我是英华小学的学生，我家旁边的化工厂里面一直在排放污水，且把那些污水装在一个铁桶里面然后放在大卡车上面运到了我们村子里面的小河里面了。

1、选择好一个倒污水的隐蔽地方，且不可以让村民们发现

2、在他们的工厂里面安放污水清理器，把污水过滤

3、把过滤后的较干净的水倒入小河里面，不干净的水则放在一个封闭的桶里

4、加大管理，加大在各工厂里面放一个污水清理器，更要加大宣传的力度：保护河水，保护水里面的鱼

5、立一个告示牌：禁止在河水里面倒污水，乱扔垃圾。

以上便是我的建议，虽然有一些不完增可是我还是要对那家化工厂说：“保护了河水，如同保护自己，河水被污染了，那我们喝的水便不再是纯净水了这样就会生病。
