So if we just keep studying as much as we can, good luck will finally find us and a bright future is ahead of us. The old man never gives up hope. When all of people think he is doomed, he still strongly believes that he will get a big fish. And he does. So never giving up hope is very important to us. 就这样恍恍惚惚得过了几天，这本书被朋友送到了我的手上。起初只是心不在焉地看了几眼，可在不经意间看了几眼后，便感到妙趣横生，反复思考这其中所蕴含的人生哲理。书本中，老人不服输的硬汉精神令我感到由衷的佩服，敬意油然而生，与此同时，我也感到了前所未有的羞愧：面对没有水、没有食物、身体疲惫的困境下，老人也不放弃，继续抗争着。而我仅仅是两次考试失利，就整日怨天尤人，顾影自怜，不懂得找出失败的原因，不懂得要努力去改变，才能得到胜利。“多简单的道理呀。”我久久地凝视着这本书，轻笑出声。

这本书让我那已经偏离航线的小船，重新回到了原来的地方。

当我读完了这本书后，我异常激动。我的这种激情伴随着我的笔迸发出来。

这个老人名叫提桑亚哥，他是个以打渔为生的老人，坚强，乐观，无所畏惧。他有个帮手，是个善良、乐于助人的小伙子。一天，老人独自去海上打鱼，与以前相异，这一次，他钓上了一条大马林鱼。他与这条比他的船还长的鱼斗智斗勇，终于制服了那条大鱼，将它杀死了。但是，在返航的途中，鱼的血腥味引来了成群的、凶猛的鲨鱼。鲨鱼一条接一条地被老人赶走，但它们又卷土重来，几次都把老人累得筋疲力尽。但老人不知倦怠地与鲨鱼搏斗，终于挨到了小港湾里。但是，他拖回去的只是一副大鱼的骨架。

看完这个故事，我立即被老人的坚强执著、不屈不挠和永不言败的精神感动了。是呀，面对挣扎的大鱼，他从容不迫，在危难的时间给自己打气，朝着自己的猎物努力拼搏，不为任何困难所压倒。同时面对凶残的鲨鱼，老人沉着冷静，在冰冷的海水与饥饿的鲨鱼群中毫不胆怯，奋勇向前，使出浑身解数与鲨鱼斗争。他说过：“一个人并不是生来就要被打败的，你尽可以把它消灭掉，可就是打不败他。”看啊，他就是以那样的勇气与信心以及他那顽强的精神打垮了阻碍他的困难即使最后只剩下一堆残骨。

虽然，巨鱼只剩下一堆残骨，但是老人经历的打击和挫折，磨练了他的铮铮铁骨，造就了不败的神话!

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingways most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a great part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.

I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.

总是人是强大的，但是强大也是有极限的。但老人却一次次把自己逼到极限，忠于自己的极限突破。凭借着自己的利益。终于把大马林鱼的骨头运了回来。这个故事是根据真人真事改编的。可以让我们感触很深，要向老人好好学习。学习老人坚持不懈的精神。

i first read this book when i was in my fifteens. and now i remember it just as well as if i had read it yesterday.

pride and prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.

首先，这个老人是个非洲人，他身边无人陪伴，只有一个孩子在他身边陪伴。然后有一天，老人突然想去海里捕鱼，孩子也想去，可老人在一天晚上就出发了，于是老人那一系列捕鱼活动就开始了。

老人先到海上，在鱼钩上放上鱼儿，又把钩子放到海里，过了一会儿，钓鱼线动了一下，老人赶紧把鱼竿收起来，一条大清花鱼就现身了，突然天空出现一声鸟叫，老人便知道是军舰鸟，由此就可以判断出，小飞鱼就在附近。到了下午，老人的鱼竿忽然动了起来，老人赶紧把鱼竿收了起来，可是因为这条鱼太大，太重了，老人根本收不起来。就这样，老人跟那条大鱼挣扎在海面上，而老人此刻已经非常疲惫。可是因为不肯放过这么一条大鱼，于是老人准备先睡觉等有了力量再把鱼拉起来，而老人在梦境里梦到了他最喜欢的动物——非洲狮子。突然老人的手背拉了一下，差点掉到海里去，原来是那条大鱼把他拉了一下。

