第一，就是要找准自身定位。

第三，要科学挖潜。

木桶原理告诉我们，在其他条件不变时候，补上短板，是提高绩效最有效的办法。具体到我们企业，降本增效就是自来水企业的重要挖潜手段。另一方面，作为国有企业，实现国有

资产的保值增值，也仍然是我们的工作目标之一。为此，虽然我们企业多年来一直也非常重视降低产销差率、降低成本，提高服务水平的工作，而且取得了明显的效应，去年底实现了扭亏增盈。但新的一年来临，我们计划了以下重点工作方面：首先是，继续提高对外服务标准，包括继续完善安全供水和抄表收费的管理，优化服务窗口地区布点，保持住每月两次服务进社区的频率，加强与相关部门和地方的党建共建联建等。其次，是进一步降低产销差和控制成本。包括将任务层层分解，提高信息化程度，采用精细管理模式，探索外包服务、应收款催讨、集中采购等新方法，从而开源节流，提高效益。

六年前的今天，刚刚大学毕业的我，有幸被我们福田教育局选中，我背起行装，带着年轻人火热的激情和对教育的梦想与追求，从西北的黄土地来到了深圳这座美丽的海滨城市，成为福田教育战线一个普通的兵。

六年后的今天，我站在了这个演讲台上，心情格外的激动，我为自己成为福田教育战线的一个兵，一个普通的兵，一个合格的兵，而感到骄傲，感到自豪，感到荣幸! 当初选择当老师，我并没有想过什么"教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业"之类的话，我有的只是对学生这个群体特殊而刻骨铭心的情感体验。我出生在陕西一个偏僻而贫穷的小村庄，我的父母都是面朝黄土背朝天的普通农民，他们很穷，但他们从来没有为我上学少交过一分钱的学费。我至今难以忘记我身体瘦弱的父亲顶着烈日做苦力为我挣学费，难以忘记我要强的母亲为了我的学费几乎要向别人下跪。记得在念高二的时候，家里的经济实在难以为继，我就给家里人说："我不想念书了!"母亲哭了，她哽咽地说："盟娃，你是学生，我和你爸就是不吃饭不穿衣也要供你念书，你把书念好了，我和你爸就有希望了，我们家就有希望了呀，孩子。"1997年，当我作为全县唯一一名文科保送生被保送至教育部直属师范大学——陕西师范大学的时候，我的父母高兴得几天几夜没睡着觉，他们苍老的脸上终于露出了满足和幸福的笑容。由于我深知自己上大学的来之不易，所以，我十分珍惜大学四年的学习和生活，在我读大三的时候，因为品学兼优，我加入了中国共产党，成为一名光荣的共产党员。毕业后，我来到了深圳，母亲说："你把书念成了，现在也工作了，妈就放心了，妈没出过门，等你工作稳定下来了，我和你爸想你去你工作的地方看一看，以后老了，妈就去不了了。"可是，一场意外的事故却夺走了我母亲的生命，她直到去世都没有走出过我们那个小县城，一个母亲历尽艰辛供孩子读完书，连一个很朴素的愿望都没有实现，就这样毫无所求地走了。我想，她很满足，因为她看到了希望。

同志们可能要说，你讲这个干什么?我今天之所以讲这个事情，我就是想告诉大家，我们所面对的每一位学生，他所承载的不仅仅是他个人的前程，还有他的父母和整个家庭的希望，甚至是几代人的梦想啊，同志们，我们要珍惜、爱护每一位学生。

2001年，我接手了自己的第一届学生，当我面对全班几十名学生的时候，我清楚地知道，不能让一个人掉队，因为在他们每个人的背后，都凝聚着一双像我父母一样充满期望的眼神。决不放弃一个学生，是我简单而矢志不渝的教育信仰。所以，我把我的每一位学生都当作朋友，学生在平时很少管我叫老师，都管我叫盟哥。

这是一个音乐特长班，全班中考平均分只有453分，而我们学校当年的录取线是479分。面对这种现状，我告诉他们说，你们的入学成绩是全校较低的一部分学生，一个人要想有所作为，那就得靠拼，高中三年，赵老师会坚定地支持你们。

几年来，究竟和学生有过多少次谈心，我不记得了，我只记得学生家长打电话给我，感激地说："赵老师，真的谢谢你，我们叫他好好学习，他从来不听，自从你和他谈了之后，他现在知道学习了。"

究竟备过多少节课，我不记得了，我只记得当我每次在课堂上打开教案本的时候，感到诚惶诚恐，如履薄冰，深知自己肩上的责任。

究竟批改过多少份作业和试卷，我不记得了，我只记得学生写给我的一句句毕业感言，

学生说："老师，谢谢你，你永远是我们最好的朋友。"

