The fireworks in the sky diversiform dressed in brightly coloured, "fireworks into the sky", "bang" sound exploded, the sky suddenly become colorful, the faint powder is like colorful flower blooming. But the drama is not long. The fireworks are fading slowly from the sky until they disappear. Over there, a shock silver light caught my attention, and it sprayed and sprayed up. Our shool， Wuhan Heping Middle School， lies in the center of Wuhan city。 It was just built and has the perfect size。 The school yard is two hundred meters long， one hundred meters wide， and is surrounded by trees。

When you walk throught the front gate， there is a huge garden that greets you with every kind of natural things。 To the left is the school library in which there are more than 100， 000 books。 To the right is the experiment building。 In the very middle of the school yard stands the teaching building that stretches for one hundred and fifty meters。 This teaching building has four floors with the teachers offices at either end of each floor。 Standing on the top of the teaching building， you can see a flower bed。 Behind the teaching building is a large playground on the right side。 The students often do sports here after class。 To the left lies the dining hall which can hold 500 people。 This is our school， a beautiful one。

有一句话说的好：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”也就是说，多读书，多积累，文章就自然能写好。因此，我也在平时的空闲中，多多读书，今年暑假，我读了一本有趣的书——《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》。

《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》这本书，是美国的兰道尔·门罗所写，作者门罗用幽默的口吻，回答了一个个看似古怪、可笑的，但又不无道理的问题。

在“用乐高积木搭桥、地球的最后之光”等等问题中，我琢磨了一个关于：“如果在地球上捆上绳子（绳子也就是地球剖面的周长），然后将绳子抬高1米[也就是绳子离地1米]，需增加几米绳子？”这个问题我思索着，突然灵光一闪！求绳长就与周长有关，那么圆的半径增加1米后，周长就多了1乘“π”米（“π”取3、14），也就是3、14米！天啊，原来只要这么点绳子，真是神奇！

在发现了这神奇的答案后，我也相信了作者所说的：“再荒唐的问题，都有一个科学的解答！”

读了这本书，我在“如果人类DNA瞬间消失会怎样”这个解答中，得知了人体DNA的重要性。如果失去了DNA，你就会像“人间蒸发”一般，医疗追踪会失去作用，而你的身体也会慢慢改变：肝肾等器官会慢慢衰竭，所以，失去DNA会使你“隐身”，也会使你与明天说再见！

读完这本有趣的书，我也看到了科学的另一面与探究对我们而言的重要性。我们也要向《那些古怪又让人忧心的问题》这本书的作者：兰道尔。门罗学习他的探究、发现精神，因为发现更多，学的也更多！

在生活中，在学习中，我们也应该多多提出问题，多多发现问题，而不是对问题视而不见，或压根儿没发现问题，我也要继续加油！

我爱读书，我爱书香，因为读书让我受益匪浅！

First, by traveling we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in different places. We will see with our own eyes many places read of in books, and visit some famous cities and scenic spots.

Second, we will meet people with different interests and see strange and different things when we travel. We can get ideas of the conditions and customs of other people, taste different foods and local flavours if we like. In this way, we can understand how differently other people live.

Third, travel will not only help us to gain knowledge of geography and history and other knowledge, which will arouse our deeplove :for our m0therland, but also will help us keep healthy and make us less narrow-minded. Travel does benefit us both mentally and physically.

With all these advantages of travel, it is no wonder that travel has now become more popular than exer in China.
