彤彤很有人性，但有时也很淘气。有一次我放学回家，看到邻居家的小鸡累的直喘气，原来是彤彤拿小鸡取乐呢！我气愤的来到它跟前，狠狠地踢了它一脚，彤彤并没有跑开，反而凑近我身旁，耷拉着脑袋，水晶似的大眼睛紧盯着我，好像在说：小主人，饶了我吧！我下次再也不敢了。我看了，又好气又好笑，原谅了它。彤彤看见我原谅了它，也汪汪地叫了几声，好像在说：谢谢你，小主人。从此它在也不追小鸡和别的弱小的动物了。

彤彤的警惕性非同寻常，它有一个特别灵敏的鼻子，能闻到三里以外东西的气息，吃食物时，它总要低下头闻一闻。它还有一双耳朵，每当听到特别的声音，它的耳朵总会竖起来，认真地倾听着外面的动静！因而，人们养它来看大门，它是人类的忠实的好朋友。

彤彤有着矫健的四肢，它跑得速度非常快，一分钟可以跑二、三里路呢！彤彤的眼睛不很好，大约只能看一里的距离。那么，它为什么能看准东西呢？它主要靠得是它的鼻子。

彤彤活泼可爱的样子，使我不由自主地走上前，俯下身子摸了摸它毛茸茸的脑袋。它很听话，还在我的裤腿上蹭来蹭去，不停地摇着尾巴。

小狗真不愧为人们所喜爱，这是它用自己真正的本领换来的。

我喜欢的东西很多，尤其是各种小动物。

我喜欢狗源于姥姥家的两只小狗，一只黄狗一只花狗。小黄狗是我最喜欢的，它还有一个好听的名字叫“小樱桃”。它有着水灵灵的黑宝石般的大眼睛，又好似夜空中明亮的星星，小小的粉鼻子总是湿湿的，几颗刚长出来的小白牙好似玉石雕刻而成，四只爪子是白色的，好像穿了小小的鞋子，胸前几缕白毛恰似一个衣领。

而那只小花狗除了毛色和小黄狗不一样，其余都一样，小花狗身上白色和黄色的毛相互交错，所以它叫“小花”。

虽说这种品种的狗随处可见，但任何狗都比不上它们。

那天，我和哥哥领着狗去玩，遇到了羊群。牧羊犬看见我们，不停地追在我们身后狂吠着。我和哥哥被吓坏了，回头一看，两只小狗和四五只牧羊犬对峙呢！要知道，它们刚刚会跑！我被吓得两腿发软、头发晕，心想：它们这么小，被大狗咬一口就死定了，被挠一下也得一道伤啊！我站在原地一动也不敢动，心里却感念着两只小狗的忠诚勇敢。

在那之后没几天，小黄偷偷出去玩，吃了死老鼠，被药死了。小花便有一点精神失常，看见大狗就扑，看见黄狗就往家领，直到有一天，它永远地消失在我的视野中……

但我不会忘记它们的！后来，我见到和它们有一点像的狗，就会站在那里痴痴地望着，因为我渴望在众多狗儿之中找到它们的身影……