2016年高考，我担任班主任和语文科教学的高三(11)班，34人参加高考，在中考成绩不理想的情况下，最终，9人上重点本科，23人上本科，省专上线率为100%，看着学生们走进北京广播学院等全国各地的高等学府的时候，我感到由衷的欣慰。

真心的耕耘，就一定会有丰硕的收获。我几年的工作得到了学生、学生家长和学校领导的认可。学生对我的班主任工作满意率多次达到100%，大家既是师生，更是朋友。2016年9月5日的《晶报》发表了我的一位学生的文章，学生在文章中说："在这些与班主任共同走过的日子里，我们付出过，收获过，意外过，欣喜过，原来快乐的内涵在于分享，我们分享了，所以我们快乐。班主任会依然这样引领着我们，去追寻更加美好的日子，不曾缺席，也不曾离开。"是的，我喜欢和学生一起快乐，他们的认可也是我最大的快乐。一位叫雷丹亭的学生的家长曾多次对我说："我家孩子上高中，最幸运的就是遇到了你这么一位好老师。"每当这个时候，我真的很感动。我感受到了一个老师的价值，一个教育工作者的荣耀，一个共产党员的神圣使命。

作为一名共产党员，仅仅自己做好还不够，还要真正起到一个共产党员所应有的模范带头作用，要做到学校禁止的，党员首先不做;学校提倡的，党员带头去做。我们学校和梅州市的五华中学是友谊学校，由于当地经济还不是很发达，很多学生交不起学费，眼看着就要滑向辍学的边缘。在了解这一情况后，我们学校发起了资助五华特困生的倡议，我们王德久校长带头捐，钟国诚书记带头捐，我们共产党员带头捐，在共产党员的带动下，大家你八百，我五百，整个学校掀起了资助特困生的热潮，一笔笔学费源源不断地送到了一个个特困生的手里。这一做法一坚持就是两年，两年来，我们的党员和全校师生共为五华中学近70名品学兼优的学生捐款达十万五千余元，不少贫困学生正是有了梅林中学师生的捐款，有的坚持读完了高中，有的考上了大学。

我们经过了一个愉快的寒假，迎来了新学期的开始。清早，漫步在美丽的校园里，朗朗的读书声，声声入耳;下午，徜徉在黄土地的足球场上，为进球而的呐喊声，震耳欲聋。看看我们的大课间，学生蹦蹦跳跳神采飞扬，一个词来说快乐;瞧瞧我们的广场舞，师生摇摇摆摆婀娜多姿，还是一个词快乐;本学期，尖岗小学的快乐教育定会茁壮成长，作为老师很骄傲，作为领导很自豪。

新年新目标，作为教师代表，我有如下几点拙见，和大家分享：

1、恪尽职守，做一个职业道德的宣传兵。道德是一个人的灵魂。职业道德是一个人的生命线，做一个有灵魂的教师的根本。我们要继承和发扬中华民族的传统美德，践行教师道德要求“十要十不”，学习道德模范郭明义的“义工精神”，宣传孟佩杰持之以恒的“孝”字行天下事迹。总之，从一点一滴、一言一行做起，做一个爱岗敬业、乐于奉献的教师，做一个学生爱戴，家长满意的教师;做一个让领导放心，同事认可，家长认同的教师。

2、刻苦学习，做一个有理想的复合型教师。现代社会是知识爆炸的时代，科技发明层出不穷，知识更新速度匪夷所思，大有“三天不学习，赶不上刘少奇”之势。随着知识更新的加快，教师需要学习多方面知识，才能满足学生多方面的知识需求，做一个吸引学生，有自我魅力的教师。因此，学习是教师自我发展的内在需要。在这里，也奉劝学生一句：今天学习不努力，明天踢球没机会。后天学习赶得上，足球场上亮一亮。

3、勤于思考，做一个有多彩的智慧型教师。古人云：学而不思则罔,学习要讲究方法,要活学活用,不能死记硬背,在知识飞速发展和信息时代的今天,用适合自己学习方法可以起到事半功倍的作用,而勤于思考是最有效的学习方法。问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来，勤能补拙是良训，因此，思考定会有新的收获，定会成为智慧型的人。

同学们，二十一世纪的舞台，你们将上演主角，在这里，我谨代表全体教师向同学们提出如下希望和要求：

首先、要学会做人。在家做一个好孩子，在校做一个好学生。要学会关心他人，互助友爱，文明礼貌，争做一个德才兼备、品学兼优的好学生。
