So I want to do my best, I don’t want to lag behind. The problem is that I can’t always be the top student, sometimes I will fail the exam. At that time, I need to adjust myself and take easy. The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I become energetic again.

自从我上高中，我就感受到了很大的压力。高中是我生命中很重要的阶段，因为如果我学得好，就能进入到理想的大学，有一个光明的前途。因此我想要做到最好，我不想要落后。问题就是我不可能一直都是尖子生，有时候我考试也会失败。在那个时候，我需要调整自己，并且放松。我放松的方法是多样的。第一，我会听音乐。听音乐能让我的心顺畅，也帮助我冷静下来，这样我就能把烦恼抛去。第二，我喜欢做一些运动，比如慢跑，篮球和网球。做这些运动能帮助我释放不好的情绪，再次变得活力四射。

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”