可是老人估计那条鱼只要再转三圈就会浮出水面。果然，那条鱼转了三圈，可能累了，于是就浮出水面。老人拿了个鱼叉，猛然的叉下去，那条鱼终于死了，可老人觉得他根本不能把这个庞然大物放在船上带回去。于是心生一计，把鱼绑在了船的左边，借助水面的浮力，使鱼可以浮出来，这样老人就把鱼带回去了。老人得船刚划行了一会，就有一条灰鲭鲨来吃老人捕捉的那条鱼，老人拿起鱼叉用尽全力刺下去，鲨鱼被刺死了，但老人的鱼叉也被那条鲨鱼带走了。老人就把小刀用绳子绑在浆上，老人刚刚制作好新武器，又有两条铲鼻鲨来吃老人的鱼，老人也用同样地办法把鲨鱼杀死了。但是鲨鱼们好像闻到了老人的那条鱼的血衅味陆陆续续的来了，有蓝鲨、大白鲨等鲨鱼赶过来，可老人敢于尝试，最终鲨鱼死地死逃得逃，老人的鱼也被鲨鱼吃个精光。

这个故事告诉我们一个道理，无论做每件事都要坚持到底，不能知难而退，坚持就是胜利。

读了《老人与海》这本书，我感到无比的感动。

《老人与海》写的是古巴老渔夫圣地亚哥在连续8天没捕到鱼的情况下，终于独自钓上了一条大马林鱼，但是这条鱼实在太大了，把他的小船在海上拖了三天才筋疲力尽，被渔夫杀死绑在小船的一边在归程中一再找到鲨鱼的袭击，最后回港时只剩下鱼头鱼尾和一条脊骨。

这是多么坚强的渔夫啊，独自一人去捕鱼，在多次受到鲨鱼的撕咬下，渔夫辛辛苦苦捕捞的大马林鱼，就这样变成了鱼骨。面对这样巨大的损失，渔夫并不在乎，还能以阳光的心态来面对。如果我们能学习渔夫坚持不懈的优秀品格的话，那么我们就会取得很好的成绩。

渔夫坚持不懈的精神让我想到我的学习，我的学习总是时好时坏，并不稳定，那是因为我的学习总是不坚持做课后习题，每天只读半小时的书就算完成作业了。如果成绩不好的话就奋起直追，然后就渐渐好了起来。如果成绩好的话，又“旧病复发”了。如果把鱼夫坚持不懈的精神用到学习上，那么我们的成绩将永远到是好的。

如今，我一想到《老人与海》这本书，我就感到无比的感动和无限的反思。

时间是世界上最宝贵的东西，因为它失去了，就不会再回来了。今天，当我读了《时光老人与流浪汉》这篇短文，我更加体会到时间的宝贵。

流浪汉的懊悔都是他一手造成的。我们生活中又何尝不是呢?那些人只顾着吃喝玩乐，不务正业，虚度光阴，才会落得如此下场。这个故事让我想起了两件事

有一天，我作业没完成就看电视了，妈妈叫我去吃饭，我总说等一会儿，妈妈生气了，严肃地说：“再不去吃的话，就不要吃了。”我才恋恋不舍地去吃饭。刚一吃完，就又坐到电视机前看起电视来。妈妈说：“先去洗脚，不然，下个星期都不准看电视。”我只好去洗脚，洗完后，我又去看电视。我失去了多少宝贵的时间啊!还有一次，我看电视看到了晚上十一点，经过妈妈的苦心劝说，我才去睡觉，第二天早上，我很迟才起床。这又浪费了多少时间呀!

“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”这个诗句写得真好，它告诉我们要珍惜时间，因为无论你花多少钱，都不能够买来时间。
