大家下午好！我很荣幸能有这次机会站在全校三千多名师生的面前，让我第一次真正感受到了黑池中学这个大家庭的庞大！

今天，我演讲的题目是——《奋斗，无悔的青春》。

2013年9月，怀着一颗忐忑的心，我踏上了黑池中学这片神圣的土地，我不知道未来的一千多个日子里我要经历些什么，面对什么？看着那些忙忙绿绿的学哥学姐，我看到了高中的心酸，看到了录取通知书惊喜背后的不容易。不过我没有退缩，我暗暗地告诉自己，既然已经跋涉了十年，最后这两年里再苦再累都要坚持下去，用汗水拼出一番成绩。

高一时，也许是对高中生活的好奇与憧憬，我一直平静不了自己的内心，即便平时很是努力，但成绩却并不突出，不过，我没有害怕，孤军奋战，勤奋刻苦，终于，我以不算好的成绩考入了高二的重点班，很是出乎我的意料，我想，既然上天给我创造了这么好的机会，我便要在自己的阵地上打出一片天地。恰巧我碰到了最会教育学生的侯晓刚老师，在他的谆谆（zhun)教诲下，我学会了不屈不挠，学会了不怕苦，不怕累，更懂得了吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。渐渐地，我培养起了浓厚的学习兴趣，再也不觉得的这是件很难为的事情了，甚至有时候我可以达到忘我。还记忆犹新的记得那个雨天，自习下了很久，整栋教学楼上几乎都没有了学生，我和我的伙伴还在卖力的算着那几道题，当窗户里有柳主任的灯光闪烁时，我们商量着关上了自己的小台灯，一会儿，发觉他走了，我们又打开了台灯，一直做到很晚很晚...高二的第一次考试，我成功了，取得了我进入高中以来从未有过的好成绩，我想，我的努力没有白费，我便要这样一直坚持下去，取得最终的胜利。

整理思维，回头想想，其实我有真正付出了多少，我从未感觉到累，这也许是我不够百分百的最好见证。放远眼光，在我们国家的大学，大学生活相比之下实在是轻松多了。哈佛大学终身教授丘成相说：中国大学生的大学生活相比于美国就太轻松了，我们总是说，中国的孩子为了高考受了许多苦，因此降低了对他们的要求。在美国，随着年龄的增长，一点点加大学习的任务，到了大学时就是最苦的，所有的精英教育全部是必须吃苦的。而中国的孩子到了大学，却一下子放松下来了。我们放松了四年，恰好是美国大学生最勤奋的四年，这是积蓄人生能量的黄金四年。所以，美国的科技人才一直是世界最多的。同学们，我们口口声声说着要报效祖国，可是，没有一身真本领，我们用什么来履行我们的诺言，用什么来使这个国家变得强大？

我们总会浮躁，总会厌倦，总会放不下自己那三分钟热度，我们总在说，别人都在玩，我们为什么要那么努力？对，这就是我们一事无成的原因了。

哈佛是一种象征。人到底有怎样的发挥潜能？人的意志，人的才情，为什么只有在哈佛才能兑现？哈佛的餐厅，很难听到说话的声音，每个学生端着比萨可乐坐下后，往往边吃边看书或者边吃边做笔记，没有那些学生是边吃边聊的。哈佛的餐厅不过是一个可以吃东西的图书馆。甚至到了哈佛的医院，也是同样的宁静，同样的不管有多少候诊的人也无一人说话，无一人不在阅读或记录，医院仍是图书馆的延伸。于是，哈佛产生的诺贝尔奖得主有33位，哈佛产生的美国总统有7位。

同学们，我们有时候会抱怨父母对自己的期望太高，抱怨父母不理解自己的努力，看看这些，我们又真正付出了多少？年少的放纵与轻狂，必将是要用以后的奔波和劳累来弥补的。其实有时候生活就是这样，你要么努力的向上爬，要么烂在社会最底层的泥淖里。请记着，当领导觉得你可有可无的时候，你已经站在了被抛弃的边缘。

