Boat Festival. When we entered the door, grandma said, "today is Dragon Boat

Festival. Lets make dumplings." We promised. Grandma said, "bamboo leaves need

After a while, we began to pack the zongzi. Each of us picked up three

pieces of bamboo leaves, grabbed a handful of glutinous rice with our hands, put

them in the bamboo leaves, and put on some big red dates. And then wrap it into

a cone. Im glad to have a zongzi wrapped up. I said to grandma, "the dumplings

are so simple. Grandma said, "the real bag is not easy!" After finishing the

package, the dumplings were cooked.

Our whole family is very happy to eat sweet rice dumplings.

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn to not judge

I went to Beijing on my holidays.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which

can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies

will feel sick.

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill

ourselves as well as burn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause

a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a

fire disaster.

Furthermore, once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel

uncomfortable as well.

Accordingly, for the sake of your and others’ health, please dont

smoke.
