I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. How to learn English well

English is important and useful to us. How can we learn it well? Here are

my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes, English songs and programs.

Watching English movies is also helpful to us. Second, we should speak English

in class as much as possible. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. The more you

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.

It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep

diaries.

In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing,

we will learn English well.

我曾经思索过，探究过许多问题，最终还是用一些方法解决了，但是上个星期有一场激烈的风波折腾了好久才得以解决。

在我门的班级中男女同学吵架成了一个大问题！每天下课老师一走，本来干干净净的教室就要变成烽火连天的战场啦！“真”如才子王昊晨所说：“现在班级中最大的问题就是，男女“沟通”了！我就以这个话题展开了研究！

如果说，男女同学会吵架，那只要一个班只有男生，或只有女生，不就解决了？可我又仔细一想，不行，如果班级中男生没了，那些体力活就会让本来身体脆弱的女生们更加脆弱！所以这项估计是否定的。

如果男身女生都要在班级中，那么怎样才能让一个班级和谐呢？我想起了石头和鸡蛋，如果班级中能够将石头便陈鸡蛋（温柔）不就信了，不过这个猜想也被否定了！俗话说——江山易改，本性难移，你说该怎么办……？

上个月，我去平顶山参加一个讲课活动，讲课的顺序是按抽签的顺序来定的。由于路途较远，我赶到时，已有一多半的老师抽过签了，心想肯定吃亏了，千万别抽到1号呀，结果偏偏就是第一个上场，这就更让我坚信“先下手为强”的道理了。可学过“概率”问题后，我才恍然大悟，抽签方式绝对是公平公正的，根本不存在谁先抽谁沾光的道理。比如，10张奖券，2张有奖，8张无奖。我们来进行计算；第一个人抽到有奖的概率是2/10即1/5。我们可以把这个事件（第一个人抽到有奖的概率）表示为：P(A1)=1/5。第二个人抽到有奖的概率就和第一个人有关了，可以分为两种情况：第一个人抽到奖和第一个人没抽到奖。所以第二个人抽到有奖的概率是P(A2)=1/5·1/9+4/5·2/9=1/5。同理，第三个人抽到奖的概率和前两个人有关。如果前两个人都抽到奖了，第三个人就抽不到奖了；如果第一个人抽到奖，第二个人没抽到奖，第三个人有可能抽到奖；如果第一个人没抽到奖，第二个人抽到奖，第三个人有可能抽到奖；如果第一个人没抽到奖，第二个人没抽到奖，第三个人有可能抽到奖。共有4种情况。所以，第三个人抽到奖的概率是：0+1/5·8/9·1/8+4/5·2/9·1/8+4/5·7/9·2/8=1/5。同理，再往下算，每个人抽到奖的概率都是1/5。说明，抽奖不受先后顺序的影响，“先下手为强”对于抽奖、抽签来说是错误的，“抽签”是一种绝对公平公正的方法。

我们再来用古典概率解释一下关于“生日问题”吧。如果一年有365天，我们知道，需要366人才能保证至少有两个人同一天生日。但现实生活中，一个47人的班级几乎就有两个人同一天生日，这是为什么呢？现在，我们来算一算“47人至少有两人生日相同”这个事件发生的概率。因为两个对立事件的概率之和为1，所以，我们先算它的对立事件“47人的生日互不相同”的概率。（让这个事件所包含的基本事件数除以基本事件总数即可）基本事件总数为，某人的生日可能是365天中的任一天，就是47个365相乘（365的47次方）， 这个事件所包含的基本事件47人的生日互不相同就是丛365天中任选47天进行排列，即：365×364×363×…（365-47+1）。所以，“47人至少有两人生日相同”这个事件发生的概率是1-365×364×363×…（365-47+1）除以365的47次方，结果是0.989即98.9%。显然，这个概率发生的可能性将近100%，所以现实生活中，一个47人的班级几乎就有两个人同一天生日。不信的话，大家可以在班上试验一下。

我第一次被黑吓得惶恐不安，失声大叫是有一次晚上我回家晚了，爸爸不准我进屋，我被关在外面直到深夜，夜的漆黑的魔鬼一直缠着我。我歇斯底里地哭叫，死力地砸门，爸爸不理我，后来惊醒了邻居，在他们的劝说下，妈妈才来开门。我想别来开门就好了，就让我在这可怖的黑夜里自生自灭吧，从此我也不用再见到那狠心的爸爸了。因为这次受伤，我的心变得冷酷了，正是黑夜的摧残，使我不再那么怕它了。