哈佛的校长在一次校会上告诉全体学生：如果你想在进入社会后，在任何场合，任何时候都能得心应手并且得到应有的评价，那么，你在哈佛学习期间，就没有晒太阳的时间。

同学们，老师们，珍惜眼前的一分一秒，对我们每个人来说都非常重要。哈佛的这句话实际上揭示了一种人生哲学，那就是，人生要以珍惜的态度把握时间，从今天开始，从现在做起。

同学们，高考是人生的一道路栏，没有高考，就没有未来。高考是一块试金石，通过高考，掏摸出来的金子才会闪闪发光。这是一场需要顽强毅力才能跑到终点的马拉松；这是一场需要奋力拼搏才会赢得的百米短跑竞赛；这是为每一个不屈服于命运斗争的孩子们准备的最公平的决斗场，更是为新时代学子无悔青春奏响的命运交响曲。

为了心中的理想，为了黑中的明天，为了一生的成功。我们没有借口，我们没有理由；我们只有努力，只有奋斗。为了理想而奋斗的人生是无悔的人生，相约无悔的青春，聆听高考的脚步。让我们一同把奋斗奉献给最无悔的青春！

现在我明白为什么每次铮姐要我们上去分享一些东西，作为一个销售，必须要锻炼自己的口才，不断突破自己，艾莫老师也说了不仅要敢说，还有能说，会说…把自己的兴趣变成爱好，把爱好变成特长，把特长变成专长，把专长变成专业，在“蓝海”是一个展现自己的的平台，刚到一区陈总就给我说过，我的优势在哪，要做我自己，不要太拘束，茫茫人海当中总有一个是属于我的，总有一个会为我每天的辛苦而买单…

对于销售公司来说，人员流动很大，而作为一个新人来说，我们现在必须要抛下我之前的一些东西，在蓝海成长，跟着陈总和铮姐的脚步慢慢蜕变,可能前面的路程会很辛苦，但是在自己的心里必须要树立一个目标，当自己坚持不住的时候告诉自己，这么久的时间都过来了，再坚持一小时，再坚持30分钟，再坚持十分钟,再坚持…我觉得我是可以做到了，我对自己很有信心

对于找资料来说，我觉得我真的很怄火…我不知道是因为在之前的公司都是经理给资料的原因还是我自己对自己没信心，觉得自己找的资料都是高骚的，但是我现在正在一步一步的努力去改，其实我并不觉得我比公司里的任何人差，我相信我只要努力，我就会得到我想要的，这只是一个时间的过程，毕竟他们都是老手

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.

朋友，如果我问你什么是最高兴的事，也许你回答出各种各样的答案，但是，你无论如何也不会想到我们一位战士的回答，他说是“见到人”，见到人是最高兴的事。是啊，也许你会觉得诧异，但这却是酒泉卫星发射中心专用铁路巡线员的真实写照。这是今年春节我在军报上看到的一篇感人的--不!应该说是震撼心灵的报道。

自从我国在巴丹吉林沙漠深处建起酒泉卫星发射中心，就有了一条横穿戈壁、直达发射场的300公里的专用铁路。它是现在全国惟一一条由军队管理的铁路。路边上，孤零零有几座被称为“点号”的小屋，“点号”四周，沙海无边，荒凉得象月球，只有几丛骆驼刺在寒风中颤抖。“点号”里，就蹲着三两个长年巡线护路的兵。他们每天与外界交往的时间是一分钟。因为每天有趟军用列车路过这里，扔下点邮件和给养，停留一分钟。这就是他们见到人的惟一时刻。日复一日、年复一年的寂寞，这一分钟也就成了他们久久盼望的、也是他们最最高兴的时刻。

