This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. 我的目光向周围扫视着，终于，我的目光锁定在了一个卖桔子的老奶奶身上。我走了过去，学着大人的模样询问：“奶奶，这桔子怎么卖?”“一元一斤，这是俺自家种的，吃不完才来卖的，味儿不怎么甜，你先尝尝再买吧!”说罢，便递给我一瓣桔子。我将它含在嘴里，那酸味儿仿佛窜到了我的心里，心砰砰地直跳。我挑挑拣拣，选定了两斤桔子，然后又将假币递了过去，接过桔子后像贼一般，头也不回地跑了。忽然，后面传来了老奶奶的叫声，“喂!小朋友……”难道被发现了?!我跑地更卖力了，但“做贼心虚”，没跑几步，我就因为踩了个空而摔倒在地。我站了起来，双手火辣辣地疼。我强忍着，捡起那散落一地的桔子。当我准备走时，老奶奶已经追了上来。她粗粗地喘着气，而我却把头埋地低低的，不敢面对她的目光，等待着责备。终于，她开口了：“小朋友，别这么着急，俺钱还没有找给你呢!”说着便要找钱给我。

我的心跳得更厉害了，脸上一阵火辣。老奶奶的话一次又一次地拷问着我的良心。终于，我开口了：“奶奶，我好像……好像……还有些零钱，把20元还我吧。”声音小得连我自己都听不见。我把零钱递给了她，老奶奶接过钱，慈祥地提醒我：“下次可别忘记拿着找回的钱啊!”

This is the trip l never forget.

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

knowledge.

The second thing for college students is to join the after-class

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

and sports, but also can make friends. Campus is like a small society. Students

chances. I learn a lot from my new friends and know how to communicate.

Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. it was a sun day of the summer holiday. the weather was hot. my little brother and i decided to go to the resrvoir to swim by bike. it took us half an hour when we got there, many people were swimming. the we dived into the water……

about an hour later, suddenly somebody called: “help! help!” we were surprised to see a boy struggling in the deep water. as quickly as possible. we swam towards him and pulled him to the shore. he lost his consciousness. we sent him to the nearest hospital at once luckily, he was saved.

in the end, we were worn out, but felt happy. that day was meaningful. we did a good deed!

I am so looking forward to my college life. I have pictured it thousands of

times in my mind. The free lifestyle and lively parties are always appearing my

mind. The great expectation of campus life endows me a lot of passion to keep

study. After two years’ study, I would find my lifestyle.

The first thing for me is to learn more knowledge. Most students find a way

to release themselves and skip or sleep in the class. They think study is just

choose to join many activities in the spared time. I learn dancing and playing

tennis. The lucky thing is that I know many nice people and we become good

friends, who make my college colorful.

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
