This can be as simple as rural credit, providing a means of saving. Finally, there is education--both for women and, perhaps even more important, for the next generation of children.
These steps are there to be taken, but there appear to be some countries that are not seriously trying at the moment. If we cannot achieve that we will certainly not control population.
That said, I dont feel pessimistic that we are going to run out of resources: we are becoming more efficient at producing food faster than the rate at which population is increasing. There is, however, a risk that we will wreck the environment so effectively that the world will no longer be an attractive place to live. That really would be a dismal outcome, to reach world population equilibrium only to find wed destroyed the natural environment in the process.

妈妈一听这话，立马跳了起来：“你没钱养？我养！行了吧？”
爸爸也立马跳了起来：“我们家有一个子民已经很好了，不需要再生了。再说了生的话，谁养啊？”
妈妈立即反驳：“不会送回老家去养啊！我也只不过看着孩子从小就想要个哥哥或姐姐，不过我再生，也只会是弟弟妹妹了。”我想，我原来是一直想要个哥哥或姐姐。
爸妈的争吵是越吵越激烈了。现在正好1：1，平局！我就成了最关键的一票。
这下我可为难了：怎么办呢？哎呀！怎么解决这个问题呢？这可真是一个令人纠结的问题！
呀！有办法了——抛硬币！以前我很喜欢《爱情公寓》里的一段话：硬币的方向不一定是对的，但在那一瞬间，你会知道你想知道的答案。
但愿抛完后，我能不再纠结！

但我觉得生活更象是一杯酒，充满着酸，甜，苦，辣等各种味道，就好像代表着人在生活中的各种情绪一样。
想想看，我们初中三年的生活不就是一杯充满各种味道的酒吗？
刚刚踏入中学校园的我们，对这里的一切都感到那么新奇，同时也对自己在这所学校即将开始的新生活感到兴奋。那个时候单纯的我们感到，能够有缘相聚在这所学校里成为朋友，是一件多么愉块的事啊！这个时候的生活真的就好象是一杯甜甜的葡萄酒醉人心扉啊！然而时间过得飞快，转眼之间，我们初二的生活也已经结束了。可我们或许还在迷茫之中，到初三的我们到底要去干些什么呢？是尽自己最大的努力去考取高中呢，还是放弃学习去直接工作呢？初中毕业后去做什么？到底该选择哪条路呢？此时的我们，已经像一个半成熟的孩子在思考自己的未来了。这时生活更像是一杯白酒，火辣辣的味道代表我们对未来的向往与猜测。
时间是不可占有的公共财产。随着时间的不断推移，现在的我们已经将成为初三毕业生了。我们即将面临着一场人生的考试，要做出真正决定自己人生道路的选择了。所以我们也不能再迷茫，而是应该背负着老师与家长的希望去面对这场人生的考试了。所以初三的生活好象是一杯啤酒，辛酸中带点儿苦味。
但是，吃得苦中苦，方为人前人。我相信我们会作出正确的决定，为自己的中学多味的生活画上一个圆满的句号。

On March 8th, 1909, the Women’s Union of Chicago demonstrated against the inequality between men and women. They demanded that they should have the same payments, the same working hours as men had, and they should have the rights to vote. They even put forward a slogan: Bread and Rose, which stood for equal payment and a better living standard. This demonstrated had caused international attention to the women’s rights. A year later, a critical meeting was held in Demark, in order to promote the women’s liberation and equal rights, the council members decided to establish the Women’s Day on March 8th. Then March 8th, 1911 just became the first Women’s day.
In our country, during the women’s day, the women usually have a day-off holiday. The communities or companies will organize the recreational activities such as a spring outing, a nice dinner and some extra welfare. On this special day, the women can really realize that a woman’s value is not only giving birth to a child, doing endless housework, but also find her own status in the modern society. That is she can make a different. She can do everything that a man can do. When you look around, you will find that more and more women are acting as scientists, doctors, lawyers, even leaders. 然而任何事物都有两面性，在前进的道路上总避免不了曲折。在我们享受互联网给予我们各种便利的同时，如何解决互联网带来的碎片化问题也迫在眉睫。
从个人层面而言，碎片化生活使人们不在坚持、专注于手头的工作。
在互联网普及的今天，上网查询资料是一个极普通且简单的功能，且同样借助于互联网，然而与此同时，不断会有跳出的网页、社交信息使你不得不停下手头的工作，去处理无关信息，就这样本来20分钟能完成的事物就被无限延长。
碎片化的阅读、社交、时间使我们不能全身心投入于某件事务中，虽然我们不能完全与互联网分离，但我们可以尽量提高自己的坚持时间和专注度，把部分转化为整体，把碎片化的时间融合起来转化为大段我们能自主支配的时间。
从团体层面而言，碎片化的生活使人们随波逐流，失去了做自己想做事情的时间。
根据马泰定理，遇强则强，遇弱则弱，互联网带来的碎片化生活普及之广使老人和小孩都不能免俗。更何况在从众情况极为严重的中国，无论何时何地，人人低头沉迷于手机似乎已经被视为必然，碎片化现象日趋严重。
但是我们不能永远被这无形的手所束缚，不能永远待在自己给自己圈下的范围内。拒接零散的碎片化时间，化碎为整，不受外界影响，去做一些有益于自己的时间，合理利用、分配时间，不要让时间毫无意义地流逝。
从社会层面而言，碎片化生活影响了社会风气和人们的心态。
在没有互联网之前，纵使在某些事物上有所不便，但人们照样依靠自己解决了很多问题。反观现今，离不开互联网成为了社会风气，生活碎片化在无形中被人们普遍接受。达尔文的《进化论》指出，在弱肉强食的自然界进化是必然结果，要想求得结果就要花费大量时间去提升自己的生存技能，而今人们在过于分散的时间里无所事事，却又依旧乐此不彼，一味享受在碎片化时间中得到的暂时的乐趣。
互联网地普及是大势所趋，而与之而来的碎片化生活成为了社会风气，减少互联网对我们生活的影响仅仅是解决时间碎片化问题的一个方面，不能止步于此，人们对现代生活的心态和认知也要随之改变。让我们破镜重圆，化碎为整，解决生活碎片化问题，重新找回属于自己的时间。