今年大年初一，一位记者到被称为“180”的小点号采访，那里住着小赵和小张两个士兵。小赵是一位来自江苏的已有3年兵龄的老兵，他说，他每天要去巡线一趟，每趟来回走20公里，当兵三年，相当于步行回老家一趟。新兵小张是四川中江黄继光家乡的人，他到点号的第二次巡线就遇上被称作“黑风”的沙暴，天地间黑压压一片，沙石劈头盖脸往身上砸，他说他抱紧铁轨整整一小时不敢动弹，差点没被埋在沙包里。说话间，小赵的姐姐从老家打来了电话，姐姐问：“你那里过年热闹吗?”小赵说：“热闹得很，有3个人呢，还有一条大黄狗”。“你那里冷吗?”，“不冷，暖和得很，才零下20度”。“你都3年没有回家了，爸妈以为你今年能回来过年，特意杀了猪，还几次到路口去守公交车。”这时，小赵的喉头滚了好几下，愣了半天，终于没能“幽默”出来。当记者告辞时，他俩紧紧地握住记者的手，久久不想松开，眼睛里突然溢出泪光，那眼神似乎在不加掩饰的恳求着：再留一会儿吧，哪怕是一分钟!

在研制银河Ⅲ期间，卢锡城同志带领年轻人向新的技术制高点冲击，有11名同志是在攻关战斗中度过新婚蜜月的，不少人连续三次春节都在机房里度过。就是凭着这种精神，他们创造了新的辉煌。这，就是新一代银河人的自豪! 如今，再看看我这身军装，我应该掂得出她的份量。在新的历史时期，我们军队仍然肩负着重大的历史使命。放心吧，祖国，放心吧，人民，时间流逝，斗转星移，永远抹不去的就是战士对党和人民的一颗赤胆忠心!青山和大地会证明我们的忠诚，蓝天和白云会昭示我们的誓言，“奉献”，我们认了，“牺牲”，我们说值!那是因为，共和国军人的心中只有一个期盼，那就是：为了共和国明天的辉煌!

时光轮回，万物更新。一个既漫长而又短暂的初一学年已然过去，经过一个暑假的休养，我们共同打开了新学期的扉页。李大钊先生曾经说过：人生最有趣味的事情，就是送旧迎新，因为人类最高的欲求，就是时时创造生活。那么，你们是否已经勾画好了新学期的蓝图呢，是否已经作好了充足的心理准备去迎接新学期的到来呢?

路还是昨天的路，但里程碑已是新的;歌还是昨天的歌，但今天唱出的更动听;太阳还是昨天的太阳，但它放射出的却是全新的光芒。当我们看着东方的第一抹朝阳时，是否应该检查一下自己：我的梦是否依然，我的心是否依旧飞扬?我们曾经拥有过辉煌，但那已成为枕边一段甜美的回忆;也许，我们也曾经遭受过挫折，但那已成为几滴苦涩的泪痕。忘记曾经的成功与失败，我们只需把经验和教训铭刻于心，让曾经的辉煌激励我们，过去的失败只是为了衬托未来的成功。

我们是**班的学生，“没有最好，只有更好”是我们的口号，“更高、更快、更强”是我们的宗旨。在教室里，可以轻易地看见同学们埋头苦干的身影，也能听见为一个问题争论不休的声音……但是，“没有最好，只有更好”，在知识的海洋里，我们永不满足。在这里，不得不提一下偏科的问题。当然，有这个问题的同学应该只是小部分，但这个问题较其他班更容易在奥班发生。众所周知，这是一个不好的现象，但个别同学因为其他科目在小学没打好扎实的基础，学起来并不那么得心应手。于是，他们把全部心思都放在了数学这一科身上，力争在这一领域创出自己的一片天地，因而放弃了其他的科目。在这里，我想介绍一个故事给大家，内容绝对真实，可能有部分同学会看过，因为，它就刊登在8月27号的广州日报上。讲述的是一个高中生，高二下学期考试全班排名29(并非失手)，而经过一年的奋斗，在高三最后一次模拟考试与高考当中，都夺得了全班第一名。化学他一直学得不好，但下定决心努力后，仅两个月的时间他就取得了全年级第一，事实突破了他的想象空间，他的梦想开始远大。

