I recognized Michael Jackson on occassion. There was a poem recitation competition in my class. I had to look for a song about peace. Finally I found "Heal the World". I liked it at once when I first heard this song. I thought it was the best song that I had ever heard. Then I found the words of this song. "Heal the world, make it a better place, for you and for me, and the  entire human race." This song was Michael Jacksons famous work.

Since then I began to know more about Michael Jackson. I began to love him. He was named "King of Pop". He hold a Children Foundationg and wanted to make the world peace through the music.Although he was dead, he was still one of the most famous singers in the world. I love him, because he was not only a singer but also a loving person.

The definition of happiness always causes the public’s attention. Some

people believe that making a lot of money and earning great reputation are the

standard to define success, while some people think that spending more time with

their families deserves all the things and it is their bliss. In my opinion, the

meaning of happiness varies according to different people, but there is one

thing in common, which is their positive attitude to life. I am so lucky to born

in a happy family, and my parents give me all their love. Though we are

ordinary, I am so satisfy with my life now. I cherish the thing I have.

April 1st is the holiday April Fools also known as “All Fools Day.”Its exact origin is not known, because there are so many stories as to why it started. The most plausible tale is that New Years Day in France used to be April 1st, but the King changed it to January 1st. Not everyone accepted this change for several years and those who didn’t were scoffed as fools, thus the term April Fools.

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

有一位黑龙江的老师她叫张丽莉，在中午放学的时候，在校门口的马路上，突然有一辆大巴车，撞向了另一辆大巴车，当时老师正好在马路的中间，她前面有两位同学，后面也有两位同学，老师看见车快撞到这四位同学了，刹那间，这位老师做出了一个艰难的选择，她要挽救这四名同学的生命。老师先用屁股把后面两位同学顶出去，老师立即起身跳起来用双手把正前方的两位同学退到马路对面。之后车就把老师撞倒，撞倒后，车轮就从老师的双腿上压过，120及时把这位伟大的老师送到了医院，经过医院的抢救后，她的双腿被截肢了，这位老师现在只能坐在轮椅上了。面对这样的选择，这位老师完全可以不管这四位同学的生命，但是这位伟大的老师还是选择了去救这四位同学的生命。作为老师能这样关怀孩子，这比孩子的母亲还要亲。这位老师很伟大啊！这位老师的作为好像一位伟大的母亲啊！这位老师虽然失去了双腿但是她挽救了四位学生的生命啊！

一、一年来的工作学习情况

1、认真学习理论知识，积极完成本职工作。

二、存在的问题

1、教学工作。在教学工作中自己总认为对教材比较熟，加上工作头绪多有时课前准备不够充分，对学生可能提出的问题预设不够，低估了学生的思维，造成课堂上有时比较被动，有时在教学中钻研还不够，课外对学生的辅导时间较少，一部分学生的成绩在下降，可能会完不成指标。

2、在做好学生的思想教育工作中有时急于求成，特别是对于学习较差又不遵守纪律的学生缺乏足够的耐心，对他们进行教育后效果不明显时，便失去信心，有时则听之任之，心想只要他们安安全全就行了，当他们犯错误时有时态度过于严厉。偶尔对学生小施惩戒，还认为是对学生的关爱，有时的言行流露出对他们的失望，我知道这样

不利于他们的成长，可是有时还是不能控制自己。

3、在教学教研工作方面，平时虽然能积极参加教研活动，完成学校交给的教育教学任务，但主动探索，大胆创新方面做的还不够好，不善于积累教学经验，也不积极撰写教育教学论文，在思想上没有高度重视。

三、改进措施

1、切实加强政治理论学习，尤其是马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和三个代表思想，增强党性锻炼的自觉性，进一步明确前进的方向。

