尽管我市水资源相对丰沛，但这并不表示我们的水环境无忧。长期以来，我市季节性、工程性、区域性、水质性缺水问题仍然较为突出，主要表现在南部两县缺水易旱、北部六县区降雨集中易涝，再加上受自然和经济条件的限制，我市水源工程少，调节能力差，缺少一些控制性的蓄水工程、调水工程、骨干工程，水资源问题十分突出。在农村，水利工程数量少，规模小，供水能力低，堰渠渗漏严重，渠系水利用系数低，很多地方仍然是“靠天吃饭”。同时，农村集中供水工程覆盖面窄，保证率不高，饮用水水质令人堪忧，边远中高山地区的人畜饮水依然困难。在城镇，周边水污染加重，水质下降明显，用水管理工作比较薄弱，公共供水设施老化失修，管网跑、冒、滴、漏严重，生活用水的节水器具推广应用不够广泛，水的利用效率低。工业企业多数为一次性用水，中水回用工作开展缓慢，工业用水重复利用率低，城镇和工业区等局部地区缺水的问题已经开始露头。

此外，随着我市国际化区域性生态城市建设步伐的不断加快，人口增加和城镇化、工业化进程的快速推进，我市对水资源的需求越来越大、越来越高，水生态环境保护压力不断增大。如果不积极实行最严格的水资源管理制度，切实解决水资源开发、利用和保护等方面面临的诸多问题和挑战，我市目前面临的水少、水多、水浑、水脏四大问题将会越来越严重。

切实加强水资源管理和保护工作，已成为摆在我们面前的一项紧迫任务。

Save the earth

How to protect theenvironment has become one of the biggest problems in the world .

It’s our duty toprotect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something tokeep our neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or otherwaste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should preventthose factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere andspit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass inpublic.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world willbecome much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .

As is known to all, waste on campus has become a more and more serious problem. We can easily see many students dump a lot of food in the garbage can. Some students spend thousands of yuan buying fashionable clothes and so on.

The negative effects of waste can be shown in the following aspects. In the first place, it makes some students dependent on their parents for money, which is harmful to their development.

If they don’t learn to support themselves, they will be “useless people” when they graduate. In the second place, it is not easy for our parents to arrange for our schooling. Last but not the least important, there is no denying the fact that our country is still poor. There are many people who cannot go to university and many poor people still need our help.

As far as I am concerned, I should set a good example to reduce waste on campus. First of all, I will refrain from wasting anything, from food to stationery. What’s more, I’m determined to call on more schoolmates to fight against waste. Only through these measures can we hope to reduce waste on campus.

水是生命源泉，世间万物，都离不开水，世间因为有水，每种生物都充满了活力;因为有水，地球才会生生不息，有了水就有了一切，因此水对于我们来说十分珍贵，我们要节约用水。

水对于人类的生活是多么重要啊。地球上淡水资源有那么有限，但是生活中人们对水一点也不珍惜。学校里水龙头被拧开了，自来水哗哗流着，四处一看却没人;一盆水只洗了一次手就倒掉了……这些细微的事情，在人们眼里是多么微不足到，要知道在有些地方就连谁也喝不上，在印度地区人们宁愿给你些油，也不愿给你些水。真是水贵如油，可在幸福生活中人们却不知道珍惜。

因此，我们要有节水意识，节约一点一滴的水。

比如：在生活中，我们时时刻刻要闲着节约用水，随手关紧水龙头，不摇让一滴水白流;而且要让一水多用，淘完米的水用来洗菜，然后用来浇花;洗手后的水用来拖地……就这样，只要心中时时刻刻想着节约用水，并且落实到行动之中，我相信世界上的水资源永远不会枯竭，而且会造福我们的子孙后代。

不仅如此，我们也要保护江流等水资源，现在，有些人为了贪一时之便，随意的把垃圾扔在河流中，水资源遭到污染就不能再饮用了。比如说：在我家乡就有一条小河，本来清澈见底，可是由于人们不注意保护小河，随意的把垃圾扔在小河中，使小河变得浑浊不堪，人们不但破坏了小河，而且连自己赖以生存的水资源都被污染了。

同学们，为了我们能有一个生生不息的地球，为了我们有一个良好的生存空间，请大家珍惜每一滴水资源，节约每一滴水!

My house have a garden downstairs, where flowers bloom all the year round, is the main place to neighbors leisure entertainment. The children often play there, I also liked to play there.

Homework today, I came to visit my good friends in the garden, flowers, they found flowers side there are a lot of rubbish. Think of "the teacher said to protect the environment is the responsibility of each one of us", I immediately ran over to pick up all the rubbish into the dustbin, at this moment, the other side of the garden came the cries of children: Peng Linqian, come and play! I cant help but stopped, the in the mind like two little quarrelling, pick up, afraid of see after children, said I was picking up litter. Dont pick up, let the garbage lying there quietly? Because of this problem, let me in a quandary. Pick up or not pick up? Ask mom and dad to say again!

Mom and dad is walking toward the side, and the father said, "of course it is important to environmental protection, you should start from around things, do not litter. If you see a garbage on the ground, should pick it up, so that you do to protect the environment." Mom said so.