他说，心理学上有一个名词，叫“自我实现的预言”，意思是，如果相信自己行，你最后就能行;如果怀疑自己不行，你就会退步。他还说，“要相信你的最好成绩，因为那是你抵达过的境界，如果你相信它，那么你一定会重新抵达那里”，还有“不必在意某一次偶然的失败，因为如果你在乎这次失常，就是相信了它，它将会成为你消极的预言，让你重演。”

把握“八个坚持”高扬理想信念旗帜

学习好、贯彻好习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话精神，最重要的就是深刻领会、认真落实“八个坚持”的精髓要义和实践要求。连日来，哲学社会科学界广泛开展学习习近平总书记重要讲话的活动，研讨交流学习心得体会。7月2日，在武汉大学举行的“学习习近平总书记‘七一’讲话 纪念中国共产党成立95周年学术研讨会”上，全国哲学社会科学规划领导小组副组长、湖北省人大常委会副主任尹汉宁表示，把握好“不忘初心、继续前进”这条主线，有利于深刻领会讲话的高远立意和深刻内涵。尹汉宁认为，“不忘初心、继续前进”，体现了马克思主义的历史观和实践观;体现了理论上的清醒和政治上的坚定;体现了对历史经验与历史规律的深刻把握;体现了足够的底气和自信;体现了崇高的使命意识和责任担当。

“强调‘不忘初心、继续前进’，具有重要的理论思想意义和现实行动意义，不应误认为马克思主义和共产主义理想过时了，而抛弃正确的主义和崇高的理想，要在充分的道路、理论、制度和文化自信自觉基础上，保持建党初心，继续推动马克思主义及其中国化理论与实践的发展，以实际行动积极推进‘五位一体’总体布局，协调推进‘四个全面’战略布局，早日实现‘两个一百年’的宏伟蓝图。”程恩富表示。

“这是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、实现中华民族伟大复兴的顶层设计。”陈金龙表示，马克思主义指导、共产主义与社会主义理想、全心全意为人民服务可谓“初心”;“四个自信”是“继续前进”的精神力量;全面建成小康社会是“继续前进”的近期目标;全面深化改革是“继续前进”的具体路径;人民主体是“继续前进”的依靠力量;走和平发展道路、保持党的先进性和纯洁性是“继续前进”的重要保障。“八个坚持”是以习近平同志为总书记的党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略的进一步总结和概括。

对中国道路的开拓和发展，国内外有一些不同的声音，我们不能被杂音所影响，要“不忘初心、继续前进”。对学界而言，谢春涛认为，就是要用历史的眼光、发展的眼光理解中国道路，从改进自身工作、提高讲中国故事的水平、提高研究能力、加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学等方面，去努力阐释好中国道路。

“这场考试还没有结束，还在继续”

习近平总书记强调，1949年3月23日上午，党中央从西柏坡动身前往北京时，毛泽东同志说：“今天是进京赶考的日子。”60多年的实践证明，我们党在这场历史性考试中取得了优异成绩。同时，这场考试还没有结束，还在继续。全党同志一定要不忘初心、继续前进，永远保持谦虚、谨慎、不骄、不躁的作风，永远保持艰苦奋斗的作风，勇于变革、勇于创新，永不僵化、永不停滞，继续在这场历史性考试中经受考验，努力向历史、向人民交出新的更加优异的答卷!