2、加强业务知识学习，努力提高综合素质。

3、要善学。积极参与政治学习，认真作好学习笔记

4、要严己。在工作中严于解剖自己，认真进行自我批评，通过不断的反思来促进自身的成长。

5、要慎独。“慎独“是一种崇高的精神境界。就是说，在别人看不见、听不到的时候，在闲居独处时，更要小心、谨慎，严格要求自己，让自己的言行符合党章要求自群众路线教育实践活动开展以来，我能够积极参加各个环节教育活动，认真学习有关文件和领导讲话精神，并认真对照《党章》，通过自己找、同志帮、领导点、大家议等形式，查找自身存在的不足和问题。结合自己的工作，本人进行了自我思想教育。现将查找到的自身存在的不足和问题汇报如下:

一、工作中存在的主要问题：

1、政管理论学习的自觉性不强，运用理论去指导实际工作不够。一是自觉主动抽出时间学习不够。平时，自己固然也正视政管理论的学习，能够及时、当真的学习有关政策，但不系统，缺乏全面的、系统的钻研精神，仅仅知足于有关铺排学习，学过了事，在学习的自觉性方面还存在着较大的差距，对于学过的东西没有进行反思，没有深刻钻研。二是理论联系实际，运用理论去指导工作上有差距，缺乏运用马列主义毛泽东思维、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的态度、观点、方法去指导、分析、解决实际工作题目的详细能力。对理论知识的理解与实际应用脱钩，没有施展理论的指导作用，使学习变得形式化。所以缺乏应有的政治敏锐性和洞察力，不善于从政治的角度来观察、分析题目，对事物的理解不深刻、不全面。三是政管理论学习不够，表现

在理想信念上，固然也有坚定的信念和决心信念，但多只限于口头上，缺乏一种为共产主义事业奋斗从现在做起，从自身做起的详细步履意识。

2、对本职工作知识把握得不深不全，工作能力有待进一步加强。一是有时候也学习业务专业知识，但有些实用主义的思想，急用先学，存在时紧时松的现象，造成学习的内容不系统，不全面，不广泛，不深刻。二是在工作中缺乏开拓立异精神，思想不解放，求稳思想比较重。三是对治理知识学习得不深，对工作中碰到的难题和矛盾，有时抓不住题目的实质和根本。

3、全局意识不够强。有时做事情、干工作只从自身业务或本部分业务出发，对一些关系发展全局的工作理解不透，尽管也按领导要求完成了要做的工作，心理上仍是有一些其他的想法主意，在工作中有时带有个人情绪，也没有时刻全身心的投入工作。

4、在无私奉献上做得还不够好，有时在思想深处还掺杂着私心邪念，有一些患得患失的情绪等等。在实际工作中表现在对服务上不够精细，处理题目表面化，有时停留在指出题目点到为止，没有主动的追究题目发生的根源题目，较少主动思索举一反三，共同戒免。

5、在本职工作中，固然我能较好的完成我的本职工作，但是在工作中我感觉自己主观能动性不强。在工作中

发现了一些问题，这又都不能单凭我个人的想法主意和气力就能改变的，我就不向领导提出来，而且也存在怕自己的一些想法主意和意见被别人误会，以为我对工作有意见，所以很多想法主意也没有说出来更谈不上去改变了，存在与己无关思想。

二、产生问题的原因分析

1、平时固然也学习一些马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想，但思想上未引起高度的重视，学习目的不够明确，学习时缺乏思索，只从字面上理解，没有深刻熟悉其思想的精华。自觉学习的主动性不够，以为政管理论学习是虚的东西，没有真正熟悉到政管理论学习是武装头脑，坚定信念，净化心灵，指挥步履的重要宝贝。

2、说明自己在钻研知识上有惰性，还缺乏“挤”和“钻”的耐劳精神，缺乏深学苦读的恒心，缺乏市场意识，开放意识，立异意识，缺乏把钻研业务知识当作一种责任、一种自觉步履，缺乏把握提高前辈的知识的思想熟悉，知足于面上不出问题，立异意识淡化，忽视了工作的积极性、主动性、创造性，有一种知足于现有水平的思想。

