卷卷，卷卷就是用青菜或荠菜抄水、再加上鸡蛋、腊肉末、蒜苗等拌匀，豆油划成手掌大一块一块，调好的馅包到豆油中。下锅小火两面煎黄，一个个金黄色的卷卷上桌，入口清香爽口。卷卷在家乡喻为吃了会四季清洁、平安净洁之意！所以这道菜非常抢手。卷卷的难点在于包，包的不好会散掉，包的好会匀称圆润，馅清爽合口。
