外婆家在楼村，节假日妈妈常常带我回外婆家玩。外婆家附近有一口井，井的另一边有一个小池塘，池塘的周围是一片宽阔的田野。妈妈常常领着我和弟弟到池塘边上玩耍，初次见到井和池塘的我充满了好奇，于是，便向妈妈问起有关这口井和这个池塘的事情。

我百思不得其解，便跑去问妈妈。妈妈告诉我：“哎!现在很多人都只顾及自己的快乐，而不保护水资源，护城河的水也是这样被污染的。人们在护城河上乘船玩耍，常常把吃过的零食袋和用过的卫生纸随手扔进河里。因为水被污染了，所以鱼儿们都死了。”听后，我十分的气愤，水滋润万物，它与人们的生活息息相关，可为什么人们不珍惜水资源，反而肆无忌惮地污染水资源呢?

在此，我向全体市民提以下几点建议:

1.少去洗车房，可以提一桶水给自己的爱车进行擦拭。

2.用淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还清除了蔬菜上的残存农药。

3.在洗手、洗脸等不需要水时，要关闭水龙头。

4.不要随手向水里扔垃圾。

5.住在长江附近的居民和餐馆老板注意，不要把剩饭、垃圾倒入江水中或堆积在水岸旁。

6.学校要设置相关课程并加强宣传教育，让中小学生有珍惜、保护水资源的意识。

水是生命的源泉，让我们携起手来共同保护水资源，为我们的明天造福，为我们的子孙后代造福吧!

How long haven’t you saw the star at night in the city? Would you miss the fresh and sweet air? Have noticed the river had seriously been polluted? Would you mind listening the crazy honking car horns instead of the birds’ ringing everyday? Could you be calm down if leave the air conditioning room in summer? I read a piece of news recently. It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why?——Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A.

In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us.

How to change this condition?More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.