3、就是责任心，责任意识，大局意识不够强。以为自己在工作中是起协助作用的，不敢或不愿大胆勇敢提出自己的见解，怕表错态，怕影响与同事的关系，尽量尊重他人意见，按他人意愿去做，在工作中放不开四肢举动。真正

的原因，就是缺乏事业责任心，当老好人思想在作怪。

4、是作为一名基层干部，因为社会阅历还不丰富，在分析和处理题目时的发散性思维和创造性思维比较欠缺，工作思路不够开阔，所以难免会产生急于求进的情绪，缺乏冷静的分析和思索。好比接到工作后，首先想到的是如何尽快完成，盲目去做，在细节上掌握不够;在工作多任务重压力大的时候还轻易产生暴躁情绪，影响工作效率。

三、今后努力方向

我决心通过这次批评与自我批评，找准问题，捉住产生问题的根源，认清今后努力的方向，要在今后的工作中努力克服自己存在的不足，要按照党章来审阅自己，规范自己，严格要求自己。

一是要树当刻苦学习的精神，努力改造主观和客观世界。政治上的坚定来自于理论上的清醒，只有勤奋学习，才能有坚定的政治信念和判定长短的详细尺度。学习理论，要与实际紧密地结合起来，要以我们正在做的事情为中央，着眼于对实际题目的理论思索，着眼于新的实践与发展，要做到理论与实际、主观与客观的真正统一，在改造主观世界的同时，改造客观世界。详细到实际工作上，就要把自己的思想和步履统一到总体部署上，坚定不移地贯彻执行党支部制定的工作计划，立足本职岗位，为本单位的发展做出应有的贡献。

二是要不断学习把握科学文化知识，特别是要把握本职工作需要的业务知识和业务技能，精益求精工作手段和工作方式，努力勤奋工作，切实进步为人民服务的本领。积极钻研业务知识，不断增强新形势下做好本职工作的实际能力，要更新观念，树立全新的服务意识，牢牢围绕单位、部门和本岗位的各项指标任务的大局，摆正自己的位置，实现由被动服务向主动服务的转变，认真负责做好各项本职工作。要不断进步运用马克思主义态度、观点和方法指导工作的能力，增强工作责任心，养成严谨、细致的工作作风

三是进一步改进工作作风。要努力做到善于克服消极思维、恍惚思维造成的各种束缚，破除暴躁情绪，迎难而上，积极工作;善于对碰到的问题进行理性思索，深挖其中的规律性;善于从事物之间的种种联系去分析和解决问题;善于根据个人详细情况和自身工作特点，不断完善和进步自己，踏踏实实的投入到工作中去。

四是要坚持真理，坚持原则，勇于批评和自我批评，勇于纠正工作中的错误与不正之风，自我批评立场要诚恳，努力从思想深处挖掘自己的错误观点和意识，精益求精工作方法;虚心接受批评意见;敢于同不良现象和行为作斗争，继续发扬党的光荣传统。同时要在日常的工作中多与同事们多交流，多沟通。要善于和自己有不同意见的同事多谈心，多了解。在日常工作中要严于律已、宽以待人，常做宽容之事，以自己的表率作用，促进团结、达到增进情谊，促进工作的目的。

五是要牢固树立全心意为人民服务的思想。作为一名新时代的共产党员，在今后工作中我要努力做到想为群众所想，急为群众所急，尽自己的所能为群众排忧解难，服好务，并在服务中，留意自己的服务方式和服务立常把最泛博群众的根本利益放在第一位，切实把工作做好、做深、做细、做实，让党组织放心，让群众满足。

六是要坚持解放思想，襟怀胸襟全局，量力而行，与时俱进，克意进龋就是要通过实践，从大局出发，结合实际，实现学习方式立异、工作理念立异、工作手段立异、工作机制立异，终极实现工作成效的不断进步。要善于发现新问题，积极探索新情况，不断总结新经验，解决在工作中存在的实际问题。

在今后的工作中，我要加倍努力，完成各项工作任务，力争为党为人民多做贡献。
