记得军训的前两天，大家几乎都扛不住了，我们来到了一个陌生环境大家都感觉到新鲜好奇刺激,但经过一天的军训，以不在充实我们的只是枯燥的军训生活第一天我们开始了军训生活，列队、点名、出操，对我们的要求一点也不压于对部队的新兵;整齐地站成队列，松散、嬉笑的毛病已被威严的口令镇住，吃过早饭后，开始整理房间的内务，班长手把手地教我们叠被子、摆放生活用具等。上午，军训正式拉开序幕，从最基本的军姿、稍息立正开始，每一位队员认真投入到训练当中。收操时全体学员集合会操，晚上召开班务会，总结训练中存在的不足，大家普遍认为。自己的角色转换很快，积极适应军训的生活，8：20点才回房休息，一天下来，浑身都累，紧张而又充实的第一天就这样结束了。

第二天早上起床后进行早操，训练昨天所学的动作，完毕后简单洗漱、吃饭，又开始新的训练齐步行进与立定，此动作是列队进行训练，动作要协调，必须做到手、脚配合，达到队列进行如一人执行军训的生活是很枯燥的几乎每天都在着个三点一线上，但经过几天的军训我改变了想法军训生活培养了我们互相关心、互相爱护、互相帮助的良好风尚，使许多同学克服了以前那种以自我为中心的思想，意识到了团结的极端重要性。军训生活，使我们初步体会到了什么是苦，什么是累，什么是坚强，什么是勇敢。通过教官的言传身教，使我们看到了我军威武之师、文明之师的光辉形象。军训无疑是个磨练的过程，对我们这些家中的掌上明珠，家长眼中的宝贝来说，更是学会吃苦受累的机会。

It was sunny and very hot today。 I got up early and helped my parents cook

breakfast。 Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room。 After a short rest I

did my homework in the morning。 In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest

climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. It took us forty minutes to reach the foot of the Great Wall. It was for the first time that I saw the Great Wall. Oh， how grand and magnificent it is!

I couldn‘t wait to climb upward， taking my father‘s hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. Today is Christmas Eve, the street is very lively.

People put on their holiday costumes, some wearing masks, some wearing

Santa hats, some holding glittering light sticks, everyones face showed a

bright smile. Many shops have snowflakes and Santa Claus faces on their Windows,

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. 团队和都江堰市建设局约好于今天进行参观访问，重点办的工作人员热情地接待了我们，并把我们带到都江堰市区图，都江堰市区规划图前进行详细的讲解和介绍。我们了解到都江堰在5.12汶川大地震中受损严重，很多城区建筑因为此次灾害受到不同程度的损坏。根据具体受灾情况，政府出台了一系列的救助政策，灾民及时得到安置和救助。经过两年的艰苦奋战，都江堰灾后重建工程取得了相当显著的成就，在一定程度上远远超出预期目标，城区面积扩大，从二环延伸至二点五环，万人小区的建成使城市的重心外移，更利于市区的发展，新的商业区，居住区的建成也使都江堰的建设亮点不断，水街主题商业旅游区，上海援建区，成灌高铁都让都江堰的城市品位得到提升。努力建成世界级旅游城市，花园城市的建设目标，在成灌高铁的竣工之后更是得到了确定。可以说灾后都江堰依然美丽，以后将更加美丽。