Mom and dad gave me courage. Environmental protection is more important than face, they would say I am picking up litter and let them say! I dont care now. If a man pick up a garbage, more people will be able to pick up more junk. Earth must be the earth more than it is now clean and more beautiful.

Without hesitation, I run past, all the trash in the underground (bin) back to their home. Then, the people around to me to approval.

我家楼下有一个花园，那里一年四季都有鲜花盛开，是邻居们休闲娱乐的主要场所。小朋友们也经常在那里嬉戏，我也特别喜欢到那里玩。

今天做完作业，我又来到花园里看望我的那些好朋友——花，却发现花儿的身边有很多垃圾。想到老师说的"保护环境是我们每一个人应尽的责任"，我立刻跑过去准备把垃圾都捡起来送进垃圾箱，这时，花园的另一边传来小朋友的喊声：彭林茜，快来玩!我不禁停住了脚步，心里像有两个小人在吵架，捡，怕小朋友看见后，说我是捡垃圾的。不捡，就让垃圾静静的躺在那儿?就因为这个问题，让我左右为难。捡还是不捡?问问爸爸妈妈再说吧!

爸爸妈妈正好也朝这边走来，爸爸说："那当然是环保重要，你要从身边的小事做起，不要乱扔垃圾。如果看到地上有垃圾，当然应该捡起来，这样你就为保护环境做了贡献。"妈妈也这么说。

爸爸妈妈的话给了我勇气。环保比面子更重要，他们要说我是捡垃圾的就让他们去说吧!我现在不在乎了。要是一人捡一次垃圾，更多的人就能捡更多的垃圾。那时候的地球一定比现在的地球更干净，更美丽。

我毫不犹豫地跑过去，把地下的垃圾全部送回了他们的家(垃圾箱)。这时，周围的人们向我投来赞许的目光。

“水，是生命之源，请节约每一滴水”、“保护水源，人人有责”、“地球上最后一滴水，那就是人类的眼泪”，像这样保护水资源的标语在一些公共场合随处可见，时时提醒着人们水资源的重要性，可现实生活中又有多少人能深刻意识到它的重要性呢？

看过这样一则公益广告：这边，一位早起的漂亮阿姨刷着牙，洗脸盆上的水却在哗哗流着。那边一位衣着褴褛的山区小朋友眼巴巴地望着生锈的水龙头，希望它能出点水来；这边，一位叔叔正拿着洗车水枪冲洗着自己的爱车，洗完了，却随意将水枪一丢，“水漫金山”、无人过问。那边，却是干涸暴裂的土地……

这则广告深深触动了我，对于我们这些居住在城镇的人们来说，水，那是轻易可得的资源，水龙头一拧，清水哗哗来，想怎么洗就怎么洗，要洗得多干净就有多干净，这水仿佛取之不尽，用之不竭，根本体会不到那种由于缺水而无法生活的日子是什么滋味，所以根本不懂得去珍惜，浪费、破坏随处可见：在一些公共场所，人们上完厕所洗完手不关水龙头的大有人在；一些贪玩的小朋友，满手脏兮兮，急急忙忙跑来洗手却不关水龙头扬长而去；公园里的小湖上到处飘着白色垃圾……人们在肆意挥霍水资源的同时，似乎没有听见“缺水”的脚步正日益逼近！大自然是有情的，她馈赠给我们人类极为丰富的自然资源，大自然又是无情的，破坏、滥用资源的人类必将遭到她的惩罚。当今地球上沙漠面积以惊人的速度扩张，如果我们再不珍惜水资源，对用水加以节制，缺水必将成为我们人类生存的一大困扰。

所以，让我们一起来保护水资源吧：洗脸用过的水可用来冲洗厕所；洗过菜的最后一道水，可用来洗抹布；衣物多时，用洗衣机洗，衣物少时用手洗，洗衣后的水可用来洗拖把；洗手时不开很大的水；不用水时应关紧水龙头；在公共场所看到有人在浪费水，我们要大胆站出来制止，在河边发现有人往河中丢垃圾，我们要上前劝告，让他(她)改掉这个乱丢垃圾的坏毛病……

那么，就让我们从今天开始行动起来吧，如果我们人人节约用水，个个珍惜和和保护水资源，那么我们一定会拥有一个绿树成荫、鸟语花香、水清鱼跃的美好生活环境！

人们到处砍伐树木，现在全世界平均一年砍掉1100万公顷森林，这是一个多么大的数字啊!人们还随手丢垃圾，那发臭的河面上漂浮着垃圾、那肮脏的树枝上挂着塑料袋、那黑黑的草地上堆着果皮和纸屑。环境遭到了很大的破坏，清清的小河、绿绿的森林、蓝蓝的天空都消失的无影无踪了，地球渐渐被毁灭，人类也渐渐死亡。

原来，地球有着清澈的小河，绿绿的森林，蓝蓝的天空。古代，有多少诗人赞美过地球美丽的环境啊!人类既是环境灾难的制造者，也是环境灾难的受害者，更应是环境灾难的预防者。我们要从自己做起，从小做起，携起手来，共同保护环境，保护我们的家园。为我们的孩子们留下碧水、森林、蓝天。