怎能忘记那一次

责任?看似一个很简单的词，但它却有着无比沉重的分量。当我们走进社会，责任将会变成一份礼物来送给我们。我们可能会要为这份礼物付出很多乃至一切。我们可不可以不接受这份礼物呢?不可以，张丽丽曾经说过：责任是与生俱来的，不可推卸的。虽然是痛苦的，但它最终带给我们的是人格的伟大，精神的升华。

有责任感必须有一颗责任心。那责任心到底是什么呢?有人说：责任心，是一种舍己为人的态度。有人说：有责任心，是为别人赴汤蹈火的壮举。有人说：责任心，是为别人两肋插刀的豪情。不，要有一颗责任心不是那么难做到的。为我们的学校，家庭，社会，做出那么一些我们应当做的事情，那就行了。

记得那一次，我正在过马路时，听见一声“啊”的惨叫，回头一看原来是一位老婆婆摔倒了。我每当回事，走到了路边。“嘀嘀嘀”绿灯的警告声响了，我想：老婆婆爬起来了吗?于是我回头一看：老婆婆费劲了九牛二虎之里也没爬起来，一次又一次地摔倒在地。车子都绕过老婆婆开走，还有些人指责老婆婆。她的泪水在眼睛里不停地转，就要流下来了。“滴答滴答”几分钟过去了，没有一个人走上前，扶助那位老婆婆，我也没有。我沉默了许久，顿时想起了一句名言：每个人都应该担负起应尽的责任。对，我应该担负起我应当的责任——扶起这位老婆婆。于是，我快步走向这一位老婆婆，可一位外地的哥哥比我快了一步。“婆婆，您没事吧!”带着家乡的口音说并扶起老婆婆。老婆婆感激极了：“谢谢你，小伙子!”“不，这是我的责任。”哥哥坚定地说。对啊，这是我们公民的责任啊!我们要做一位有高度责任感的现代小公民。望着哥哥和老婆婆的背影我想了很多很多。

那一次让我懂得了什么是责任心——随手捡起一张纸屑;把垃圾扔进垃圾桶;在公车上让位给老人……这举手之劳的小事足以体现我们的责任心。责任心就是在这些为社会所做的小事中出现。

记住：既然来到这个世界，我们就应该负担其作为这个世界的人所应该的担负的责任。一个人失去了责任心将会失去被人对你的信任，失去立身之本。让我们负起我们应有的责任，做一位有高度责任感的现代小公民吧!

我是来自七10班的郑静仪。今天我演讲的主题是《为梦想远航》。

海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。每个人心中都怀揣着属于自己的梦想。同学，你有过梦想吗？

小时候我有一个梦想，我希望自己可以有许多钱。大人问：“有了钱你要做什么？”我天真地回答道：“我要买很多糖果。”的确，小时候的我们天真无邪，幸福与快乐是一曲不变的乐章；再稍微大一点，我上小学了，我希望能够成为一名班长，帮助老师管理班级；中学，梦想又变了，我不再是那个整天想着吃糖果或当班长的那个幼稚的孩子，现在的我希望可以成为一名尖子生。回到家可以受到家长的表扬，在学校可以得到老师的肯定；在同学之间有鹤立鸡群的表现。但是，渐渐地，我发现实现这个梦想不能只耍孩子气。之后，我学会了奋斗。

梦想不分大小，但它能给我们带来希望，为我们指引前进的方向。在我青春的视线内，我似乎看到了李娜的身影。当她打败斯齐亚沃尼后，幸福的倒在红土场上……法网的冠军奖杯上刻下了这样一个崭新的名字——李娜。李娜之所以能够取得令人骄傲的成绩，是因为她不懈的坚持与奋斗……在她实现梦想的过程中也曾受过伤，放声大哭过。但她仍旧坚持着自己的梦想，最终实现了它。

另一位杰出的人物是意大利的达-芬奇。他也梦想自己的未来，但他更多的是想现在该怎么做。为了练好基本功，他曾不停地画那外形单调、乏味的鸡蛋。他常说：“勤劳一日，可得一夜眠；勤劳一生，可得幸福长眠。”他憧憬一生的幸福，但却要求自己勤奋的战斗一生。行动，切实的行动，是通向梦想之门的轨道；实现梦想，是一场艰辛的无休止的马拉松赛。只有坚持才会到达顶峰。

