“不到长城非好汉，到了长城腿打颤。”长城一定又高又大吧，一个暑假，我们一家人到北京八达岭长城游览。

吹完风往前走，不一会儿就来到了好汉坡，哈哈，我以后是好汉了，不过我并没有腿打颤嘛。往下鸟瞰，在绵连不断不断的青山上，连接天边的万里长城弯弯曲曲，像一只巨龙，蜿蜒盘旋，环绕在青山之上，前不见头，后不见尾，壮观极了。

看着眼前宏伟的景象，自然而然就想起了修建长城的人们，我开始脑补各种画面。长城不只是城墙，还同大量的城障、亭标等相结合，结构十分复杂。可当时的人们没有火车、吊车等大型工具，他们是如何修建的呢?他们靠着一双双手，一双双肩，把一块块石头垒起来，修建的人们有很多都死在了那里，但他们修建的长城从未倒塌。

长城是中国军事与文化上的奇迹;是一条巨龙;是中国人民血汗与智慧的结晶，让人无法忘怀。

夜幕降临，白天还冷冷清清的小吃一条街顿时热闹起来；一个又一个的摊位像接长龙似的一眼望不到头；各色美味小吃散发出阵阵香气扑鼻而来，令人食欲大真；街道上人山人海，接踵摩肩，来自四面八方的游客兴致勃勃地品尝着各种美食。看得我和小伙伴目不暇接，简直不知道从何处下嘴。

“快看，那边的肉串真大呀！”随着姚姚一声大喊，我们围到了烤肉串的摊前。只见一个足有两米高的八卦炉正不慌不忙地转动着，在它“肚子”里几十串一尺多长的大肉串正被烤地滋滋冒油。望着那色香味俱全的肉串，我情不自禁地吧嗒着嘴，咽了咽嘴里的口水，姚姚挺着胸脯使劲地吸气，好像要把肉香味都吸进肚子，李雨晴则盯着肉串眼冒精光，欢天喜地地边蹦边嚷：“爸爸，爸爸，我们要吃肉串！”

In recent years, Chinese traditional culture, as Sinology, has become increasingly prevalent. My father took me out fishing today. At the beginning, we spent a long time

制作前要准备这些食材和配料：清远鸡、50克葱、姜、生抽一大匙、黄酒二到三小匙、白醋一小匙。之所以将清远鸡列为首选，是因为它体型小、皮下和肌间脂肪发达、皮薄骨软，制作的白切鸡也更胜一筹。

它的制作方法是：第一步，把鸡放到烫水袋里，等鸡烫死，趁热除去鸡毛，剖开鸡肚子，去除内脏，在鸡的表面抹上盐和黄酒，再在鸡肚里放适当的姜片。
