周作人(1885年1月16日～1967年5月6日)原名櫆寿(后改为奎绶)，字星杓，又名启明、启孟、起孟，笔名遐寿、仲密、岂明，号知堂、药堂、独应等。是鲁迅(周树人)之弟，周建人之兄。浙江绍兴人。中国现代著名散文家、文学理论家、评论家、诗人、翻译家、思想家，中国民俗学开拓人，新文化运动的杰出代表。

历任国立北京大学教授、东方文学系主任，燕京大学新文学系主任、客座教授。新文化运动中是《新青年》的重要同人作者，并曾任“新潮社”主任编辑。“五四运动”之后，与郑振铎、沈雁冰、叶绍钧、许地山等人发起成立“文学研究会”;并与鲁迅、林语堂、孙伏园等创办《语丝》周刊，任主编和主要撰稿人。曾经担任北平世界语学会会长。

范仲淹(989-1052)，字希文，唐宰相履冰之后。北宋著名的政治家、思想家、军事家和文学家，祖籍邠州(今陕西省彬县)，后迁居苏州吴县(今江苏省吴县)。他为政清廉，体恤民情，刚直不阿，力主改革，屡遭奸佞诬谤，数度被贬。1052 年(皇佐四年)5月20日病逝于徐州，终年64岁。是年十二月葬于河南洛阳东南万安山，谥文正，封楚国公、魏国公，有《范文正公集》传世，通行有《四部丛刊》影明本，附《年谱》及《言行拾遗事录》等。

范仲淹的母亲谢氏，身世坎坷，吃尽许多苦头，饱尝过多酸辛，因此把太多的希望寄托在儿子身上。谢氏以孟母自励，悉心教子;范仲淹以颜回自律，发愤成才。举凡古代刻苦攻读学有所成的故事，母亲和继父都对范仲淹一一讲过。

范仲淹心里明白：要想干一番大事业，就得自律严刻，自觉吃苦，自强不息。

废名(1901-1967)，原名冯文炳，20世纪中国文学史上最有影响力的文学家之一，曾为语丝社成员，师从周作人，在文学史上被视为“京派文学”的鼻祖。

1925年出版的《竹林的故事》是他的第一本小说集，其后，相继创作有长篇小说《莫须有先生传》(1932年) 、《桥》(1926-1937年)、《莫须有先生坐飞机以后》(1947年)(后两部都未完成)以及短篇小说、散文、诗歌若干，且后三者皆有极高的造诣。

废名的小说以“散文化”闻名，将六朝文、唐诗、宋词以及现代派等观念熔于一炉，并加以实践，文辞简约幽深，兼具平淡朴讷和生辣奇僻之美。

清代诗人纳兰性德,原名成德，避太子保成改名性德，字容若，号楞伽山人，满洲正黄旗人，大学士明珠长子，生于北京，自幼好学，谙熟汉族文化，尤好填词。年少聪颖过人，文武全才。康熙十五进士，官至一品侍卫，随扈出巡南北。康熙二十四年患疾病去世，年仅三十一岁。纳兰性德是清初著名词人，与朱彝尊，陈维崧并称清初三大词人。

纳兰性德短促的一生，极具传奇色彩。一位养尊处优，生于豪门的青年公子，写出的作品却凄恻哀苦，身为一个在蒸蒸日上的统治集团中的一员，自己的成长道路也一帆风顺，而作品流露的思想感情却如此消极，一位满族皇室外戚能和自己年长近一倍的汉族遗民后代们结成忘年之交。在许多人看来不可思议的事情却如此和谐的交融在他的生命里。

纳兰性德凭敏锐的观察、新鲜的感触和高度的语言概括力，独造新境，表现出非凡的艺术创造才能。他善于用自己的心眼，直视眼前之景，直抒心中之情，把人人得见又人人所难言的情景真切准确地传达出来，创出未经人道的崭新意境。纳兰性德是清代文坛的一个奇迹，纳兰词的魅力至今不衰。三百多年后的今天，年轻人对纳兰词的热情依旧不减，以至有“纳兰一族”之说。

纳兰性德二十岁时，娶两广总督卢兴祖之女为妻，赐淑人。是年卢氏年方十八，“生而婉娈，性本端庄”。成婚后，二人夫妻恩爱，感情笃深，新婚美满生活激发他的诗词创作。但是仅三年，卢氏因难产而亡，这给纳兰性德造成极大痛苦，从此“悼亡之吟不少，知己之恨尤深”。沉重的精神打击使他在以后的悼亡诗词中一再流露出哀惋凄楚的不尽相思之情和怅然若失的怀念心绪。《饮水词》标题明确为悼亡的有七首，而词中实为追忆亡妇的共为三十首。至真至爱，催人泪下，数量之大，古今罕有。

纳兰性德自卢氏亡后，无论是妻子的生日，还是忌日，庭前花开花落，天上云卷云舒，都满怀对妻子的深切怀念。他悼亡词哀婉伤怀，缠绵悱恻，清代著名诗人顾贞观曰“容若词，一种凄婉处，令人不忍卒读。人言愁，我始欲愁”。

从凄切哀苦，到走向绝望寂灭，最后复归于平淡自然，这便是纳兰性德全部悼亡词作所含思想感情的发展历程。他的一生，失意多于得意，眼泪多于欢笑。他始终以悲眼观物，生活在以所处环境产生的尖锐矛盾的夹缝中，他把这种对人生的遗憾，失望，哀伤和悲痛重重融合在词作中。纳兰性德的悼亡词就是这一悲剧的产物。纳兰词总是缭绕弥漫着一片凝重的，难以掩饰的，剪不断理还乱的伤感情绪，包含着许多无法回避的，无法改变的人生缺憾所触发起的无可奈何的悲怆苍凉。再加上妻子早逝，使脆弱的纳兰更加难以承受。对亡妇的追忆，使纳兰性德的悼亡词在数量和质量上都超越前人，是他作品中拔起的高峰。也是这种无往不复的深情让纳兰性德的悼亡词在文学史上独具风格和魅力。

对于这位生命短暂而又灿烂似昙花一现，出生贵胄之家、文武双全;有着美好正直的品格，怀着炽热的报国热情，却无法施展，郁郁而终的传奇人物。这样一个迷样的人物和他极富戏剧色彩的人生经历，历经三百年，他的声音至今还为人所倾听;他的清辉，至今仍照映后世。
