过年了!周围到处都洋溢着节日的气氛，街道被打扫得干净整齐，树木被披红挂绿装饰一新，各大商铺张灯结彩，家家户户贴上了喜庆的对联，人们脸上荡漾着幸福的笑容。

过年是孩子们的自由日，在这几天里常常可以听到孩子们嬉戏、玩耍时的欢笑声，可想而知他们玩得有多开心。孩子们在过年时还能收到压岁钱，听大人们说压岁钱就是压一压邪气的意思。

过年吃饺子是不可缺少的。今年过年时，我们全家在一起，其乐融融地包饺子，有的饺子里还被我们包了糖果和硬币。“吃饺子了!”我端着盘子说道。爸爸吃的第一个饺子里就有硬币，妈妈说爸爸今年财源滚滚。我也很幸运，吃到了一个包着糖的饺子，据说吃到包着糖的饺子预示生活甜甜蜜蜜。

天渐渐黑了，外面就有了放烟花爆竹的声音，我便打开窗户向天空望去。烟花盛放，有时只是溅起暗金色的大雨，也会有一霎那，天空亮如白昼，接着是迎面而来的星辰无数。烟花的形貌像一把伞，又像喷水池的池水，烟花的颜色五光十色，十分漂亮。

I like to make friends so much, because I want to know more about the new

as much because the time of my scripting this newsletter, Aero has been helping me with my selecting the courses with wonderfuleffort. hes a chumly and zealous guy. i feel he has been liked by others since way back as a result of his characteristics. hes almethodsbrisk,enthusiastic, energetic and hes smiling regardless of when or where you spot him. However, i love him for any other reason.it kind of feels that between us theres a diffehiremethod to speak and that it is not the U.S.ual way in which we communicate this type ofs words and gestures. One morning every week ago, he came to me and asked if he may well be of help. Actually I were worrying about my processthis semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still i used to be totally caught off guard by Aeros offer althoughhe had almethodsbeen kind. i assumed it was my very own business and that it had never occurred to me ny other personwould offerto assist with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness. The very next day, im goingt a cough and that it later turned out to be a four-day topfever. In those days, i used to be extremely weak and lay in bed all day hard and longly had any strength even to eat. I lost the facility to manage the prospective vacancies of the English courses ever since im goingt a topfever. i began to regret declining Aeros offer. only at that moment, Aero called,asking about my fitnessand told me to have an even rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of choosing my English courses for me. Now im scripting this newsletter because the housework of this writing course and that id love to re emphasize that this is all as a result of my friends attemptthat ive finally made it.

i used to be really grateful to him when he known asand staleered to assist and that its hard to exactmy gratitude with words. All i want to mention about its t that moment, i noticed that he had offered to assist not as it made him feel he was vitalbut because he meant business. Hes a person of integrity. im pleased with having this type of friend.

whenever i have a party, hsiao-mei is always the first person i invite. she is such fun. i know that she will be able to make my other guests laugh. she does not get upset if somebody tries to tease or make fun of her, either. hsiao-mei can also be very serious and can discuss almost anything you can think of. if it gets late before the party ends, i can always depend on hsiao-mei to clean up the house. she never says no, even if she is very tired and would rather go straight home to bed.
