而所有被称为流动人口带来的不良后果，在我看来都是对城市管理不作为而找出的借口。这样的借口所编织的谎言是几十年来权威主义管理的惯性。所谓流动人口所带来的问题是普世的，即无论在哪个被界定的人群中，人类现有的文明也保证在相同条件下都可能会发生相同的或好或坏的事情。而那些谎言是最擅长“以偏概全”的。甚至有时候还会牵扯出流动人口的素质问题。这简直是无耻的。这是教育资源分配不均的问题，是教育机会不平等的问题。难道这是流动人口自身造成的?流动人口给城市带来的居住、交通、医疗、教育等等压力，再一次提醒了城市管理者如何才能合理分配城市资源。在城市中辛勤工作、依法纳税、遵纪守法的公民完全有资格公平而合理地利用到城市社会资源，而不会因为什么户籍问题沦为二等公民。讨论所谓流动人口所带来的弊端显然是带有偏见的，而如此的利弊二元思维也是极其可悲的。要知道，这个世界本是没有城市的。

近些年，教育出现了不少新情况，其中之一是在一些城市中，出现了各种各样的“打工者子弟学校”，专门流动人口子女就学。对于此显现，各方面的意见很不一致。一方面，在各大城市中打工的流动人口表现明显的欢迎。其原因在于：他们认为，上不起城市的公立中小学。公立学校如果接受外来人口的子女上学，在正常的学杂费之外，一般要收较高的借读费和赞助费。另外，他们认为自己的子女在公立学校上学还会受到城市孩子的歧视。而“打工者子弟学校”一方面收费比较低，而且服务也很热情，孩子也不会受到城市小孩的歧视。

关于办学条件问题，很多人认为应当考虑具体情况，相当于公立学校，这些“打工者子弟学校”的教学条件肯定比较差。然而，根据这些学生的家庭的收入水平和支付能力，我们是否一定要去那么高标准教学条件呢?如果政府不能负担这些孩子教育的费用，我们能看着它们失学吗?我们是否要拥有者的教学条件作为学生入校的门槛呢?只要能改这些孩子一个受教育的机会，条件简陋的学校应当是可以生存的。实际上，流动人口将子女送到这类学校主要是经济上的考虑，这类学校收费较低相当于贫民学校，使这些家庭的经济条件。

To encourage people to go outside and relax, a mounting number of parks offer free admission now. People benefit from it, especially during these tough economic times. With free entry, more people will have the opportunity for affordable vacations for families, taking pleasure in the natural landscape.

Fresh air and landscapes in parks are good for people. However, too many people

flocking into parks might not be so good for the parks.

For example, some visitors leave their garbage behind, which may cause environmental pollution. And people’s barbeques and stamping will also bring damage to the grassland and other greeneries in parks.

On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two oclock, and most of them are awake by six oclock, and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. 暑假里和一大文豪闲扯起来，彼此交换了对高一的看法意见，其实就是各种吐槽报怨，不过高一这熊孩子活该被吐槽，因为他黑我们黑的不像样。在外高第一年似乎对多有人都格外艰难，而我这种在极功利与成绩于一身的外语本部直升上来的学渣而言，早已将自尊和优越感抛出九霄云外，以至于这一年最差最恶心的时候也没被pia到岸上再也变得不立体过。脸上原本是薄薄的脸皮，可惜后来磨了一层茧，不晓得算好事算坏事。高一上期中家长会，一分配来的孩子给她爸爸写信说：以前您班里的优等生，如今被人踩在脚下。真真是辛酸到家了。台下家长默默泪奔，唏嘘一片。

才高一呀，有时候竟觉得真累呀，会杞人忧天的想，万一把力气都用在高一上，后面我可怎么办。不如在暑假卯足了劲休息，开学才有力气往前冲。虽然我也知道这种想法更是不切实际得很。

暑假里经常闲着发呆，表面上一排安静祥和的景象，而内心却暗潮汹涌。 若切入我的脑剧场，会看见一个想要认真努力当学霸的小红人，和一个悠闲懒散吃喝玩的小蓝人互掐互骂，无疑，小蓝人取胜次数更多，倒霉了小红人，就算是在寥寥无几的取胜时，也早已耽误的多半的学习时间，于是又把后面的时间转到小蓝人旗下。然后，也倒霉了我。

很多时候发呆也会思考，为什么我会把学习当捷径，把高考当出路。当年我中招考试报志愿的时候看到“职业学校”那一栏，真心被震惊到，因为在我的意识里，考上学是天经地义的，从来没有职专这条路可走。我和朋友互相之间开玩笑说如果考不上外高就去新东方，可是却没想过，新东方也是别人的生活。

为何而学？为谁而学？

我的人生已经被钉到高考的砧板上，等待两年后被随意宰割，没有回头路可走。我无数次埋怨中国教育埋怨高考，才发现我不是没路可走，而是我的意识里，除了高考便别无选择 。我甚至不知道以前路过的路口在哪里，拐角的地方是否写有路牌告诉我哪个才是正确的方向。但是后来才察觉到，在我过路口的时候，高考已经是天经地义的了。因此，“为何而学为谁而学”这种问题便像秋天里落了一地的叶子，看着漂亮，却只供装饰，没有重量。

前几天在学校上自主招生培训课，适逢高三学长学姐返校填报志愿，看到一理科学霸看到贴在体育馆外面的墙壁上的浙大招生海报，对着物理和数学专业托着脸蛋犯花痴的萌态，我心里就默默举白旗：学霸之所以能收到我们的膜拜，很多是因为，他们选择了自己所热爱的东西，义无反顾的做到了最好。而我，理所应当被他们踩在脚下。

这样看起来，在学习上，没有动力真是个大问题。

理想？这个太空太大，何况我压根儿没那种决绝的勇气，一根筋撑到底。

男神？认学长当男神，他毕业了我还没出头；认学霸当男神，也只能被他看轻，而我低到尘埃里；认学霸学长当男神，那我是坐火箭也追不上了。

父母？生活不是肥皂剧，家人之间哪有那么多眼泪辛酸，何况我家亲情一向淡漠。

还是面子最实在。初三的时候为什么上心了，是因为初二最后的家长会，我坐在连廊里等我爹娘，结果被他们出来的时候的一脸黑，和我妈的红眼眶给吓到了，一路回家，默然无声。回家后不敢出屋门，直到口渴了才出去喝了一杯水。当时我爸还阴着脸坐在沙发上，那天对我说的唯一一句话，就是“你太让我们失望了”。那是我听过的他对我说的最重的一句话。

其实有时候觉得，初中虽然功利，但其实更加适合我吧，鞭策着我，让我遍体鳞伤血肉模糊， 但至少我还会慢慢的向前爬行。

懒惰着，浮躁着。

什么时候才能静下来呢？

Leifeng was known as a pattern that offered help to others selflessly. He

devoted all this life into his beloved career as well. I, myself, was totally

shocked by his character.

Such is human nature; people trace the good, water flows to low. Everyone

should copy his sprit as our daily life goes instead of uttering a meaningless

slogan “learn from Leifeng, our decent idol”, so that we could definitely see a

lot more smiling faces rather than conflict.

To help others is not a hard thing, however, what you need is to consist

doing it. Take myself as an example. I am the representative of Math, to collect

homework is my daily task, however, I would turn them to the right page for

shorten the time for teachers when correcting them.

I strongly propose that we shall see a better world if each of us treat

Leifeng as our model and copy his spirit.
