我们的树苗为潍坊王金明美术教育友情赞助，3月9日中午，我们四三中队全体人员，利用中午休息时间来到圣荣会馆前进行植树节活动。我们喊着整齐的口号，迈着统一的步伐，由张晖老师带队，一路精神抖擞地来到集合点。到达指定地点后，我们全体人员先是拍了合影照，接着按照老师事前划定的分组重新组队，队伍集建完毕后。我们拎起小铁锹，提起小水桶，由同行的家长拿起小树苗，我们一组高兴地向种植区走去。

我们分配的地点在四号楼前，我们小组成员有张韵鸿、张驰、王禹乔、刘晓宇和我。我们本以为种树很简单，不就是挖个坑吗?我们几个同学就热火朝天地挽起袖子挖起来，可事情并不是很顺利，挖坑也没有我们想得这么简单，刘晓宇接连挖了好几个，一个也没挖好，因为地面下总是有石头，很是坚硬无比，没法继续下去，再说象这样的土壤也不适合树苗生长。再看那边，我和韵鸿也你一下我一下的用上吃奶的力气在挖坑，但是杂草丛生，再加上不知道地下土是什么结构的，我们始终也没有挖好，正当大家都垂头丧气的时候，家长们找到一片没有石头的地方，我们大伙都闻讯赶来，这次我们没有盲目开始，而是先划定好距离，然后分头分工干起来。我们有的负责挖坑，有的负责找水，有了失败的经验后，这次我们在家长的帮助下顺利地把树坑挖好了，终于把小树栽好了，正好同伴也从大老远处找来了一些水，我们大家给每棵小树都浇上了清澈的水，这时候仿佛听到小树们高兴说：“谢谢你们，让我们有了一个赖以生存的家，以后要常来给我们浇水哟!”我们大家都开心地笑了，连忙点头说：“放心吧，我们一定会来的!”

今天植树唯独一点遗憾，就是我忘记了给小树做一个牌子，下次去的时候，我一定为它挂上标识牌，好让它茁壮成长。

通过今天的劳动，让我理解到做事情并不能一帆风顺，总会有些插曲，但我们只要用心去做，就一定会克服困难，获得成功，我为地球添绿色，希望大家都能参与进来。

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

小学英语作为近几年新增设的科目，在肩负英语启蒙和为以后进一步学习大基础的重任的同时，又面临着检验匮乏，教学对象年龄小，注意力，接受，分辨能力相对较低等重多困难。那么，怎么才能克服困难，有效良好地进行小学英语教学呢？我认为应在分析学生的年龄特征、心理、注意力等特征的前提下，精心设计组织教学。而其中，游戏的运用尤其重要。现行小学英语教材就充分认识到了这一点，在整册教学内容中，几乎在每课都穿插有游戏。

游戏在小学英语教学中有着多方面的重要的作用。

一、 激发兴趣，活跃气氛，吸引注意力

一节好课不是老师一味的讲，学生一味的听，而应是有静有动，动静相结合的，小学设管内的天性是好动的，要让他们端端正正的坐着听四十分钟，是很难办到的。即使做到了也收不到良好的教学效果。同时还可能压抑了他们的个性，影响了他们的学习兴趣，此外，心理研究表明，小学生的注意力稳定性较差。最好的也只能保持30分钟，况且长时的有意注意容易使人感到枯燥乏味，投入程度也不会高，如果在教学中结合教师的讲解，适当地安排一些游戏，为孩子们提供一个动的舞台，把他们的思维和身体从疲劳、紧张中解放出来，使他们涣散的注意被吸引过来，在轻松愉快的气氛中完成学习任务。例如，在学习人身体部位名称时，刚开始学生们觉得新鲜，兴趣很浓，热情还很高，但随着单词加多，听讲和读的时间加长，他们感到很疲乏，觉得没意思了，注意力也不能很好地集中了。这时，我适时地加入了“听口令，做动作”的游戏，一听说要做游戏，孩子们立刻变得活跃起来，注意力又集中了，在随后“touch your head” “stamp your feet” “wave your arm”的口令中，他们一会摸头，一会跺脚，一会挥胳膊，忙得不亦乐乎，最终在笑声中记住了个部位的名称。

三、 训练口语，发展思维

英语的学习不仅仅是记忆、理解、书写，还要能够说出来，能够正确流利地说出来。这是重点也难点。对于初学英语的人来说，更是难上加难。他们往往心理紧张，没有自信，不敢开口。更别说在课后生活中运用了。要攻破这个拦路虎，首先必须给学生一个没有压力的轻松环境，消除内心的紧张与害怕，同时，鼓励他们进行语言交流，在运用语言与其他人互相讲话时，学习的内容会丰富起来，游戏就恰恰能够做到这些。游戏给了学生接近生活，轻松愉快的环境，带给他们描述、表达、说明的欲望，在不知不觉中训练了口语，这些都比学生自己读教材重复教师的话有价值得多。

语言与思维之间存在密切的关系，游戏在联系课本词汇的同时，促使学生准确地表达思想感情，把他们所学的语言词汇合理地组织，适当地安排，准确地表达，这个过程，丰富了他们的词汇，丰富了他们的的感性经验，推动了思维的灵活性、逻辑性的发展。