所以，无论岁月在我们脸上增添了多少皱纹，无论世事在我们胸口划过多少道伤痕。只要我们还有呼吸的权力，就拥有重塑梦想的激情；只要我们还有生存的氧气，就拥有缔造激情的勇气。

漫步书海，照亮心房，为范仲淹“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”心系国家的远大抱负而折服，为苏东坡“老夫聊发少年狂，左牵黄，右擎苍，锦帽貂裘，千骑卷平岗”的豪放张扬的慨叹，读“出师未捷生先死，长使英雄泪满襟”，我仿佛看到诸葛亮六出祁山，为蜀汉鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已的一生……书如一团跳跃的火焰，照亮我的心灵。

同学们，今天我演讲的题目是“不忘国耻，振兴中华”。

有这样一句名言：“一个人的创伤只会痛苦一时，一个民族的耻辱却足以铭记千年”。我们伟大的祖国饱经沧桑、历尽磨难。一八零四年，帝国主义列强用尖船和利炮打开了中国的大门，从此中华民族在屈辱中苟且偷生，中华儿女在血泪中饱受欺凌由于清政府的腐败无能导致割让香港、澳门;八国联军进北京;火烧圆明园……帝国主义侵略者在中国犯下了滔天罪行，更让人痛心的是：日本侵华战争，从“九一八事变”到“南京大屠杀”，八年间，数以万计的英雄儿女倒在枪口之下，祖国母亲在呻吟，中国变得的面目全非，伤痕累累。但是中国人民没有退缩，进行了不屈不挠的战争，四万万同胞同仇敌忾，用自己的血肉建成了坚不可摧的长城，使侵略者陷入人民战争的汪洋大海中，最后，终于把侵略者赶出了我们的国土。

黑暗已经过去，迎来了灿烂的光明。这一缕缕阳光为我们抹去了黑暗的阴影迎来了辉煌的荣耀，难忘的七八年改革开放，全世界投来对中国羡慕的目光。难忘的九七年香港回归;难忘的九九年澳门唱着“七子之歌”回到祖国怀抱;2008年神七飞天，并成功举办奥运会……今天的中国正是一条腾飞的巨龙，向着二零一一年飞进。

今天，我回顾这段历史是为了告诉同学们，一个国家落后就要挨打，作为世界上坚韧的民族一员，作为一个炎黄子孙，只有祖国富强，民族振兴，才不会遭受外来侵略。让我们时刻谨记“不忘国耻，振兴中华!”为中国腾飞而读书!为把祖国建设的更加富强而努力奋斗吧!

当我们满怀激情地唱起《中华人民共和国国歌》时，当我们向前辈们用鲜血染红的五星红旗敬礼时，当我们听前辈说起中国曾经受过的屈辱时，心中都会无比激动。中国有蜿蜒壮观的万里长城，有世界上最高的珠穆朗玛峰，可中国还有一些不堪回首的屈辱往事。1840年，英国就向中国发起了鸦片战争，中国战败，被迫签订了丧权辱国的《南京条约》，此后法国，德国，意大利，日本等，都纷纷强迫中国政府签订一系列不平等条约。

在残酷的战争中，很多英雄人物为了中国能够日渐强大，不惜牺牲自己的生命。狼牙山五壮士为了掩护大部队安全转移，与敌人斗智斗勇，在大部队安全转移后，为了不让日本人获取情报，相继跳下山崖；共产党员赵一曼，被日军俘虏，仍不屈服，日军暴跳如雷，砍去了赵一曼的右臂还让她背上千斤重的铁链，在日军的种种折磨下，她最终死亡，年终时31岁。这些英雄人物，为了中国的未来，将自己的生命置之度外，我们才可以在这么好的环境下读书，工作，学习。我们现在一定要好好学习，将来为了祖国尽自己的一份绵薄之力。同学们，让我们同心协力，共同创造美好的未来。我的演讲到此结束，谢谢大家。
