the reams of evidence,it is safe for me to conclude that psychological composition competition is the campus activity that has benefited me most.If it had not been for it,I could not have enjoyed myself so much.