此外，游戏给了学生想象和思考的空间，激发了他们的想象力和思考能力。如在教学“friendship”时，为了让他们深刻理解记忆这个单词的含义，我采用了画图的游戏，就是把这个单词的意思用画图表示出来。因为“friendship”的概念是抽象的，没有实物可以比拟，这样就不能照猫画虎了。只能凭借自己的脑子去思考去想象。有的学生想象了一个有关友谊的故事，画了一幅漫画，有的想到了恩格斯和马克思的友谊，画了两幅肖像；有的想到了一句古诗“桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情”，并且惟妙惟肖地画了出来，以次来体现“friendship”的含义这样，学生们充分发挥了他们的想象和思考的能力，深刻地理解了单词的意义，思维能力也得到了进一步发展。

四、 培养情感，发展能力

在教学中，有趣的游戏活动，可以养成学生热爱生活，开朗乐观的生活态度，能够让学生有机会感受生活的多姿多彩，有机会展现自己的生命活力和丰富想象力，创造力，从而树立自信心和自豪感。在游戏活动中，学生与他人合作交流，使其体验到团结、友爱、互助、荣誉感、责任感，进取心等积极的情感。比如，在角色扮演的游戏中，使其学习表达各种社会角色的情感，在画画游戏中进一步发展了他们的美感，此外，游戏中还存在一个如何协调的问题，如何制定游戏规则和如何违反规则进行处罚的问题，学生们需要自主地讨论和解决这个问题。这个过程中他们的组织能力、协调能力等都得以锻炼，同时这队学生的独立性、正义感都有潜移默化的作用。

说到魅力这个词，很少有人想到善良。但我却认为善良的人举手投足之间都能体现出魅力。我们都有过在漫天大雪地中等公交车的情景，遇到乐于助人的叔叔阿姨时，当然很少见。

那天早晨，摸黑起来，早早在公交车站牌等待多时，但总是没见公交车的车影。想想自己饿着呢。真是气不打一处来，但也没办法只的继续等下去。此时来了一辆车，那位叔叔说;可以拉几个学生。当然我就是其中的一个。到校后，不忘跟叔叔说了几句表示感谢的话。后来想想叔叔很热心也很善良。

再后来，接二连三发生了很多，让我体会到了陌生人的关爱。同样是一天的早晨，在公交车站牌旁和我等公交车的还有两个学生和一个老师。老师很快打了一辆车。对我说;走吧，再不走就迟到了，因为每天等不上公交车导致我经常迟到，老师也跟我说了好多次了。这时，我很快上了车，心里只是期盼快些到校，希望不要迟到了，下车后，和这位好心拉我的老师交流起来并表达我的谢意。后来，每当再遇到这个老师，总有说不出的感激之情，并很快的会很主动的上前打招呼。

可是天有不测风云，悲剧无法避免了。只见一个小女孩腾空飞出，血溅满了车上，小女孩被撞了，我顿时惊呆了。那小女孩平躺在马路上，行人也都是很害怕的，都离开了，此刻仿佛世界按下了静音，我愣住了，我还没来的及反映，一位刚好路过的老爷爷将小女孩抱起，向附近的医院走去了。鲜血染红了老爷爷的衣服和手。

后来听说小女孩与老爷爷素不相识，电视上也听报道了过，采访这位老爷爷时，老爷爷只说;帮助别人，可以快乐自己。有时只要举手之劳但却给予了他人漠大的帮助。这个道理人人重所周知，但曾有几个人真实的做到呢?回答是几乎没有。我想这说是善良所致发出的魅力吧!

所见，所感让我体会到善良也可以散发的魅力。

善良帮助他人，魅力散发出人间真情。

Many years ago, when scientists tried to make a robot to do some human

work, they could never thought about how far the robot could go. Today, some

scientists even predict that the wisdom of robot will surpass human being and

take place of us. In the science fiction movies, the directors have explored the

consciousness of intelligent machines, who showed how these machines controlled

people at last. The directors warned people that they may lose the dominant

position in the future. Recently, a robot was given the citizenship and it

became the first robot to be treated as human being. The public was shocked, but

when they saw the robot could communicate with human beings and question about

matters, they felt scared. Maybe in the future, the robot will replace us in

many aspects.

We had a small debate yesterday in politics class, which made everybody laugh. Wang Yongbin in our class is funny. He said with a crooked neck, "please state your opinion in opposition." It looks very serious! The opposite students grabbed the handle of our classmates, so Liu Yang, our mathematics class, said immediately: "the student said that dreams and dreams are opposite to reality." The teacher and his classmates laughed.

There was a counter student, Zhang Yijun, who said that he helped us in the opposite direction. Fortunately, the teacher reminded him in time to correct it. Yu Miao, a counter student, said, "dont you think its hard to learn before the end of the semester?" So I interposed, "because we know that we have passed." The students applauded immediately. Every time when our fellow students spoke well, Mu Deyu said at the bottom, "brilliant, really brilliant!" We said, "why dont you go up and say it?" He said, "Im stage fright." This debate is really interesting!

My family lives in Hsi-hu. there are four people in my family. they are my father， my mother， my sister and I. My father is tall and thin. He is a handsome man. He has big eyes. His hair is straight. He likes to watch TV and movies and read books. My mother works in an office. She cooks very well. She likes to read books， too. She is short and thin. My sister is a student. She is an independent girl. She is very graceful. I am a student， too. But I study in a junior high school. I go to school every weekend. I like to play dodge ball and listen to music very much. much. I like my family because each family member helps me a lot.
